La habitación es maravillosa y yo podría acoger 20 personas en este balcón! ¡Qué vista!! Muy tranquilo, a distancia de la ciudad sólo por un corto viaje de coche. El sabor del vino era bueno, no hay opción para el par, pero realmente hay tantos lugares para elegir alrededor de la ciudad. ¡Muy delicioso atraco para el servicio de desplazamiento! ¡Debería venderlo!!

Our 4 night stay was incredible. From the moment we arrived to the time of departure, this has been bliss! The location is fab, a short 4 Minute journey in the complimentary shuttle (always available on request). The breakfast is amazing - the team are incredible. Patricia is so kind and professional, Frank helped with transport, and took us to some of the vineyards. This is the perfect place to explore the area, vineyards and gardens are in abundance. All set within a beautiful valley. Thanks for making it so special.

El desayuno con vistas impresionantes y todo el tostador sin gluten fue una buena manera de hacer la experiencia molesta la noche anterior en Indochina (el restaurante) Qué pena el personal en Indochina estaba tan poco profesional y mal entrenado. Sudáfrica tiene tantas cenas de primera clase maravillosas y ha sido tan emocionante tener una experiencia tan terrible en un lugar de venta .

We had booked two rooms for our family trip. My sisters room on the ground floor was perfectly acceptable but my brother and I were sharing a twin room on the third floor and it had obviously not been prepared properly before it was released to us. The room appeared to have been stripped bare, possibly by the previous guests. Compared to my sister’s room we had no microwave, kettle or toaster, the wrong fridge and almost no crockery, cutlery or cleaning materials. We reported all of this to reception but it took two days for the room to be brought up to standard. For our final two nights we decided to take a further room for for myself to give my brother and I more privacy. They gave us the key for the room next door, but it had not been prepared at all and was in a filthy condition. We had to insist on the room being cleaned to an acceptable standard before we took it. My sister sent an email to the management as requested and they did not even have the decency to reply. A couple of the reception staff were helpful and friendly but we certainly would not recommend this place to anyone.

Fantástico
This is probably the best guest house you will ever stay in .. It just excels at well . Everything.. The rooms are extremely spacious.. with great sleep quality.. huge walk in showers .. Terrific freshly cooked breakfasts .. And then there are the most amazing staff.. Billy and Lovemore .. I’m thinking of changing my name buddy.. we’re just there when needed. Thank you X It’s location is ideal too as just a five minute walk to the main road full of restaurants/bars etc. Steve .. I wish you and your lovely wife all the best and good luck for the future.. Not that you need it as Le Petit Paris is stunning and I,m thinking now how lucky you had availability on our dates. Comes very highly recommended. My advice would be book early .. not many rooms here .. Enjoy !

Great location just off the main street and close to all the shops. Excellent under cover parking with fantastic security. The rooms are very spacious with all the facilities you could ask for including full cooking facilities. Rarely do you find facilities of this standard so close to town and at a very affordable price. Would highly recommend to anyone. The reception staff were very welcoming and answered all our questions. From four very happy Kiwis who just love Franschhoek - a hidden gem.

UUsuario invitadoAt checkin we met Mercy she was as so warm and welcoming. The estate is absolutely beautiful with rolling hills and mountains in the background. The rooms are old world charm but comfortable. Views from the restaurant are just perfect to just relax and enjoy breakfast. Lunch choices are the full range and the wines are excellent. All the staff are so friendly and are truly customer focused. This type of service is a reflection on the Estate and it shows that all the staff not only take pride but also enjoy working on the estate. I had a lengthy conversation with Mr. Henry and it was so refreshing to listen and learn about the grape growing process. A truly Brilliant Experience. Thank you

HHannah CompionReservamos una habitación en el Hotel Stellenbosch y recibimos una actualización para quedarse en su hermana hotel - Coopmanshuijs. La habitación era bonita y cómoda, con Wi-Fi y LED cargados con luces para uso durante las horas de descarga de carga, un minibar, un baño con baño y ducha, y AC. El hotel está situado a unos 5 minutos del Hotel Stellenbosch y a unos 5 minutos de los restaurantes y tiendas.

We had a wonderful stay , even if short , at a Villa near the pool . The room inside was very spacious and clean as well as the bathroom. We only had breakfast there , and loved it , the smoothies, the pancakes , the coffee … ever delicious . But most of all we cherished the astonishing location and the personnel of the Hotel . Everyone was kind , smiling and trying to help and make you feel at home . I would love to come back for more days .

We recently stayed at Grande Villa. We truly loved the experience and felt very welcomed by Claudia. She went out of her way to make sure we were looked after and even gave us an upgrade. The Villa is perfectly located.....in a quiet part of town but only a few minutes walk into some ”action”. The roof terrace is just so special and I enjoyed a sundowner with the stillness of autumn. No fuss and very minamilast - perfect for a night's getaway!

Newer again!!!! Not a Marriott Standard at all! This hotel was a very bad experience. I can not see why the hotel was described as ”modern”?! Nearly Everthing is old and they are so many parts that smells bad. We trusted the Marriott brand, but were extremely dissapointed. At reception it smelled but I couldn´t identify it.. Everything is dark furnished and not really friendly. The room we had was C07. Nice size and view. But this was it! The bath tub which was supposed to be white was rather reddish/brown, never would have used it- the sink of the washing table was brown/black. The shower smelled badly, I only entered it with bath shoes and tried not to touch anything- When we arrived the corridor was not cleaned, feathers of any not identified birds, and some old used tisues. In the wardrobe as well, there was garbage from the guest before ? When we walked through the corridor we saw other rooms which were about to be cleaned and we saw the old matresses, without the cover. They were dark yellow/brown. I didn´t want to think of how old this mattresses were :(( disgusting. We wanted to use the pool - the good thing: it is really big. But when you want to go, you need to ask for pool towels, why they are not in the room from the beginning, no idea- So we had to organizw the towels. They were in the size of hand towels?! I was not able to use for my whole body. Why is this named a pool towel ? There are some old plastic sun chairs around the pool - Obviously with no covers. So we tried to use the ”pool towel” but I could only sit on it, it was too small to lean down on the sun chair.... So not really a nice ”Wellness Eperience” to sit on the plastic chair on a small towel. The water seemed to be clean and it was nice to swim. But if you use swimming goggles you see things on the floor which you do not want to see. All dirty. You need a pool cleaning machine to get this brown this off the bottom. But apparently this is not used here. The side of the pool is old and the there were broken Tiles outside, when you try to get out. I had to take care not to hurt myself. One evening we came back late from dinner and were told the the ceilling from our room came down. Apparently a water problem. I saw the whole and took a foto! I couldn´t believe it!!!! Luckily we were not there, and good luck that it happened at night. BUT the hotel was not able to inform us during the whole day. So we had to pack our staff at 22:00 tiered as we were and got moved to another room- this was named executive. (nr 104) The room has a nice view and it seemed to have new furniture - but I was wandering where the bad small of the toilet came from??! We did not find out. There was not a possibility to open the big window. Only a verry little part of it. (a very small window flap) and this didn´t help. In the middle of the room was a little bath tub (new- yippi!!!) but when we wanted to use it, the water was only coming out a bit more than water drops. And there
