«My booking room isnt avaiable, and it was changed, i had another room , i dont like the bath. But it is ok with only one stay. I accepted. I think the staff should smile a little bit at the clients or get some interaction with guest. But i understand that Bac Ninh there is not too much tourist. But all of this it is not so good that i think i come back for staying.»

EEdwardI was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the front desk staff who could speak Chinese. Their ability to communicate in my language made the check-in process smooth and convenient. It truly enhanced my overall experience, and I greatly appreciated their effort to make me feel welcome.

DDIEUCheck-in staff is efficient and friendly. Very new hotel and the room is clean and spacious. Breakfast limited . Not much selection. No coffee / tea provided just milk / soya bean milk. Location is quite a distance from the city center and main street. There is no restaurant nearby so will need to walk 15-20min to locate restaurant. Overall a good stay as the price is reasonable.
