El hotel está bien el tapete donde mi habitación estaba no tenía que estar asentado para ser estrechado. La habitación era muy buena, pero no me gustaba el café. El sábado por la noche, puedes oler cannabis en el salón que era un hotel no fumador. El domingo por la mañana durante el check-out fui a la mesa delantera para decirles que el baño no funcionaba y para conseguir un coche para cargar mi coche, no encontré a nadie en la mesa ni en el café. Cuando volví a la habitación después de cargar mi coche para comprobar que no dejé nada en el piso del baño se inundó pero no pude llamar al escritorio porque mi teléfono no funcionaba y nadie estaba en las salas. ¡Este hotel necesita empleados que puedan estar cerca para ayudar a sus huéspedes! También los teléfonos en la habitación son obligatorios! Por la cantidad que pagué por dos noches podría haber estado mejor y al menos tenía café! No me quedaré en un Marriott en cualquier momento pronto!

El consejero de la oficina del frente Buba casi arruinó toda nuestra reunión familiar. Gracias a IHG corporativo y a dos horas de trabajo en torno a la “política” de Buba de no permitir que los invitados secundarios enumerados en la reserva se inspeccionen, el viaje fue un éxito y nos disfrutamos del hotel y de los demás conciertos de oficina amigables y útiles. Supongo que Buba actuaba en la dirección de sus gerentes, cuando le dije al gerente que había “salido” pero nunca devolvió mi llamada en absoluto durante los tres días que estaba esperando. Una vez más, IHG asistió a la empresa y el gerente y el secretario de escritorio Buba no lo hizo. Mis invitados secundarios estaban en la reserva y tenían copias de las reservas con sus nombres en ella, pero Buba declaró que no era la política de permitir a los invitados secundarios comprobar debido a preocupaciones de fraude. Las empresas IHG me dijeron que los huéspedes IHG recogen puntos para las estancias y pueden utilizar el punto para reservar habitaciones para familia y amigos mientras la otra persona esté lista en la reserva (están) no debería haber problemas. Ellos también afirmaron que validaron mi cuenta y trataron de asegurar a Buba que no había fraude. Soy un miembro de diamantes y nunca tuve que ocurrir en ningún hotel y espero que nunca vuelva a ocurrir. I’d rate Buba y manager 0/5 pero los otros trabajadores y el hotel mismo son 5/5.

Hotel was very clean, staff at the desk was very friendly. However, upon checking in we noticed that only half the parking lot was available and we had booked a block of rooms, so that was a problem. And only one elevator was working at the time of check in. By Sunday at check out, none of the elevators were working. We were staying one more night so we asked to be moved to the 2nd floor. The staff helped us move all of our things to the 2nd floor, which was so nice. Beds seems smaller than usual.

Pretty good place for a budget stay. Don't expect anything crazy but I see this place as a spot to rest and go mostly. Overall it was very clean rooms were big for what I got and I'd say it's a good deal but wish it was a bit cheaper for some aspects.

Great quiet time and just wanted a regular bathroom and yep lamps where out but would absolutely return if I were to receive a discounted price for a different room would make me feel better and not just being annoyed by stupid superficial things that most people take for granted

This by far was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a hotel! I reserved a room for a wedding I was attending and they had reserved a block of rooms. I booked my room over a month ago. Never heard anything and the day before I got an email to check in so I did. I drove 4 hours to get to hotel to find out that there were several people who have been waiting for rooms in the lobby for over 2 hours! When I went to check in, I was told that my booked room was not available as they had a hockey tournament that books the hotel every year and that the hotel was overbooked by 5 and I may not get a room at all! I had a wedding to be at starting at 5 and it was already 4:15. I tried calling corporate and they took my reservation number and then transferred me to someone else and they started to talk with me and then I got disconnected. Could never get back in touch with them. The front desk Lao told me they were short handed as 2 people called off. He called and spoke with the manager of the hotel who was at home, and not there assisting with all of these problems. I was then told that they would be giving me 20,000 points in my account, and that would plow me to go to another hotel and try and get a room! I am from out of town and had no idea where the other hotels were! Again, we were late for a wedding! Finally, after my friend changed in the bathroom while I argued with them, they finally had a room that was not the room I booked, but better! We ran upstairs and I got changed and we’re over an hour late for the wedding missing the vows! We were offered the room at a discount, but they had already charged my card earlier in the day! Said a credit would happen at checkout and it still has not come through. Was not given the credits I was promised! When we checked out, I found out the rude guy at the desk mixed up our rooms with another couple and we were in the wrong room under their name! Getting sleep at night was impossible, because the kids were running, yelling and screaming in the halls all night with no help for parents. When we came back from the wedding, all of the hockey parents were sitting in the lobby drinking with more alcohol than a bar! I counted 26 bottles of wine at one table, and a ton of heavy liquor bottles at the other table! The parents were even loud and their children were terrorizing the residents of the hotel! I have been trying to get a hold of corporate today to no avail! Never stay at this hotel! I could understand maybe if this was not an international chain of hotels, but they are a well known hotel chain! Very, very upsetting and will never stay at another one again!

Very nice hotel! We decided to stay overnight, since our work Christmas party was close by. The hotel was clean, fresh and nicely decorated. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and nicely appointed. The hotel has a very appealing restaurant, Verona, were we enjoyed drinks and an appetizer, then a scrumptious breakfast the next morning. Highly recommend this venue!
