Fantástico
Muy agradable representación de la marca. Una buena propiedad en una ubicación tranquila. Amigo y alojado personal que me trasladó a una habitación aún más grande cuando mi tipo original de habitación no tenía un refrigerador. Todo con un sonrisa. La habitación era espaciosa y limpia y una cómoda madrastra. 5 a 10 minutos de la tienda de comidas y del aeropuerto. El precio era razonable para un hotel aeroportuario. Y no oí ningún avión.

I honestly have nothing good to say about our stay: from the initial check in to our exit, there were hiccups. Upon arrival, our room wasn't ready, and we were told we could use the pool/amenities. The valets both said we would be able to retrieve our pool bag from behind the check in desk. This seemed baffling to Riley (at the front desk) and she had no idea were the bag could be. It was literally behind her in the holding area. We were given no key or access to these amenities and repeatedly had to flag down random workers to merely use the restroom. Riley then called to notify us that our room was ready, and I said thank you... she then called again 15 minutes later as if she had never called. My husband attempted to enter the hotel from the crossing bridge, and was not allowed entry by hotel staff. Instead staff gestured for him to go back to the spa building, outside and around to the entrance of the hotel. Upon checking in, yet again the front desk staff was baffled by our ”checked in” luggage and said they had no idea where it was, we would need to check with valet. And no the luggage couldn't be placed in our room. So my husband had to again call for valet to retrieve our luggage, which AGAIN was directly behind the front desk. All of this seems to be an issue with the hotel wanting to be a ”top tier” luxury experience for a guest nut not quite following through with that expectation. Finally, once in our room, we lowered our AC to the lowest possible temperature at sometime around 3:15pm. It was not refreshingly cool in our room until well after midnight. Needless to say I will not be paying to stay at the BattleHouse again.

The hotel was very comfortable, both in room and the lobby and dining areas. While it appeared to be busy, it was quiet on the floors and hallways. All of the staff are very welcoming and attentive. Breakfast each morning has a different selection to choose from. Whether one goes first thing or at the end of the serving session, the food is always hot and refilled frequently and coffee is on hand pretty much all day.

Lovely looking place. It's a historic inn, so we weren't expecting the most up-to-date amenities. But when we got there, had to search for a front desk person - the call number they left had a full mailbox. We were told our room was on the top (3rd) floor and that the elevator was out of order (apparently been broken a long time). I explained that I had mobility issues that made it difficult to climb all the stairs with luggage etc. I was hoping she would change us to a ground floor room. Her response: ”Aw, bless your heart.” So we schlepped upstairs to find a view, not of the courtyard, which was what we booked, but of the demolition of the old convention center. Well, that couldn't be helped. but we couldn't get the ”blackout” curtains completely closed, maybe because they were attached to the rods with zip ties! It was not possible to make coffee - there was no pot or carafe to put in the machine. Front desk tried to tell me to just put the cup into the machine to catch the coffee. Cup didn't fit and besides, it was styrofoam and would have melted on the bottom heating burner where the pot usually sits. I told her that and she looked at me like I was nuts. On the upside, the rest of the staff was very friendly and the room and bed were clean and comfy. Location was great. Not a bad stay, but I doubt I would book there again.

UUsuario invitadoI did not plan to stay at this hotel- I was on a long road trip, and due to unanticipated road work and traffic accidents along the way that caused significant driving delays, I was unable to make it to my destination that evening. I booked the room on the Marriott Bonvoy app. The desk clerk was not at the front desk when I arrived- he was in a room behind the desk. The hallway was dark and dingy- very poorly lit. The room was clean; however, I wanted to use the freezer in the room refrigerator and found what is shown in the attached photo. Other issues: lightbulb in the room was burnt out, and while shampoo and bar soap was in the room, there was no lotion. I went downstairs to ask for it- and again, the clerk had to be summoned to the desk. I had no issues whatsoever with noise. I was grateful that the hotel had a hot breakfast- the breakfast hostess was outgoing and welcoming, but so much so that she was almost intrusive. This hotel is located in a busy area off of I-65. If you want a less congestion, I suggest driving north a few miles to Saraland- there are newer hotels in a less urban setting. This hotel could be so much better with a thorough renovation and a few tweeks in customer service.

For your safety, DO NOT STAY at this “hotel”. My stay was at the TRAVEL LODGE 5472B INN RD, MOBILE ALABAMA on 4/19/2024. It has taken me this long to muster up the courage to write this because the stay was horrific and the treatment was traumatic. I cried myself to sleep in the hotel room that has an address that is listed incorrectly. Allow me to start from the beginning. As a business owner, I travel a lot for work and I had a deadline 9 a.m. the following morning which means; its 1 am by the time I located the correct Travel Lodge I had reserved a room at and I have less than 6 hours to be on the road again AND as I was trying to find the location i stopped at two other hotels that were all booked for the night. This will be relevant when I get to the state of the room and why I couldn't just find another one in the middle of the night as a single woman. The attendant was rude and unwelcoming, they did not have the room I reserved so they moved me to another. The room was not fit for most jails or prisons. The toilet did not flush, the microwave appeared to have something explode inside and did not work, the lock didn't work, exposed wiring, the towels were soiled (I ended up with a rash) and trash was left about the room. Those are just a drop in the bucket as to how BAD the condition was. I have included pictures. The curtains were torn and ripped and the door to the bathroom has a huge hole. There was no hairdryer, iron, clothing hanger, or continental breakfast. I made the reservation through my WYNDHAM rewards membership. I obviously contacted them as soon as I could. After some back and forth with the rewards complaint department they threw some rewards points at me and gave me the personal information to the owner of the franchise (the franchisee). I call him and he berated and bullied me over the phone. He told me and I quote “You are not a business owner so how would you know?”. He continued on with things like, “You aren't happy with the room so you want a refund, that is not how this works.” “You don’t tell me to do anything, if you demand it then you get nothing!” “You do not know how business works.” He assured me that he would look into it and call me back. He had not written my name or number down and I pointed that out and he didn’t seem to care much. I did wait a couple of days and did not hear back. After talking with some officials and members of wyndham I decided that I should not have been put in the position to call his bully directly and I am not willing to go through that harassment again. Wyndham has assured me via email and phone call that they have a team and quality control people that are going to check out the property and I would hear back from them and that the general manager of the Travel Lodge would reach out in the mean time to discuss refund. NONE OF THAT HAS HAPPENED. So I am writing this to express that FOR YOUR SAFETY do not use this Travel Lodge and avoid all wyndham facilities because they do no
