A convenient hotel smack in the middle of the night market at Phu Quoc. The entrance is from a side alley just a few meters from the traffic junction. Not in the main road. Steps leading up to it, no wheelchair access. Spartan lobby with reception who speaks some English. Easily found my booking and check in was smooth. Clean and bright lighting. Lift took us to our 3rd floor room. The room was clean and bright, everything looking new. Bathroom white and clean with toiletries. Raini shower head with good hot and cold water. Small balcony overlooking the night market. Very convenient, just a short walk at night for a wonderful experience for food, shopping, nuts tasting, beer & ice cream rolls. Would stay here again.

This was the most amazing holiday I have ever had. I stayed for 10 days and enjoyed every day in spite of visiting during the rainy season. From the moment of arrival Tram, the customer service manager, and his team ensured a warm welcome and a swift check in process in a relaxing environment with a welcome drink. All staff from the porters - we were welcomed by Bo who ensured to show us all aspects of our room and personally escorted us to the bar where we could get delicious food and cocktails - were professional and provided excellent customer service. The location is breath-taking - right on the beach with an infinity pool if you don't want to dip into the ocean. SUP and canoes are available for hire or you can just relax in the midst of the immaculate cultivated gardens or on the beach. Food and drink are available 24/7 with room service alongside a pool bar, separate bar with pool table and a dining restaurant with superb ocean views. Scooters and bicycles are also available for rent to explore the area but you can also walk easily to the main road and to a couple of local shops. The cocktails, fresh fruit juices and smoothies were superb with an amazing breakfast buffet which surpassed all expectations served in the tree top restaurant with a breathtaking view over the ocean and infinity pool. Pastries, freshly cooked Vietnamese omelettes, alongside noodles, cereal, toast, amazingly fresh fruit and Vietnamese coffee are all available in abundance. During the day there is a great selection at the pool bar or in the bar as well as the Ocean Restaurant in the evening for cocktail hour and an evening meal that has an open kitchen and is sited on a jetty with spectacular open ocean views. Everything was freshly cooked with a well thought out curated menu great options, including Pho, fresh steak, fresh fish, pizzas and pasta. The restaurant staff was extremely attentive and friendly - we were served by Khahn who was especially friendly and welcoming. Accommodation was jungle luxe with fabulous design, great attention to detail, excellent service and 100% tranquility surrounded by the jungle with all mod cons with direct access to a private beach. Highly recommended to relax and detox from the modern world. No need to leave the resort for the duration of your trip.

Después de contactar con el hotel, han organizado especialmente un servicio gratuito de recogida y devolución fuera del horario. Es muy considerado y gracias. La habitación es cómoda y la vista es genial. También está muy cerca de la estación del teleférico.

Отличное место с красивым видом из окна, вечером можно наблюдать салют! Мини квартира, есть холодильник, микроволновка, плита. На крыше здания бассейн с лежаками.

Clean and tidy, and we got three seperate beds~ Each room provided 2 umbrellas and a new bottle of water everyday. Also, the staff are very nice and helpful, and they can speak English~ Great location! 3min walk to the main street and you can find different restaurants/ pharmacy/ spa. The entrance of the accommodation is their restaurant (Tween's Kitchen), love their food and drinks! Recommend green mango salad, stir fried noodles, coconut coffee...etc.

This isn't the most polished resort on the island, perhaps the rooms / bathrooms could be better. Perhaps the bar and chairs etc could be better. However it has something other places don't and thats charm and character. The location is lovely and taking prices into consideration i'd score 10 out 10. It is very quiet so just the place for a chill out. The beach is kept clean and the pool fantastic

Das Hotel liegt in der brandneuen, noch nicht sehr lebendigen Marina, fast direkt am Meer. Es bietet Zugang zu einem sehr nahe gelegenen, öffentlichen Pool-Bereich. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, aber winzig. Der Hotelmanager, Tam, verdient eine Erwähnung: Er war in jeder Beziehung sehr hilfreich. Das Frühstücksangebot hingegen ist rudimentär.

La ubicación del hotel es excepcional. Está lejos de la zona ruidosa oeste de la isla. Los abundantes árboles de mango y la vista del océano se sellan el trato. También podrá ver el sol salir de su bungalow. Es un poco triste que no haya playa, pero puede utilizar los cayaques gratis para rodear el mar y snorkelar los peces y los estrellas. También puede sentarse bajo los huéspedes de los pescadores. El hotel está muy bien situado y está muy bien situado en el centro de la isla. El restaurante dispone de un menú variado y delicioso. Todas las frutas son excelentes. Regresaría al hotel cuando volviera a Phu Quoc.

I enjoy my stay at Myrtle Hotel. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Always welcoming and greeting guest. Room was clean with all necessary amenities. They provide also bike rental which is convenient for guest who want to explore other parts of the island.
