We were part of a large group checking in on Friday 10/11. The majority of the group was unable to check in until late evening, after 6pm that day. We were not able to check into our room till almost 9pm. My friend had arrived before me around 5pm and the girl at the front desk clerk (slender, long brown hair, slight accent) gave her attitude just telling her the room wasn't ready and they would call her. It was my number on the reservation and I received no phone call between that time and the time we returned from an errand. When we returned it was after 6pm, and the room was STILL NOT READY! The front desk manager Tamika was trying her best saying she would take care of us (sadly there was no compensation for the delay and inconvenience) and all the other desk clerk would do was take our number down on an already long list of guests waiting to check in. Still no phone call by 9pm when we went up from dinner but were finally able to check in. Tub in 336 does not drain. Upon check out on Sunday, we were unable to obtain a receipt. The front desk clerk (slender, long brown hair, slight accent) kept saying she couldn't find the reservation, it isn't there, it isn't ready...under either of the names on the reservation! It was as if she didn't care and was not interested in finding out. Many of us were rather disappointed in the experience, another friend waited over 5 hours to get a room with a poor young child crying in the lobby - IHG wouldn't even give her points to compensate! I personally will never stay at this property again and will strongly suggest to our group planners to consider another property for our future events. Other than Tamika's attempts to provide high levels of customer service to every guest with a smile on her face (not sure how she managed to keep that smile amidst everything!) the level of service was deplorable.

My wife and I stayed at the Home 2 Suites by Hilton in Middleburgh, Ohio for a wedding. We were there for four nights in August and were very pleased overall. The staff was extremely friendly, and the rooms were clean and meticulous. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast with a wide selection, including waffles, eggs, cereal, juices, coffee, and tea. There was also a nice gym and an indoor pool on the premises.

I've stayed here several times while in Cleveland, & for my money it's the best value. A few of the amenities are: - It's conveniently located just off I-71, & only 20 minutes. from downtown Cleveland. - The staff is friendly, courteous, & welcoming. - There is ample parking. - There are restaurants, stores, & gas stations nearby. - The rooms are always clean, & neat as a pin. - There's a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, stove, & oven. Stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Ok. No deposit required! No using your 100 dollars for a month or so until they decide to return it. This place is very clean and nice. Everything worked and it was a very nice stay. We will be going to Cleveland for my daughters’ health needs and we’ve found our place to stay.

I loved it here so friendly housekeepers talk to you and laugh help u In any l way they can very clean room smell so good the girl in front desk is so nice they make sure u got everything u need I will be back next weekend thank for making me feel safe

¡Experiencia absolutamente maravillosa!! Nunca he oído hablar de este hotel antes, pero nunca voy a ninguna otra parte ahora! ¡Todo era perfecto y la gente que trabajaba allí era tan increíblemente amable y amable!

El hotel fue construido antes, las instalaciones estaban bastante completas, con equipos de fitness y fitness en el tercer piso. El entorno global es bueno, aunque viejo, pero limpio y limpio, precios prácticos, buenos servicios, cerca del aeropuerto, más conveniente viajar.
