추운 날씨에도 불구하고 전기장판도 너무 따뜻했고, 특히 호스트분들이 잘 챙겨주셔서 혼자 여행인데 전혀 외롭지 않았어요! :) 베트남 친구들과 불멍도 같이하면서 많은 얘기를 나눴고, 동네 잔치에도 초대받아서 즐거운 여행했습니다!
한국분들께 강력히 추천드립니다ㅎㅎ 전 내년 여름에 또 방문하려구요

Great location in a lovely village, the staff were very helpful in booking us a taxi to leave. All in all a nice stay, however the rooms are very cold with no radiator and a slightly rubbish electric blanket. Also to get to the toilet you have to go outside and to go to the showers you have to go outside and go downstairs. So okay as a stay but defo not too comfy.

사파에서 좋은 뷰를 원한다면 이쪽 지역을 추천합니다.
에코팜이나 락식과 같은 골목에 있어 뷰는 비슷하고 뒷편에 자연폭포가 흐르고 있어서 경관이 좋습니다.
아직 많은 관광객이 찾고있지 않은듯한데 가성비가 좋은 숙소입니다.
편백나무로 인테리어가 되어있어 나무향이 좋고 식당에는 귀여운 아기고양이 2마리가 함께있습니다.
뜨거운 물이 늦게나와 화상에 주의하시길 바라며 택시는 숙소에서도 불러줄 수 있습니다.

UUsuario invitadoVery much satisfied staying at Bamboo Sapa Hotel!! From the arrival to checking out, it was so smooth. The front desk officers were very accommodating and friendly so as with the room boys , restaurant staff and swimming pool staff.. We arrived before the check-in time, so we left our luggage in their storage. We need to change clothes because the climate is freezing.
then they let us use the hotel's comfort room. When we are done with the activities in Sapa, we checked in our room and were happy for the room we have. The CR is supplied with super white and new bath towels , face towels , floor rug, tissue paper . The bathroom is equipped with hot and cold shower ( elegant) provided with body wash and shampoo.
The bedroom is super clean and tidy like the comfort room and bathroom. It has a dresser with mirror , lamp shades. It also has a cabinet for clothes and a hair dryer.
There are 2 swimming pools in Bamboo Sapa Hotel. One is the outdoor pool, ( but did not take a swim because it's too cold) and the other one is at the G level which is warm and a whirlpool. A cozy restaurant is for the buffet breakfast which is included in the booking.The array of delicious, nutritious and fancy food was served.
Electrical socket for charging is situated near the headboard. There were pairs of bedroom slippers and bath robes which were dainty white. So fresh-looking to wear! 2 bottles of mineral water ,cups and saucers and heater were also provided.. oh, if you want to call the front desk, a telephone is on the desk☺️❤️🥰

RRechieOur stay at Sapa Centre Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The hotel has a very welcoming atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The staffs were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The location was perfect for exploring the city.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting SaPa.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Tin Tin, Huong, and Selena for their exceptional hospitality throughout our stay.
A special shout-out to Selena for going above and beyond when we realized we had left our earphones in the hotel, already on the bus to Hanoi. We reached out via WhatsApp, and Selena arranged for the earphones to be sent to our next hotel in Hanoi through their limousine service. That level of thoughtful service truly made a difference, and we are so grateful for it!

Vaya por la mañana y la recepción aceptará el check-in y dejará su equipaje primero. Pero todavía no tengo una habitación. Porque todavía no es hora de registr****. El hotel solicitó nuestro número vietnamita (si estaba disponible) si nuestra habitación había terminado de limpi****. El hotel llamará para informarle. Y hubo un llamado real. No nos dejes.
Puede solicitar duch**** primero en la piscina. Si aún no tenemos una habitación El servicio del hotel es muy bueno.

LLee TinWe booked the Deluxe Room With Mountain View And Balcony n was given room G102 located one floor below reception. You can see the train moving n has an overall view of the sapa retreat hotel if i remember correctly. Check out the lovely pictures captured during sunrise. Lovely hues can be see in clear skies.
Our stay was on 12-13 Jan n unfortunately the monorail n fansipan was closed for maintenance. But weather was sunny n clear. And we actually caught a glimpse of the train for seconds when they were testing it!
It was very cold n the hotel has got Airconditioner that works both ways but the heating function wasn’t strong enough. We asked for extra heating n they brought us a standing heater that helps to only keep one person warm. So we just put on warm clothes n slept with blankets on. I was prepared as I read the reviews.
Reception counter staff were all helpful n friendly. Mostly smiling ☺️ n good to see.
The ladies in the restaurant are less smiley but they still try to help with your needs.
Hotel has water heater so u could take your hot shower but the bathroom was very airy n big. So you’ll feel cold very soon.
Bed n bedding was good n we caught the beautiful sunrise hues.
We ate both lunch and breakfast from their restaurant mam. Both are yummy. Breakfast was soo goood and u choose from a menu what u like. They will prepare it from their kitchen upon your order.
The hotel values their guests and have a cute postcard from sapa yen hotel with a personal touch on the letter. Was a great stay and would highly recommend this to all.

LlookTAOSmallOverall hotel was wonderful, i arrived at 6:00am in the morning by the way there are no room available at that time Front desk was provided us a shower room and resting area at Front desk with very nice hospitality.
At 10:00 am after energy charge we went to Fancipan and came back around 16:00 the was ready when i checked in to the room the view was stunning us(room type: mountain view) overall was perfect.
BTW, we don’t want to go out then we choose the hotel restaurant for the our dinner we order food for six people as i know about the service sequences staff repeat our order to make sure that it correct; for sure we listen it carefully due to difficult of inter-language - all the food repeat correctly. Unfortunately, one of our dish was mistake from Carbonara to bolognese sauce which we know all of us don’t pork then we call staff they came with attitude that it’s our mistake but she take it for change. Suddenly i heard the sound of fighting of waiter and kitchen that one of word i heard very clearly is “i already repeat it” fifteen mins later carbonara was served and we got educate by staff that we should informed her What we don’t eat. Poor us? After five mins she came back and say Sorry to us(First of apologies) 🥺 so we would fine if she apologize and do not make that behavior. I understand some if order was mistake you need to talked with chef but for both of service and kitchen was very disappointed for us.

El desayuno no es una comida tipo buffet.
Te lo traen cuando haces el pedido, para que puedas disfrutar de una variedad de huevos.
Puedes comer todo lo que quieras sin que te pese, como fruta, yogur y fideos de arroz.
Pude tomar un desayuno refrescante con una gran vista.
¡El mejor alojamiento! Muy recomendable si vas a Sapa :)

- Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns
- We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early
- The room was very clean & cozy
- Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs
- Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier
- Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not
- We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water
Cons
- We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities
- Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly
Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se encuentra mejor en Sapa. El cuarto era espacioso y limpio. No podía disfrutar del balcón debido al frío, pero debe rocar durante el verano. La ubicación es un poco difícil como en una colina y el paseo hacia arriba es un poco difícil, pero ofrecen un auto de transbordo cada hora (tendrá que reservar primero). El hotel se abrió una vez que el coche no nos recogió en el momento y la ubicación previstos, por lo que tuvimos que pagar por un tercero para llevarnos al hotel, pero el hotel nos compensó con dinero en efectivo inmediatamente. El buffet de desayuno es muy agradable, una experiencia de cinco estrellas. Ella se encargó de los problemas de diarrea de mi marido (sorry por el TMI lol mi marido insistió en que me acerque esto) haciendole una concocción de bambú de ginger especial, e incluso ofreció su medicina personal.
