Fantástico
TTravelTheSkyGreat experience ! Front desk staff was welcoming, room was very clean and interior was beautiful. Only stayed there one night for a concert but I would love to return to this hotel. One weird thing: the tv remotes might have been connected/interfering with other rooms? In the middle of the night it seemed as if someone else was controlling the volume and it was hard to adjust besides turning the TV off manually.

TTaylorMy husband and I travel to Milwaukee each year for his birthday. We chose this hotel for its location in proximity to our dinner reservation and the attractions we had planned. There were several negative reviews for this hotel regarding check in, cleanliness, and parking, I'd like to share my feedback to ensure travelers do not deter from staying at this hotel for those reasons. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by a friendly front desk staff and were able to check in promptly at 4pm. We were able to conveniently park in their side lot while we brought our belongings up to our room. The room was extremely spacious and had beautiful upgrades and convenient amenities such as a full kitchen. The high ceilings really made this room unique. Everything in the room was very clean. There is a parking garage directly across from the hotel which was easy to access and only cost $22.00 a night to park. When staying in downtown MKE it is to be expected that you will pay for parking, and knowing our car was in a covered garage was peace of mind. We choose to Uber to our destinations, so we didn't have to find parking multiple times, and we never had to wait more than a few minutes for our ride to arrive. My only disappointment was there was no happy hour. I was under the impression there was a cocktail hour offered, but it didn't take away from our stay, as there were several liquor stores within walking distance to grab a drink for the room while we got ready. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful with options, fresh, hot, and the egg bites were delicious. The last thing I will add which is huge for me, they have complimentary water, hot water for tea, and coffee in the lobby at all times. I hate forgetting to bring a water bottle for the middle of the night when staying at a hotel, so I loved this feature. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again in the future! Don't let the negative reviews sway your decision. This was a beautiful, newly converted hotel that you should absolutely check out next time you are staying in the area.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel está muy bien, pero no es un hotel muy bien. La única cosa que nos molestaba fue que el detector de incendios tenía baja batería, así que se aplastaría periódicamente y es un poco alto desde que está en una pequeña habitación de hotel.

UUsuario invitadoFor a 2 star hotel, you get exactly what you pay for. So while I can’t complain, just know what you’re signing up for and don’t have above average expectations. Had no issues with staff and appreciate the well lit parking lot with cameras (we’ve had our car broken into multiple times in MKE so this meant a lot to us). Room was decently clean but dog fur was very much present as well as someone’s hair on the pillows.

MMac MkJust booked another week. There is a nice usb hub in the room that allows for great charging. Also the -owner is not cut when u leave the room. So you can have all ur phones, iPads etc. fully charged when u get back. The tv is very large and there are many channels. All,in all a great place. Also there is a large oven that I used to make a really nice pizza. It is not in the room but in the gym . Lol. So u can bake something while you are working out.

UUsuario invitadoI have stayed here before and the location and price were right. This time however I was very disappointed and honestly feel I should recieve a refund do to the condition of the room. For starters there were roaches behind the bed and by the desk area and the carpet was seemed together terribly . Did not appear that the room was cleaned very well at all. Then I went to take a shower and notice it had zip ties and tinfoil holding some of the shower head together. I had a first floor room and the window latch was broken as well. This was very dissatisfying and definetly made it hard to sleep after noticing roaches behind the bed . I usually never leave reviews if I’m not satisfied with something but I feel an obligation to leave this review to prevent any traveling business people from picking this hotel because the location is great but it is a party hotel if you ask me. I would definetly like to be refunded for this terrible experience.

NNoel MarianoEl hotel estaba muy limpio. Fue muy tranquilo y el registro y la salida fue muy rápido y profesional. El desayuno consistía en tomar y llevar en bolsas preparadas, lo que ayudó con el distanciamiento social. Me quedaré aquí de nuevo.
