추운 날씨에도 불구하고 전기장판도 너무 따뜻했고, 특히 호스트분들이 잘 챙겨주셔서 혼자 여행인데 전혀 외롭지 않았어요! :) 베트남 친구들과 불멍도 같이하면서 많은 얘기를 나눴고, 동네 잔치에도 초대받아서 즐거운 여행했습니다!
한국분들께 강력히 추천드립니다ㅎㅎ 전 내년 여름에 또 방문하려구요

Los hoteles son un negocio duro, por lo que es lamentable que escriba un comentario 2-star. Vamos a considerar primero el negocio. La mayoría de las empresas hacen una cosa, o dos al menos, y eso es su enfoque. Los hoteles tienen que correr bien muchos aspectos: limpieza, lavandería, mantenimiento de infraestructuras, reparaciones de todas las habitaciones y baños y TV y aire acondicionado, renovaciones, manejo de una cocina que hace comida 16 horas al día. Y luego hay personal de gestión, planificación y coordinación de comerciantes, suministros al por mayor de alimentos. Y luego, marketing y publicidad, reservas, y todos los administradores de todos esos aspectos. Como dije, una industria difícil de trabajar en, sólo convirtiendo en beneficio. Le Bordeaux es un lugar muy difícil. Mi habitación tenía bugs, molde, suelos sin abrazar, luces rotas, toallas fresadas y fiables, polvo y suciedad. AirCon no se enfrió la habitación. Wi-Fi era pobre. El hotel está en una intersección ocupada, y aunque no son responsables de los cornos que se hunden de las 6 a las 11 pm, las ventanas no son aisladas. El restaurante es muy valioso y ofrece un amplio menú de comida decente de calidad, pero puede ser lento. Espero que se vuelvan a hacer cosas, y podrían si mejoran la custodia, auditan sus WiFi, TVs y AirCon máquinas para hacerlos funcionar, y acelerar la cocina.

This hotel is exceptional. One of the best I have ever stayed at. Rooms clean, large, and modern. It has an interesting vibe as it’s relatively small so has that charm but still manages to capture the class that comes with bigger hotel chains. Feels like you’re staying in a Hilton that’s been shrunk down in size. The staff are amazing. Super friendly and helpful. I wanted to go up Mount Fansipan which I heard is a waste of money if the weather is bad, but you often can’t tell until you’re up there. The hotel receptionist knew someone on the mountain and called him to check, so I knew it was clear. That’s over and above service. The rooftop infinity pool is a standout. One of the most beautiful pools I have seen. A great way to end the day or chill after a tough trek. Location is great. Sapa in general is busy and touristy but the street this is on is slightly less hectic while still being close to the center. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. One thing to note is the basic rooms in this hotel don’t have windows, so if you want windows book the Superior Room. That’s what I did. You can’t see much from the windows though so if you want a view get a room with a balcony. The hotel is exceptional value for money anyway so it’s probably worth the expense. I would highly recommend the Sapa Soleil Hotel. Thanks for a great stay!

EEscape57258185429Ha sido una gran experiencia en este hotel de Sa Pa. Muy buen servicio y las habitaciones muy limpias. Personal muy amable. Atendidos por Phuc muy atento en todos los aspectos y recomendaciones. La localización del Hotel, en un extremo de la ciudad aunque cerca del centro permite poder ir andando a muchos lugares. Muy recomendable.

EEva CatharinaEste lugar está un poco fuera de la ciudad de Sa Pa (5 km), pero eso significa que está cerca de un par de rutas de senderismo a través de pueblos étnicos. Es fácil reservar un taxi para entrar y salir del pueblo con el propietario del hotel si es necesario y probablemente puedas alquilar una motocicleta en la ciudad si quieres (yo simplemente entré y salí porque las vistas son bonitas). Magníficas vistas sobre el valle desde el chalet, el chalet es bonito y es un lugar perfecto para pasar unos días si se relaja. Tiene una preciosa piscina. El propietario es fantástico y muy servicial y preparan una comida fantástica, así que no hay necesidad de preocuparse por la cena (los platos de salmón eran particularmente buenos y parecen ser su propia receta).

UUsuario invitadoReally good location in centre of town close to Mount Phan Xi Pang Funicular station. Also close to shopping for clothes, souvenirs, massages, restaurants and convenience stores. Rooms very spacious, beds comfortable, bathrooms large with large modern showers but hot water restricted to 30 litres, then a 10 min wait for next persons shower. Use smaller hand held rather than rain shower to make it last sufficiently. By no means a short shower and water hot enough. Breakfast only passable quality but then their culture doesn’t venerate breakfast in the same way western cultures do, will cook fresh omelettes or noodle bowls order. Staff friendly and helpful. One negative for quiet enjoyment, location is close to several street bars and roof top bars. But once you close shutters, windows and doors it deadens sound greatly.

