Ha Noi Pearl Hotel far exceeded our expectations in ALL areas. They went out of their ways to take care of the guests. We needed help in many areas and requested a lot of things done for us during our stay and they did all and everything we asked for. The staff are amazing. The daily breakfast was top ten. Un hotel bastante completo, con unas habitaciones bastante acordes al precio, el buffet del desayuno estaba bastante bien, todo muy limpio y el staff en general muy buena ente y serviciales. La zona es un poco complicada para cambiar dinero pero hay joyerías mas o menos cerca.

La habitación era muy agradable, muy espaciosa y las instalaciones eran enormes. Me gustaba mucho el desayuno , que era una mezcla de cocina internacional y asiática, con curry, huevos, maíz dulce, porridge, cereales y comida frita para el desayuno. El hotel es conveniente para un viaje al mercado nocturno cada noche, con una caminata de 15 minutos cada camino. El hotel es un hotel muy acogedor y muy confortable.

El hotel es muy bonito. El gran personal y la habitación está bien. No es enorme, pero proporcionan agua y el baño es limpio. Ofrecieron almacenar bolsas para nosotros mientras que ibamos a quedar en un barco por 1 noche entre. El desayuno era muy medio pero muy bueno si estás feliz de abrazar la cultura.

酒店客房一共就四十七間房的樣子，設計師Bill Bensley 把歌劇元素融入到了酒店的每一處細節，一層演出區轉角將開放式酒吧與舞台分開，後台則是全日制餐廳。璀璨的方格網吊頂以及歌劇舞枱佈景，彩排舞台、化粧間、復古禮服、還有幾十件法國殖民時期的老物件一應俱全。每個樓層都有藝術家、設計師、音樂家等各自主題，甚至每間客房都有對應主題的大師和不同風格的戲劇場景。整體來説是一家中型酒店，一眼驚艷，服務細節符合價位，備品選用也是大瓶裝，中規中矩，mini bar非酒精類免費，每天一續。the living room免費下午茶，晚上免費各類酒，小吃全包，從性價比角度來説還是值得的，周邊屬於絕對的富人區，各種奢侈品店鋪林立，晚上有入夜儀式，開夜床後送了眼罩和小禮物，數據線會幫你用皮扣扣起來，小細節還是拉滿。
河內嘉佩樂今年B1層的光輝Koki日料獲得1星 ，衹有14個座位，提供類似 Omekase 的set，價格比較貴（晚上基本套餐 5500000/人，8500000/人），2月14日提前郵件預訂6點半晚餐，到了基本滿座。菜單是固定的選擇不多，出品都很不錯。
我們選擇的基本套餐，一是兩種囗味的蛤蜊鐵板燒，二是車海蝦鐵板燒配香草醬汁，三是招牌八重山牛肉，牛鼻子認證真的很無語，四是製作了20分鐘的koki招牌蒜香雞肉炒飯，最後的甜品在旁邊的休息廳進餐，是抹茶冰淇淋大福和日式熱甜甜圈的組合。最後香檳和飲用水單獨收了2000000萬，感謝日本大叔主廚，真的帥氣。
河內嘉佩樂早餐在一樓大堂吧旁全日餐廳 Backstage。
Backstage 餐廳最大程度上還原了歌劇院元素，打造了一個通透而華麗的金色大廳，掛滿了歌劇院服飾作為裝飾，鮮花是黃色蝴蝶蘭，菜單是 “Diva’s menu”。
嘉佩樂的早餐從來不會讓人失望，幾乎都是單點，單點菜單簡直眼花繚亂，第一頁便是越南特色河粉，被我們的地導評為河內前三的河粉食物，還有其他傳統美食例如法包三明治等。西式方面，早餐有進口法國的新鮮生蠔和煙燻三文魚華夫餅誠意十足，各式蛋類尤其是班尼迪克蛋做的出神入化，可麗餅，華夫餅也很好吃。
大廚在越南本地享譽盛名，足不出户已經可以在酒店內吃到非常nice，此行已經很滿足了。

The hotel is cute and central in Hanoi. Was able to walk to most places I wanted to see in the city. It’s in a quieter area compared to other places in the old Quarter. Right next to the St. Josephs Cathedral. The hotel had good facilities but hardly enjoyed them as I was a busy bee exploring Hanoi. Breakfast was also good with somewhat of a variety for this small hotel. The bathtub was absolutely amazing. They had delicious welcome snacks and fruits. The staff were also friendly and super helpful. Will definitely return when I visit Vietnam again.

