«Really satisfied with the stay. Home hotel is furnished with sophisticated design and pleasant experience to do for staycations. One of the best options i would say, pink decorations make so fancy and modern design. They also got the bar at M level, well-thought for customers to feel relax when you visit their bar. We will be back again if we visit to HCMC.»

«The service was great: the porters were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast crew served with a smile. The location was prime, in the middle of all the action. Hotel was clean and the room service and daily cleaning was excellent. Only thing is the shower and tap lacked pressure and toilet was difficult to flush. There is a nice cat cafe nearby»

«✅1. The area is the Korean district. Most restaurants, cafes, markets, any thing are Korean style. ✅2. I had to work at the Saigon exhibition and convention center everyday, it is really convenient to call a grab for only 10-20 Minutes. That was great. ✅3. I stayed in the 101 room. It is not the same level as the lift and they are step up and step down. It was not good because we had big and heavy luggage to lift up on the step up and down. ✅4. The room is specious with queen bed rooms. I liked it. ✅5.the staff were great, took care, were generous. The checking time is 2pm and check out time doesn't matter to us because we left the hotel in the morning. ❎1. Less power plugs. I found them at the TV and the fridge zone only and we needed to charge my phone, my laptop. It was inconvenient about it. The hotel must put more power plugs in the bed area too ❎2. The bathroom is wide and there is a bathtub without the curtain or partition to protect the wetness. That was so bad because 1) we couldn't stand to take the shower because water would spread to the floor 2) we couldn't sit down to take a shower or wash hair because the bathtub is not big enough to do it. Everyday, the floor would be wet and looked dirty after a person took a shower. I don't like wet floors when I have to stay in the bathroom. The solution is the hotel just put on the curtain to protect water. I found this solution in many hotels. I am ok with the area to stay if we have to go to the Saigon center because it is near and easy to go. Lots of (korean)restaurant and it is safe.»

«Checked in earlier under a different booking . Was disappointed at the state of the room. Layout of furniture compromised comfort .ie the wardrobe was blocked by a sofa , blocking accessibility. Strange odour that was indicative of poor upkeep. Aircon began to leak condensation profusely after 10mins. Staff agreed to a room change after my repeated feedback. The room provided was smaller and uncomfortable. We chose to check - out earlier and cancel the extension of stay as well. We will never consider this property again. Notice the power-point in the pictures: one was dangerously positioned where guest’s head would be when sleeping, and the other was hidden and inaccessible behind furniture:(»

«Hello, At my arrival, The room paid on trip. Com was not the same on the hotel. It was a room without a windows and I got frustrated coz the reception man still stubborn and didn't to understand the fact was when you book a deluxe room it's without windows and on trip. It's not explained. At this moment the manager Mrs Thoa.. Took me on the side with a nice drink and welcoming to explain me the problem. So she's was kind and loving and saw the fact on trip and upgrade me. I would like to thank her for her professional and smile. Thank you very much»
