Just an overnight stay while I had meetings in Greencastle, 13 miles north. I stopped beforehand, on the way to prepay and pick a room, and met the wife of the owning couple, who was quite pleasant. They had lived 17 years in India and 17 years in the US, and had a straightforward, not luxuriant hotel that was clean and quiet. Just what I needed, a block south of the mile 41 interchange of I-70. Although some might want more luxury, like carpeting and a separate closet for clothing instead of a rack within the overall room, there was a nice large TV with good channels and reception, and the shower and sink were clean with good lighting. My room upstairs was quiet and remote from those on the main floor. I think these accommodations fill the needs of travelers and short visitors. There were several breakfast locations right next door, although no breakfast facility at the Red Roof. Some might want more than this, and they'll pay a lot more for it. I enjoyed the facility.
