Excellent stay at this hotel 10/10 staff friendly room spot on carnt fault it ! enjoyed our stay breakfast was good will be back just what we needed a lovely weekend break Thank you 😊

Was working in cleethorpes and stayed here. It was a very warm welcome and I ate im the restaurant every night. Food was amazing. But the highlight of my time here was the friendly staff. To mention my new found friends Evie, Maia, Morgan and Dan. They was very welcoming and made me feel so at home. I work away all the time and stay at premier inns week after week. This is by far the best stay I’ve had in a very long time. Thank you guys I will miss you

On arrival we met Elle who was on reception she was very pleasant and professional which is a great start to our experience at this hotel. The room was spotless great job to the house keeping team.the hotel is ideally situated to explore Cleethorpes and the surrounding areas. Will definitely be returning

On arrival waited over 20 minutes for someone to come to reception to check us in , making us late to our evening engagement. Not happy ! Noisy other guests too. The bed was comfy and the room was good and inviting but still thought service poor .

We're here at the moment for our daughters 6th birthday as she requested a cleethorpes weekend & hotel stay, the room is spotless and has extras that I didn't think it would. The woman on the reception Scarlett went out of her way to help us with the TV in our room, she's lovely and a credit to premier inn! Will definitely be staying here again!

I have enjoyed my stay here, have no complaints at all especially not about the food! The service was great as well, Maia and Morgan were both very efficient and made sure everything was to our liking. Would definitely recommend and come again!

Great service in restaurant from both Maia and Morgan, with nothing too much trouble. Super strong mustard with my steak! Banoffee cheesecake was excellent and service was quick and friendly. Good night had would definitely recommend and come back.

Stayed Tuesday and Wednesday night, I must say the service was brilliant. Although the restaurant wasn’t holding a lot of people at once there was still a good atmosphere as the 2 ladies on Morgan and Maia were so friendly and attentive I couldn’t fault them. The food cooked by Dan both evenings was hot and served quickly. And reception team were a delight through my whole stay. Thank you Cleethorpes.
