The last time we were guests here was in March of 2020 and they were remodeling the lobby and parts of the 8th floor, so it was fun to see the “new” remodel. Entry is beautiful and staff helpful…and a lovely signature scent to greet roadworn travellers. We were celebrating a 16th & a 50th bday in group, and the Four Seasons made it special—plush Cardinal gift for my kiddo, and treats in the room. The new restaurant, Gordon Ramsay’s, now takes the place of previous restaurant, and it was a great in-house option with views of the city. We missed going in the pool since we arrived late—closes at sundown/8pm (that was a fave from our last visit)…and we left by noon and they were working on pool so it wasn’t open (yet) the next am. The hot tub& wading pool were lovely early am before the heat of the day. Seriously such a great option to just sit and take in the city views from the 8th floor pool. The pool attendants were so friendly and helpful. Workout facility is top notch (machines, free weights, smith press). We had a room facing the Gateway Arch on the 14th floor. Rooms are so cozy and beautiful. My teen’s fave L’Occitane soaps and lotions stocked in the bathroom. Again, a great visit. Well done 4Seasons!

El hotel fue una experiencia que nos disfrutamos. La decoración y el personal fueron increíbles. Disfrutamos de su personal cortesía: Rodger, Kevin y Mike; junto con algunos otros, que tendían a nuestra necesidad. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero el hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. El Cheshire es una joya oculta. Gracias por una experiencia hermosa.

Me he alojado en este hotel muchas veces. Cada vez que vengo a St. Louis para quedarme aquí, la sala principal puede cocinar, hay una suite y hay un sofá cama, pero la desventaja es que las camas están desplomadas, muy suaves e incómodas. Es conveniente tener una lavadora y secadora en cada piso. Las comidas ligeras y la cerveza están disponibles alrededor de las 5 pm de lunes a jueves. Se proporcionan de forma gratuita. Es simple por la mañana pero aún está lleno. Hay mucha gente los fines de semana, en su mayoría negros pero seguros.

El registro fue fácil. La recepción no explicó las reglas para usar la piscina. La habitación estaba limpia y era cómoda. La ubicación era muy buena, cerca de Union Station. No hay microondas en la habitación y el precio era un poco alto.

El hotel era tan hermoso! Las paredes eran un poco decepcionantes, pero eso es parte de su viejo encanto. No va a ser perfecto, pero me encanta la vista de la piscina. Deseo que tuviera más tiempo para quedarme. Eran tan dulces. Es el cumpleaños de mi novio y dijeron cumpleaños feliz. También le han recibido algo de la tienda de conveniencia, que es muy agradable. Let's start with the good. The rooms are amazingly comfortable. Mind you, it helps that I reserved a Stadium View king and was upgrade to an Executive Studio Suite. Extremely comfortable, very clean, and wonderfully furnished. It is exactly what I would expect from this level of hotel. It is also perfectly located if you're attending a Cardinals game at Busch Stadium. You walk out the front door, walk across Clark Ave which is shut down for games, and you are at the stadium. It is the reason I choose this hotel as I was attending a game. It is also basically in Ballpark Village. And now, the frustrating parts. Parking is horrible. First off, there is nothing on the website that I can find that tells you where to self-park or off what street to enter. I had the misfortune of trying to figure it out in between a double-header, where streets are blocked off and crazy people are running amuck in cars as well as running across the streets. I finally called the hotel and a kind gentleman talked me down to where I needed to be. By the way, the second level elevator, the only elevator that takes you near (not to) the hotel, the down button to call the elevator doesn't function. You have to hit the up button to have the elevator to arrive, then go up so you can do down to ground level. The elevator dumps you outside and you then walk past valet parking to get to the front door. Check in starts at 4:00pm and I arrive at 4:10pm. There is only one person at the desk, and she is dealing with a difficult customer. She was actually providing great customer service, but it was taking a lot of time and the line behind me was building. During this time, multiple employees walked by and behind the desk but offered no help or even made eye contact. Finally, after about 15 minutes, someone showed up to help. One thing to note, to use the elevator to go to your floor (mine was the 8th floor) you have to scan your room key card for it to allow you to push the floor button. That was not mentioned to me when I checked in and I could not figure out why I could not get to the 8th floor until a nice couple told me. Funny thing is, about 20 minutes later I got to tell another couple the same thing as no one told them either. You would think that should be automatic when checking someone in. Finally, the next morning I wanted to leave early, by 7 at the latest, so decided to do room service. They claim 24-hour room service available. However, you cannot order breakfast to be delivered to your room until 7 at the earliest. Prior to that, you can only order ”late Night Snacks”, which consists of things like Doritos. I just gave up, checked out, and had breakfast elsewhere on the road. There were other things as well. Overall, not a horrible experience. Just too many frustrating points which should not be the case for the cost of a night stays

La habitación era limpia y cómoda. Cons: Huele a cigarrillos a lobby y ascensor. La puerta de la sala de patio no se cierra completamente y se cierra. Estabamos en el lado de la calle principal, así que oímos los coches toda la noche. No la habitación más estéticamente agradable. Hay muchas pequeñas tinturas y rasgos en la habitación. La ropa estaba limpia, pero la madrastra tenía mucho pelo y tinturas en ella. La basura bajo/debajo de la cama. La ducha tenía muchas tinturas sucias en ella. La casa de baño no se fluye bien. Muchas de las salidas no funcionan en la habitación. Creo que si estas cosas se arreglaran, sería un alojamiento excelente. En general, como buscamos un último minuto de estancia de la noche, este lugar era un alojamiento excelente para nosotros, pero no volvería para un estancia prolongada a menos que se tratara de los problemas.

Stayed 1nt in a queen room #1001 on 10th floor with a coffee maker, individual controlled air con & also a ceiling fan in Aug & was very cool to sleep. Bathroom had a shower/tub combo with sliding doors. On the same floor is a pool table room & a reading room with tons of books, recliners, a piano & sheet music! On the 8th floor with the ice machine, snack vending machine & drink vending machine, there is also a microwave! The rooms don’t have one but you can go here to heat up your leftovers👍 Free shuttle to/from cardinals game; first departure 1 hr before game. Parking garage is $18 & is in & out. Bring ticket in for reception to validate. & it is Almost attached…just across a one way tiny street from the back entrance..didn’t see an elevator so park on 2nd level if possible(1st floor for “members”) We walked to & from cardinals game & it was quick, easy & safe. We would stay here again if the price was still much better than the other hotels in the area. Also: they have a water bottle refilling station in the lobby (sort of hidden across from check in by the coat check room)

Cargue el doble en su tarjeta de crédito y no libere sus fondos de inmediato. Mal servicio al cliente. No hay refrigerador ni microondas en la habitación. Sin distanciamiento social en el hotel. Lo único que tenían era buena comida.
