UUsuario invitadoOur 2nd time back to this paradise. We stayed at the 3 bedroom villas overlooking the amazing ocean. The champagne breakfast was something we looked forward to daily . The staff at the resort were always at hand to make our stay exceptional. Special call out to Bich who was appointed our resort concierge , she contacted me in advance for massage booking, meals arrangement and in villa bbq set up. She even helped arrange for a day trip to Hue. She was always checking in on us to ensure that our stay at the resort was perfect . 5 days passed really quickly and we are already planning our 3rd trip back to Banyan Tree Langco. My recommendation is to spend your time at the resort, there is so much to enjoy. The amazing food, exceptional service and the tranquility of the resort sets them apart from many other resorts I have visited.

El check-in fue tarde pero el personal brindó un buen servicio.
La bebida de bienvenida estuvo deliciosa, el personal se olvidó de llevar la bebida de bienvenida a los invitados a pesar de que nos vieron cuando servían el agua a los demás.
La piscina es cálida y limpia. La playa privada del hotel tiene olas bastante grandes en las que es difícil nadar.
Pedí agua mineral a la habitación a las 22:00. La Villa no tiene timbre. Cuando el personal llamó a la puerta, nadie los escuchó. Ellos mismos abrieron la puerta, entraron a la Villa y tocaron la puerta de mi habitación a las 10:00 p. m. Siento que esto no es privado ni inseguro.

UUsuario invitadoFrom the minute you step out of the car, you are made to feel welcome here. You are taken to Reception while your bags follow behind, and after a few questions at the desk, you are given some refreshing cold tea and a small, sweet, mung bean cake whilst your final details are sorted. Then you are taken to the room and all the amenities explained whilst your luggage arrives. My first impression was that the room was more modern and spacious than I thought. I had the king size garden view room on the third floor with balcony (5301). The bed was massive and very comfy, with several large pillows. The curtains are floor-to-ceiling and, most importantly, actually black out the light extremely effectively. There is a large couch in the corner. The television is large, with about 30 channels. The main english ones are CNN, Discovery, a film channel and a music channel. The minibar - oddly - is cheaper than drinks at the restaurant so feel free to take a coke (£1.50) or beer (£3) knowing you won't be heavily penalised! At least a 2 litres of glass-bottled water are provided free per room per day, and more is given at the turndown service. I also drank the tap water and had no worries. The bathroom is spacious, and features a wet-room rain shower with circular bath. There is bag with free toothbrush/cotton buds etc, but remember not to steal the bag itself or the dressing gowns or flip-flops as they will charge you (there is a price list, or all can be bought at the gift shop). The toilet paper is also soft. The view from the balcony was incredible (see pics), looking out onto the mountains and canal that runs through the property. You can see bats flying past at dusk, and no doubt there'll be a few geckos on the wall to keep the bugs at bay! Do be careful though as you might get a few insect bites at night. Breakfast is included, and downstairs in the main building in the Marketplace. It's a typical buffet - bacon, sausage, tomatoes, an egg station, cold meats, pastries, donuts, breads, muffins, fruit, fruit juice, yoghurt will all be familiar to the Western guests, whilst traditional Vietnamese and Chinese dishes are also present. Tea and coffee are ordered on demand - latte/cappuccino etc, and there is also a cava and mimosa station (all free). You can sit inside in the air conditioning, or outside on a patio where you can also feed the goldfish in a big pond. Great variety, and tasty food. The bread is simply fresh, soft and moreish. Out of the hotel and the facilities are all on point. The pool is massive - some 350m meandering through the grounds - and has a pool bar with food and a happy hour from 3pm-6pm (BOGOF cocktails and beer). The beach is private and clean, the sea is quite shallow and warm. You can take a motorised canal boat for free every half hour that goes out to the 8th hole of the golf course. Walking the grounds is pleasant and pretty as well - the hotel shares open grounds with the Banyan Tree next door - and there's plenty of

A really nice place to stay for a long time. Nice beach, nice room, nice food.. Friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here for 1 week and still want to continue.. Just for swimming and relax on the beach. Highly recommended!

UUsuario invitadoEste hotel es caro y Tatty. La piscina era demasiado caliente para nadar. La comida es muy promedio ....no hay excusa para la comida promedio en Vietnam. La playa está atravesada con basura cuando caminas por cualquier lado de la frontera del hotel ..., que es profundamente deprimente. Este lugar es demasiado caro por lo que ofrecen. Su sitio web no es exacto para las tarifas o para el estado de las instalaciones. ...i.e. es un sitio web deceptivo. Agua potable: una pequeña botella por persona que es una cantidad de mezcla para la tasa de habitación ....y irresponsable en calor de verano.
