You get what you pay for i guess
The people were nice, and it was pretty clean, but that is the best it gets and it definitely could have been cleaner. The room was incredibly musty when we first got there, that went away with about 2 hours of running the AC. The mattress was incredibly firm, the pillows were seriously deflated. The bathroom camode had a crack and the shower curtain had holes in it. The breakfast was seriously sad, the waffle maker is too hot so the inside of the waffles were all raw. The blankets were very nice though and the AC did get very cold which was super nice.

The TV had no channel selection choices hardly at all. Secondly, most of the channels were in Spanish and I can’t speak Spanish. Secondly, I don’t like putting my information into a TV just to get Netflix and all the other stuff now I know not to stay at La Quinta anymore.

Good for a quick stay.
Very sweet staff.
Understanding that we were late checking in.
Still over charged us for the stay after they said they gave us complimentary stay for a night. (Only booked for two nights, only staid one and still got charged for two nights for the stay and for the pet charge. Don't understand how that was a comp when we still got charged the exact same but whatever.)
Breakfast was simple but good. Eggs, sausage, muffins, waffles, juice.
Rooms were pleasant. Clean shower and tub. Not a bad place to stay and you get to bring your pet with you.

What a disappointment
This was a terrible stay for the money.
The refrigerator/freezer did not work at all.
The faucet handle in the shower is supposed to work by rotating it left/right to operate and set temp. However, the one in our suite was in such disrepair that it had to be simultaneously held up, and pushed in and rotated to get it to work at all and then only sometimes.
The mattresses were so hard they were just short of sleeping on the floor
The breakfast the next morning was mostly tasteless, except for the sausage which was spicy and had a very strange flavor, and the waffle batter machine had to be leaned toward the user to dispense any batter.

The beds were fairly comfortable. It was awkward having all hard floors: cold & noisy. The details of the facility were not well taken care, but it was clean. We probably won’t stay there again.

Run down
Dead bugs in room. Bathtub was filthy and bottom of toilet hadn’t been cleaned. Room had a weird chemical smell. Furniture was either stained, ripped or broken.

There was no coffee pot in the room. Bed kept sliding off the frame. Otherwise everything was clean.

Bad Review
The ceiling in my bathroom was terrible, holes, and mold all over. The heater/AC unit was very loud and clunky everytime it turned on and off throughout the night as I was trying to sleep.