Vaya por la mañana y la recepción aceptará el check-in y dejará su equipaje primero. Pero todavía no tengo una habitación. Porque todavía no es hora de registr****. El hotel solicitó nuestro número vietnamita (si estaba disponible) si nuestra habitación había terminado de limpi****. El hotel llamará para informarle. Y hubo un llamado real. No nos dejes.

We were booked here for 2 nights while we went out walking for the 3 days. The pool was fantastic, infinity, was beautiful! The shower put water over a lot of the floor, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great and definetly adequate. The staff were a little bit lost it seemed in the dining room but pleasant enough, they were pretty helpful over the whole resort. The dinner was quite bland really, mine was meant to be spicy but Def not that. Ordered a glass of wine and had to send back it was well and truly past it, I hope they tipped the rest out, had a cocktail instead. All in all the place was very pleasant and fine for a couple of nights.

MMun YauThe room was clean and we were greeted by a hotel dog which was a surprise.(friendly not barking kind) initially booked the hotel for one night.
In the room there was a post card greeting for us and tea packets.Had the mountain view room which we were able to catch the rail train pass by in the morning to afternoon!
Room includes breakfast buffet that had a amazing view outside! Later on we decided to stay one more night on last minute plans and they just happen to have another room which the room is throughly clean as well! Staff is friendly and able to converse in basic english some better than others. Would come back to stay again if given a chance! The price of the hotel is a steal too!
The only sad thing which cant blame them as the room on higher floor is full. I had stayed at G floor which is below street level. But still had this amazing view on the 3rd photo from our room! Imagine having a higher floor the view would be spectacular!

Tiene mil opciones deliciosas. Mi esposo y yo visitamos el spa y fue maravilloso, de nuevo hubo un poco de confusión por el idioma con el personal pero la gerente estuvo al pendiente siempre para apoyar, muy profesional y simpática, no puedo recordar el nombre de una de las chicas que nos atendió pero el masaje fue buenísimo. Yo fui jefa de un spa por muchos años en un hotel de lujo y la única recomendación que puedo hacer es que sería bueno que alguien estuviera un poco más al pendiente de los clientes durante el circuito de hidroterapia, yo por mi experiencia se que hacer pero asumo que muchos clientes no, nosotros solíamos ayudar a nuestros clientes a controlar el tiempo sobre todo en las zonas calientes ya que puede llegar a subir la presión, y les dábamos toallitas frías y agua fresca, es solo una sugerencia. Todo increíble!

UUsuario invitadoHighly recommended Hotel. Large room on the 6th floor had great views over the town and the mountains. A little back from the main road so quieter on the street. Breakfast was really good, omelette and pancakes were delicious. Good selection of fruits and juice as well. Staff very helpful with local tours etc and also do laundry here - charge 50k per kilo and takes about 24 hrs. There is some noise if there’s an event in the square close by so if your a light sleeper check first or take ear plugs just in case. Great to be in a cooler climate for a few days after Hanoi.

UUsuario invitadoWe booked a mountain view room and were in the 3rd floor and we can see part of the mountain and the lake and the main town buildings. It was their winter so it was cold, foggy and damp the whole time. The staff are very friendly, nice, hospitable and really had a great service as they are so accomodating. The only thing we were a little upset was when we were resting after a long bumpy travel by bus, we put the Do Not Disturb sign outside the door but all of a sudden they just unlock the door because they was gonna fix something in one of their drawers. I was in my bra and panty laying in bed and they never even let us know ahead that they were gonna fix something. They dont wait when there is no more guest or give a heads up ahead so we will be prepared. We didnt want to be disturbed and it happened twice that they just unlock the door without knocking and asking. We are happy with their service though, there was no buffet breakfast but you can order from the menu and they will cook it for you fast. The staff in the restaurant were nice and accomodating, we tipped one that was always there to take care of our breakfast as she was really hard working. The hotel was very close to everything in the main town but it is just up on a hill but manageable, we love walking back n forth.

Uno de los hoteles más hospitalarios. Todos están tan amigables y útiles. Las habitaciones son acogedoras y limpias. Teníamos un sueño muy tranquilo. La vista de nuestra habitación también es maravillosa. Y es una piedra tirando del centro de la ciudad. Pide los recortes del personal del hotel, estarán felizes de compartir. La comida servida en el restaurante también es buena! Amar su hotpot. El desayuno es también buena! mezcla de este y oeste. Amar su porridge y ph. Voy a perderlos.
