El hotel está muy bien situado, pero las habitaciones son muy limpias, aunque el baño era muy pequeño. El restaurante también sirvió excelentes comidas, el menú en nuestro arreglamiento era superior, pero el bar del hotel podría haber sido mucho más cociente, las mesas del bar utilizado por clientes anteriores no se limpian inmediatamente ni tampoco. En el hotel, el personal de la ciudad está muy ocupado, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel.

Lindo lugar, buena recepción, limpio para decir nada. Tal vez el spa podría cerrar un poco más tarde sería bonito. ¿Algunas mejoras: aire acondicionado en habitación para la tarifa? Contenido del refrigerador de habitación incluido en la tarifa? Gracias.

On a trip around in Europe, including a stay in an Ibis Budget, and this was the most disappointing. We paid over €20 extra for a 'comfort room'. It was a roof conversion. Boiling hot: No air-con and the only window was in the roof above the bed, which we couldn't open due to rain. Reception told us it had a 'garden view' - the only way to look out of the window was by standing on the bed. No mirror in the room, except the one on the bathroom ceiling. No shower curtain or screen, and nowhere in the bathroom to hang clothes or towels. TV is advertised as having Netflix and streaming services. It had neither. Mentioned all this to reception when checking out, but they simply thanked us for the feedback. Give it a miss! On the plus side though, it is very clean and the staff and drinks in the Irish pub downstairs were lovely!

Wir hatten dieses Mal eine Suite im Hotel gebucht, wo wir sagen müssen, dass wir noch nie eine solche schlechte Suite und auch schlechtes Personal in der Information bis heute erlebt haben. Nachstehend unsere persönliche Meinung. Positiv: Großes Doppelbett ziemlich ruhiges Zimmer Auswahl bei dem Frühstücksbuffet für die heutige Zeit normal, nichts Speziales Sehr großer gratis Parkplatz Super großes Badezimmer (für unseren Geschmack, zu groß, etwa 30 % der Gesamtfläche). Ein großer Parkplatz mit etwa 500 Stellplätzen ist vorhanden, so wie auch 2–3 sehr breite Behindertenparkplatz , die sich etwa vor der Eingangstür der Rezeption. Die Zimmer sowie die Restaurants dürften für Rollstuhlfahrer kein Problem sein Zu den Zimmern kommt man ohne Problem mit dem Aufzug Diese Suite hat 1 großen Balkon mit 2 Plastikstühlen. Negativ: Die Rezeptionistin machte einen gelangweilten Eindruck und hatten uns viel versprochen und überhaupt nichts eingehalten. Ebenfalls wechselt das Personal dort oft. Die Zimmer wurden während unserem Aufenthalt stets Nachmittags gereinigt, sodass eine Nutzung der Sauna bis spätnachmittags unmöglich war 2 einzelne Bettdecken Sehr eckiges Zimmer , ca. 50 m2 Manchmal äußerst lautes Türe knallen Das Zimmer wird immer am späten Nachmittag gereinigt, sodass man die Sauna bis dahin nicht nutzen kann. Frühstücksbuffet zu teuer (25 Euro pro Person und Nacht) Sauna wirklich klein (für 2 Personen o.k., auf dem unteren Teil haben 2 etwas füllige Personen kein Platz) Die Sauna hat nur eine Temperatur, und zwar 80° Kein Duft für das Saunawasser vorhanden, uns wurde versprochen dieses nachzuliefern, doch es geschah nichts Die ovale Badewanne ist viel zu hoch, sodass es schwierig ist in diese einzusteigen Keine Begleitung zu der Suite Keine Erklärung der Sauna und des TV Gerätes (für die Saunanutzung nur 3 Sätze auf einem Kartonstück) Das TV-Gerät ist an der rechten Wandseite, wenn man die Suite betritt , befestigt und behindert den Durchgang, wenn eine Person Fernsehen schauen möchte und der andere z.b. zum Kleiderschrank möchte. Der Schrankteil, wo der Safe sich befindet, hat kein Licht Die Dusche ist sehr speziell zu bedienen, so etwas hatten wir noch nie bis heute, dort ist Fantasie gefragt Als Stammkunden mussten eine Anzahlung von 50 % des Gesamtpreises leisten, was wir traurig finden und nicht gerade vertrauenswürdig ist. Der kleine Kühlschrank im Zimmer kühlt im ca. 3 Stunden etwa um 2 °C herunter, also fast unbrauchbar, wenn man 1 oder 2 Nächte bleiben möchte. Auf dem Balkon fehlen unseres Erachtens mindestens 1 Tisch und noch evtl. 1 oder 2 Sonnenliegen. Das Preis – Leistungsverhältnis ist äußerst schlecht und allerhöchstens 3 Sterne wert. 1 Übernachtung kostet für 2 Personen etwa 320 Euro zuzüglich Frühstücksbuffet, falls man dieses wünscht, und zwar für 25 Euro pro Person und Nacht. Wir buchen NIE wieder die Suite und auch kein anderes Zimmer in diesem Hotel und können es auch nicht weiterempfehlen, sondern buchen nun nur noch eine

夫妻自駕去bastogne，當地沒找到合適的住宿，就住進了離它20分鐘車程的Wiltz的這個酒店，帶給我們意外的驚喜。田野環繞的山城小鎮，旁邊的城堡裏集中了當地的博物館，其中有二戰阿登戰場博物館。早餐豐富，很合口味。幫助我們解除了旅途中的疲勞。

What a lovely hotel. The location is beautiful, right on the river below Bourscheid castle. The staff we very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. We stayed in room 132, it doesn't look directly out onto the river but you can see the castle from your window which was nice. It is next to the day spa but you are not disturbed. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom was nice but the shower is a little small. The bathroom provides nice shower wash and basic toiletries. We dined in the restaurant and the food was delicious. They provide a good selection of fresh hot & cold food for breakfast. There is a small gym and saunas in the spa area and a giant chest board outside. There is an outside terrace and comfortable seating by the river. I wish we had stayed longer. It is such a relaxing environment and you can really enjoy nature. Free parking. You can walk up to the castle if you are fit otherwise just jump in your car. A must stay