El hotel es elegante y confortable, con ambientación completa. Tiene un salón familiar con capacidad para siete personas. La ubicación es muy buena. Es muy conveniente para ir a cualquier atractivo. El desayuno es rico y el servicio es excelente.
Resultó ser el cumpleaños de mi amigo y le envié un pastel y una tarjeta, lo cual fue muy considerado y considerado. Altamente recomendado

Hotel bonito y limpio con muchas instalaciones como gimnasio, piscina, jacuzzi compartido, sauna y baño de vapor para hombres y mujeres. Mi amigo y yo disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia. La ubicación del hotel es sorprendentemente buena, ya que está cerca de una de las atracciones turísticas, rodeado de tiendas y cadenas de comida rápida. También está a poca distancia a pie de las famosas calles del casco antiguo. ¡Muy recomendable!

Los recepcionistas que nos han atendido han sido todos increíbles: atentos, amables, generosos con su tiempo, considerados, profesionales,... Nuestra estancia ha estado llena de imprevistos debido a la meteorología, y a factores externos, y el staff del hotel nos ha ayudado muchísimo, facilitándonos cada paso que hemos dado! No quiero dejar de mencionar el perfecto estado de las habitaciones, la deliciosa cena que comimos, o el mejor desayuno buffet que hemos probado en Vietnam. La ubicación es otro punto fuerte, en pleno Old Quarter, cerca de los principales atractivos turísticos y también de la zona de fiesta (aunque nosotros no hemos salido, y no hemos tenido ni una sola molestia por ruido, hotel muy silencioso y tranquilo). Se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo! Y nuestro más sincero agradecimiento a todos los miembros del staff, especialmente a los encargados y miembros de la recepción! Maravillosos

JJustincchongPerfect stay at Mina Hotel & Spa! I stayed for the weekend and found this hotel to be well maintained, warm and friendly. I love how every staff tries to be friendly and get to know their guest. Likewise, I feel at ease when return to the hotel every night.
I got the premier room on the 5th floor and it had a nice view of surrounding buildings. The room has adequate amenities - including soap and shampoo, toiletries, kettle and coffee making equipment. While the bed was abit hard, it was comfortable and clean. Pillows were comfy, but sadly only 2 were provided. There was a large flat screen TV with Netflix pre-installed and a nice curtain that made waking up in the mornings, enjoyable. The toilet could have been better designed as there was no shower curtain of divider between the bath tub and the main area, making bathing a mess.
The hotel also serves breakfast in the morning - but I found it to be a tad underwhelming - though I understand the hotel may not receive many guest. Included in the breakfast is an egg station, pho / porridge station, stir fried foods, fruits and basic breads. Coffee and Tea was also provided, but it was fairly basic. Nevertheless, the service made up the lack of good breakfast - staffs try their best for make your breakfast a comfortable experience.
I don't remember the names, but I'd like to thank the staffs (between 23/9-25/9) that made my stay a wonderful one.
Location wise, Mina Hotel & Spa is well located amidst the hustling streets, and at the end of beer street, with 5-10mins walking to the lake. It's also located near a bunch of street foods, which makes this hotel a perfect place to stay, wander and eat your way through hanoi.
I also tried the Spa and found it to be professional, extremely clean and it's service, exceptional. I got the VIP Combo 1, which included a facial, hair wash, foot soak and a body massage. While I particularly enjoyed the facial and hair wash, the massage was average and not strong. The masseuse had slightly long fingernails, which felt a tad uncomfortable during the massage. Nevertheless, the facial and hair wash was exceptional and left me feeling fresh and alive.
Overall, Mina Hotel & Spa will be a hotel that I'll visit again when I come to hanoi again. It's fair to say despite its inconveniences, it's warm hospitality and personal touch to its guests makes up for it.

