This hotel is a classic! French door to the bedroom, actual balconies, huge bathrooms, sofa with a coffee table! We had an excellent experience here! They even have Murphys beds built in if you have more family/friends! Kory was amazing at the front desk, very professional and helped us with everything we needed! Breakfast was amazing, very nice bar as well. Thank you Kory, and thank you everyone for making are stay enjoyable. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the Perimiter area!

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Atlanta Perimeter North Hotel for 11 nights. Overall, my stay was satisfactory, and I didn’t encounter any major issues during my time there. I was out of the hotel for most of the day, and everything seemed to be in order. However, I had a highly disappointing experience on my last day. I requested a wake-up call for 5:30 AM, as I had an early flight to catch. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to provide the wake-up call as promised. This was a serious inconvenience, as timely reminders are crucial, especially when preparing for travel. While my stay was mostly pleasant, this lapse in service left a negative impression. Attention to details like wake-up calls is essential in the hospitality industry, and I hope the hotel takes steps to improve.

Muy amigable. La piscina y el gimnasio son buenos. Puedes comprar lo que necesitas en una tienda de conveniencia. El desayuno sencillo, especialmente omeletas, es tan delicioso

Realmente buen hotel. Nice staff, gran entrada abierta y lobby. The Westin certainly didn't forget to give everyone their own space, secure parking lot. Very clean look and feel. En el 11o piso, en la habitación, me encanta ver las torres de negocios de la Reina y el Rey.

I am normally not overly picky when it comes to hotels, but I would not stay here again. Reserved two queen rooms, requested adjoining and if not, at least next to each other as I was traveling with 5 teenage boys for a camp. Arrived at the hotel at 8pm to be told they were double/over booked so one room had to be a king. They were not adjoining, nor next to each other. The sofabed in the king room smelled so bad of urine that I almost gagged when I opened it up. The bathroom is in serious need of repair, the carpet is gross and sticky. All 5 boys had to sleep in the queen room which was tight. They “compensated” me at check in for the unavailability of the rooms we booked, by giving me the king room rate of $20 less. I was told they can’t do anything about the reservation system as “they allow the central reservation system to overbook rooms.” What??? Meanwhile my husband had booked this room and as the front desk was telling me there were not two queen rooms available as we had booked, he was on the phone with a woman who told him, no there are two available. I said this to the front desk male who said, you see me standing here talking to you, there is no woman here. I called the front desk later that evening after opening the sofabed and was told I could call back and talk to a manger between 10-2 the next day. Anxiously waiting to hear what he/she has to say. Really quite unacceptable. Additionally we tried to use the laundry facilities. Small with just two washers and two dryers. Only takes quarters as expected but no change machine and front desk had zero change. Breakfast left a bit to be desired. Very small and not well prepared for the amount of people. Location was good for what we needed. Right next door to a Walgreens and next to that is an Einstein Bagels…both walkable. Area seemed nice and safe but once we got to the hotel, we didn’t leave until checkout. Beds were ok but nothing great.

Viajamos con nuestros hijos. La ubicación del hotel es segura y hay más asiáticos, así que he reservado una noche primero. Me siento muy cómoda después de la estancia, así que continuó otra noche. Hay un ascensor y una cocina que puede cocinar por sí mismo. Después, Atlanta también considerará quedarse. No hay comentarios sobre el desayuno tan bueno, el salsa es muy básico de la leche de leche y yogur y otros. La comida es limpia, la temperatura es adecuada, el café es muy bueno.

Las suites/cameras son modernas y incluyen un lavavajillas y secador completo. El director general, Benisa, y su equipo de empleados, Bruk, Sonda, Chris, Andre, Natasha, Arnesi, Lauren, la custodia, etc... son todos de todo tipo y profesionales. Para mí, es sobre el nivel de servicio al cliente, así que siempre recomiendo el Waterwalk Atlanta Perimeter a otros que quieren una estancia amplia o que sólo visitan!
