Despite the fact the property needs updating and the holey black out shades really said it all. No one cares about the place. Sure it was clean and surprisingly the beds were comfortable just a bit squeaky. Buy new black out shades and update a bit. It won’t be a bad place. Staff were nice.

Staff is one of the best things about this property. I checked in and that process was great. She was friendly and welcoming. I was given a key to my room and went to my room. The room was old, dirty and dated. The A/C didn’t work and all you had was a ceiling fan. I went to complain and she gave me a new room. Excellent customer service! I was then placed an a clearly renovated room that was much nicer. The hotel was not full why put people in the older rooms if it’s not necessary. Especially people who have high status with Bon Voy. If it weren’t for the staff and customer service I likely would have just left. The new room is what gave it the 3 out of 5 stars!

Moderate price and comfortable beds! I checked in early and came back that evening, my room smelt and was warm. I called and they moved me to room 310. Room was amazingly comfortable and cool Thankful for quick room move and slept the best I have in a week. Older so not as up to date as others but what I needed and if traveling, definitely a good stay for a few nights.

This hotel has the friendliest staff I've ever experienced. The property is a little older, some of the common areas do show their age but the rooms are clean and the staff is top notch! And the value can't be beat much cheaper than the Courtyard up the road.

Reserved king suite with sofa bed and received a king bed with a chair. No other rooms available and no cots. Had to pile up 3 of us and make do. Front desk could care less. Building B in the back also has no wifi available.

I want to start by saying I am very disappointed not only with how poorly this employee was trained but her attitude toward others.. Tameka was not only rude to her guests but not compassionate at all to the fact that we were confused as to why she was writing our credit card numbers down. When asked she hardly gave an explanation until we were just placed in a room. Most she said she would " be right back" and check... Only to come back and say they were good and then we found out they were not. A little relief came when a coworker showed to help, the change in how things were happened quickly and professionally more smooth. He helped and smiled and laughed with the guests. That helped the situation but still didn't fix it. My co-worker is now experiencing charges that are unexpected and may or may not be from this trip but it doesn't help the fact that the only time those numbers were written down were when Tameka wrote them down. The feeling is unsettling

Awesome service, the front desk personnel were amazing and very helpful and nice and caring. The rooms were great. The only thing I would change are the mattresses. Not bad but kinda soft and hurt our backs. Either way I give it a 5 star.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at TownePlace Suites Lake Jackson Clute, TX, with my family during the week of July 4th, and a fantastic experience.