It's a fab location with Hoan Kiem lake well within walking distance, yet not right in the middle of the hectic old quarter so it's possible to get a good night's sleep (our room did not have a window, so unsecure if this is true for rooms with window). Las camas se cambiaron todos los días y también las toallas limpias diariamente, pero otras como papel higiénico, champú, lavado de cuerpos, etc. no se habían levantado durante nuestra estancia. Cons: Estamos llegando después del check-in publicitado en el tiempo y nuestra habitación no estaba lista, lo que no era ideal después de 17 horas de vuelos, pero también comprensible que a veces otros huéspedes se lleguen tarde. Creo que por eso se apresuraron a preparar la habitación, lo que significa que no era completamente limpio, por ejemplo, el pelo en el suelo, las huellas dactilares en los espejos/vidrio. La TV no funcionó, el wifi era muy lento durante nuestra estancia, y el duche se resfrió durante los primeros 2 días que para ser equitativo era bueno teniendo en cuenta lo caliente que era. Booking.com still states that breakfast is available here but nothing was mentioned to us about breakfast, and it’s worth noting that the photos used by the property are definitely not accurate. UUsuario invitadoRatings are always based on personal standards and judging criteria. For this, I am coming from the angle of a cheap airport hotel. This is the best airport hotel around Hanoi Noi Bai Airport, and at a decent price. Do not expect intercontinental buffet breakfast, business lounges and the likes. The room is pretty new, clean, functional, and large. Despite being close to the airport, you can barely hear anything from landing aircraft. Breakfast is simple at best, and staff seem to be still in 'training', with only Brian being the 'boss'. Rooftop pool doesn't look well maintained, and the entertainment room has been abandoned totally altogether, with the foosball and billiard table left to collect dust while it has become a storage and parking area. But hey, its an airport hotel. Purpose is to have people sleep for 1 night before leaving prompto. It is situated in a pretty rural area so don't expect any established eateries or convenience stores nearby. Think roadside hawkers and home-run provision shops. In conclusion, best airport hotel near Hanoi Noi Bai Airport.

The location of this apartment is the biggest advantage. It is a 5-minute walk from the 86 bus stop (from/to the airport). Also, it takes 5-10 min strolling to reach the Old Quarter and Dong Xuan market. Plus, 20-25 min walking will bring you to the Ho Chi Ming mausoleum. Everything far would require a taxi or a scooter via the ‘Grab’ app.
Generally, this apt has a solid ‘3’ out of ‘5’. Everything you needed was there: a full-size kitchen, a microwave, a two-section fridge, a washing machine, a fan, an AC, a TV, a kettle, a cooking stove, all utensils and plates. The bathroom, a sink and a loo are clean, a hairdryer works well. You could even have a full foamy real bath (I was too lazy to extra clean the bath, that’s just me. Extra precautions). The bed is fine, and the bed sheets were clean. Nothing to complain about.
Now, why it is ‘3’ (or maybe ‘3.5’). For this money per night, in other places, you’ll get a 20-24 sq.m. room. While this apt generously will host you with 60 sq.m. (I have to confess, it was the main reason I chose this place among the locations). This place feels really like a proper apartment. Pay attention, this is not a ‘Hotel’ but a ‘Home-stay’ or an ‘Apartment’. There is no Reception desk. Nobody will meet, greet, and assist you. You will be on your own with any questions you may have upon arrival. Moreover, the entrance to this apartment goes through… the sushi restaurant. Yep. Right through the tables with people eating. Plus, the instruction sent prior to my arrival with all digital codes to open the doors to get in/out looked more like a maze or a puzzle. Good news, from 10 am till 10 pm the front restaurant door is open and you won’t need to worry (at least) about one of the ‘getting-in game’ challenges.
Al-in-all, with all instructions provided by Trip.com and the owner, I managed to check in smoothly, had a nice Hanoi vacation and didn’t mind some hiccups with local neighbours downstairs getting up early and starting cooking their breakfast)))

UUsuario invitadoI really liked the location of this place in how it is near a lot of food, fruit, and vegetable stands. I also liked how it is near a lot of mini stores where I can go pick up things that I need. Owner is very nice and loans me things that I needed. She is very respectful to me calling me sir. Hotel maid was very friendly to be around. I like how there was a portable convection stove for me to cook things with. I like how there were silverware, chopsticks, and dishes that I can use to eat my food with. Very good deal to use the washer where it only costs 20,000 dong for the first time and free for additional uses. I liked how it was near that big Winmart grocery store.
Hotel room was very clean. I liked how it had this small space where I can hang my clothes up to dry which was perfect because it was directly underneath the air conditioning unit of the room upstairs where it gives off the heat which dries it faster. Hotel always has a fresh clean set of towels available whenever I need it. Hotel always has toilet paper available whenever I need it.
The only thing that I didn't like was that now and then, there are spiders, where I had to kill 2 of them. I also had to deal with a big spider on my last day. I am somebody that has a fear of spiders.
I might comeback to this hotel in August, September, or beginning of next year when I comeback towards Hanoi in Vietnam and the situation fits for me.
