The hotel is well located and offers many amenities. The rooms are well equipped. During my recent stays there were several maintenance issues in my rooms (including a broken window, mid-matching lightbulbs, and pests). A note: The design of the room means there is only room for a smaller TV, which some may find annoying. The breakfast is nice, but varies little from day to day, which can become monotonous.

TownPlace Suites Joint Base Andrews is a decent hotel. Pros: The people. Special shoutout to Lisa in the food service area. Very friendly, helpful, and open to requests if the food item was available to be served the next day. Shoutout to Steven and JC at the front desk. Very helpful when we had to switch rooms or get service items Very Pet Friendly Most of the staff was friendly towards pets Allowed bigger dogs Fenced off area for dogs to roam a little and do their business. Had trashcan and baggies available as well. Cons The hotel itself was dated and the rooms could be musty Ground floor did have some spiders (why we moved rooms) One room wasn't fully cleaned/stocked when we got in (another reason we moved rooms) Did have some ant issues, but front desk did get maintenance down to spray in a reasonable time Walls thin, but liveable Miscellaneous Free breakfast better than most hotels we've stayed in. Always had proteins, cereal, breads, fruit, etc. Have a mini crustless quiche which is VERY good (spinach cheese and egg).

Awesom Hotel/Guest Service Agents at this location. First of all Alejandro Rodriguez, and Steven Simpson epitomizes the Marriott branding for customer satisfaction. Both of these gentleman take seriously the high quality customer care that Marriott is known for. I have been staying at this location for years, and I have never had a bad experience. Hands down, this is the best hotel in the Clinton Md area, and Alejandro and Steven are the reason why. They have outstanding personalities that are a plus in this industry, and each put customer satisfaction at the forefront of their job duties. I would not even think of staying at another location while vacationing in the Maryland area. My family and I feel at home every time we frequent this location, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to any travelers arriving in the Clinton Md area.

We're in town helping friends and family celebrate graduations. We chose this facility because of its location being equidistant from all our folks. The check-in was very easy, professional, and friendly. We're glad that membership has its privileges. We got upgraded to a one room suite. Our space was clean and cozy. We're really happy with our selection and our trip lasted five days. We would recommend 👌.

I cannot describe how disappointed I was in the service at this hotel. Check in was fine, they were very nice and accommodating. However, things went very bad from there: The hot tub was closed for maintenance, with no info on when ready. The toilet was constantly running, The Bed was HORRIBLE, there was no support it was like sleeping on a waterbed, it was difficult to get out of as the center sunk in. The desk phone did not work and in the bathroom there was a phone which was placed directly above (approx 2 inches) the safety grab bar at toilet, and constantly fell off whenever I used assist rail. Lastly the shampoo container was empty. I informed the night manager about all this at 0625 told I would be at work all day, when I returned 13 hours later, the only thing done was the phone moved to another jack/location, NOTHING else. The next day I asked for trash to be removed and new towels (same timing). And That was the only thing done right! Then on Sat night, there was a graduation party at the hotel, no problem, except they let the party organizers take ice from the ice machine, and by 1900 there was no ice for hotel guests (this was the only ice machine in hotel). Not nice after working 13 hours and wanting a cool drink to relax.

The hotel needs some updates! The breakfast was weak needed more choices! Hotel seemed to have homeless or individuals in transition living on the property . I felt safety needed to be updated as well

Upon checking in we asked if there would be a hot breakfast. The mgr. said yes they had waffles, eggs and oatmeal. When we went to breakfast we found the waffle maker had been broken for more than 2 weeks. There was no oatmeal because they ran out 2 weeks ago. The juice machine wasn't working so you got a small plastic juice half frozen! Had to wait to drink it unless you wanted an orange slushie. They didn't have packages of oatmeal to heat in a microwave either. I opted for the cold cereal. After pouring some milk in and taking a bite I realized the milk was sour! It was outdated. I felt bad for the poor girl working the kitchen as she had to keep apologizing for all of the problems. Not much choice and what there was wasn't good. Our room was just ok. The air conditioner made a very loud noise all night. We checked in after driving 10 hours so we were exhausted and I wasn't really paying much attention to anything except if the sheets were clean. Thankfully they were. The kitchen light was blinking and needed a bulb change they were putting a work order in for the next morning. Never changed and we stayed 2 nights. The bathroom mirror and wall had toothpaste on it from previous guests. I cleaned what I could but the kitchen floor was so sticky I couldn't do that! We spoke with the manager and were offered a refund on one night stay. We used our Marriot points and did receive that back. I was not impressed at all. We could always count on a clean room and a decent breakfast. Too bad the mgr on duty when we checked in wasn't honest with us and we could have had something in our room. Pool was closed also. Very disappointed in Marriott.

Loved this hotel ! Clean and comfortable. I checked out super early and young lady I think her name was Bezz, I hope I spelled that right,was at the desk and was very nice and polite. Breakfast was delicious as well. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

The staff was very attentive and pleasant, I really appreciated their assistance. The food areas were clean, well organized, and the food presentation was well done. The food was good and the atmosphere in the dining area was nice as well.
