Single level spacious home, huge open kitchen, massive living room sectioned into two zones: TV zone, and Sitting Room (with 2 lazy-boy chairs and a Queen sized pull-out bed), bbq for guest use on large back porch with a Fire Pit. Prime movies, internet and big screen TV, and more! Located in Clovis between the Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks. Ample parking in front and on the sides of the home, and close to fantastic shopping, amazing restaurants and 180, 168, and 41 highways with the 99 freeway not far away.
