TtammycW6715FJThere are lots of hotels in the area. We booked this for the weekend and were pleasantly surprised. When we arrived, the front desk was so busy. The staff were efficient and friendly. The room was very spacious and super clean. From reading some review, I was a little worried about noise and smoking around the premises. May be were lucky. We had a excellent stay with no issues. Will return if in the area again.

Ddawnh982Hotel was very clean, staff at the desk was very friendly. However, upon checking in we noticed that only half the parking lot was available and we had booked a block of rooms, so that was a problem. And only one elevator was working at the time of check in. By Sunday at check out, none of the elevators were working. We were staying one more night so we asked to be moved to the 2nd floor. The staff helped us move all of our things to the 2nd floor, which was so nice. Beds seems smaller than usual.

DdayulPretty good place for a budget stay. Don't expect anything crazy but I see this place as a spot to rest and go mostly.
Overall it was very clean rooms were big for what I got and I'd say it's a good deal but wish it was a bit cheaper for some aspects.

UUsuario invitadoIt’s disappointing to write this review about this hotel as I had high hopes given that it’s a Marriott brand and paid $170 for a night. We arrived to the hotel around 7pm. It’s in a great location with nearby restaurants and stores. The lobby was under construction, which I was okay with, and they assigned us to a third floor room. We entered the room and it’s spacious and newly remodeled. From there, things went quickly downhill. I went to use the bathroom and tried to flush the toilet. Mind you, I only peed and used a small amount of toilet paper. The toilet barely flushed. My husband contacted the front desk and was told that this was “normal” as this is a “water saving toilet” and you need to “flush it a few times” to get it to work. It seems like that would be counterproductive to having a “water saving toilet”, but I digress. We then left to go to dinner. We come back to the hotel to go swimming and use the advertised hot tub. Surprise. There’s no hot tub. The front desk informs my spouse that they are trying to remove that info from the website. We go to the indoor pool area which is just off the lobby (the pool is not heated fyi). As we left the pool area and walked out the door into the lobby area, we were greeted by a cloud of what looked to be smoke. It was not smoke, it was the front desk person sweeping up the construction materials (the tile floor was being torn up). There was plumes of dust down the main hall way, including the area where the free breakfast is served. This is obviously concerning because there’s no protection from this dust plume into the food area where people are eating and the food is prepped. Back in the hotel room, there’s a full kitchenette with a full refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave (excellent!). Well, I hope you weren’t planning on sitting at even a small bistro table to eat, because there’s no where to sit and eat a meal in your room. Well there is a desk with one chair if that works for you and your family. This is a large hotel room but poorly designed. Also, if you are looking for a luggage rack to place your luggage, you’re out of luck on that too. I do have to say that the bed was comfortable and the room had black out curtains. I used the workout room and everything is covered in a layer of dust. I did clean off two machines for them. The toilet did plug up in the morning. Couldn’t get ahold of the front desk after multiple attempts. I went to the front desk and was told that maintenance wasn’t there and was provided a plunger. We didn’t eat the free breakfast as I don’t like my food flavored with tile dust. Besides the toilet not working, the small side table was broken upon our arrival along with a non working lamp. I left notes on each of these items for housekeeping and management to address. I’m highly disappointed with our stay here and will never be back. Marriott needs to get their act together. There are better ways to manage a hotel especially when it’s under construction/repair. I

Hello I would like to say that I've had one of the best experience at the quality inn in Warren Michigan I must say that the manager Tana is excellent she goes out of her way to make sure customers are satisfied she makes sure that the inside and outside are is very clean she checks on her customers she's always reading you with a smile she makes sure that you're satisfied I've even seen her cleaning helping with breakfast it makes me feel good to just hear her say hello hi how you're doing do you need anything great person to talk to I enjoy being here the mattresses feel very good the cleaning staff is great also they do an excellent job in making sure that you have everything you need don't hesitate to ask because they'll get you just what you need the maintenance man Mark is great too if something's broke he'll fix it believe me he can fix anything I enjoyed my stay here I would encourage anyone if you're in Warren Michigan or anywhere in Michigan and you need a good place to stay come to the quality inn in Warren Michigan you will enjoy your stay here you will also enjoy the breakfast it's free and it's good take my advice thank you so much for making my stay so enjoyable Tana mark Manila and the cleaning staff I think you all for such an excellent job and making this hotel one of the best in Warren Michigan

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel está bien el tapete donde mi habitación estaba no tenía que estar asentado para ser estrechado. La habitación era muy buena, pero no me gustaba el café.
El sábado por la noche, puedes oler cannabis en el salón que era un hotel no fumador. El domingo por la mañana durante el check-out fui a la mesa delantera para decirles que el baño no funcionaba y para conseguir un coche para cargar mi coche, no encontré a nadie en la mesa ni en el café. Cuando volví a la habitación después de cargar mi coche para comprobar que no dejé nada en el piso del baño se inundó pero no pude llamar al escritorio porque mi teléfono no funcionaba y nadie estaba en las salas.
¡Este hotel necesita empleados que puedan estar cerca para ayudar a sus huéspedes! También los teléfonos en la habitación son obligatorios! Por la cantidad que pagué por dos noches podría haber estado mejor y al menos tenía café! No me quedaré en un Marriott en cualquier momento pronto!

UUsuario invitadoMi familia iba a visitar mientras trabajaba, por lo que reservamos 2 habitaciones para 3 noches a través de una aplicación de 3 festas en Hapeville, GA, y no podían/no podían acomodarnos con cambios aunque soy miembro de recompensas y estaban acomodando a otros huéspedes Las habitaciones necesitan una renovación. La limpieza era subpar. La cama estaba turbia y la matriz era dura. El duche era lento para drenar y el suelo nunca se secó. Mi puerta de balcón no cerró y la cadena de seguridad en la puerta era una broma. El hotel está muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy cerca del aeropuerto. I was extremely disappointed with our stay. The hotel was dirty - from the entrance, to the lobby, hall and the room. The halls were filled with litter on the floors. Our room had not been vacuumed - trash in every corner. The fridge was dirty, the vent in the bathroom was covered in dust. The wash clothes looked like they were cleaning rags (very dingy). Lots of people walking the halls and going to the rooms with the cleaning person . I believe, they only change sheets as the place is really dirty. We couldn't get the urine smell out of our room despite odor killing disinfectant and room fresheners. Breakfast - they don't have the pints of milk as seen in the images, there is a pitcher of milk that stays in the small fridge it was there all night until the next day for use. No pastries. They said we had to wait for the guy that was on call to come in before we could get a plunger for the toilet. 2 hrs later, my husband went down and there were two of them behind the counter. an employee kept his truck parked at the entrance each night and the alarm went off every few minutes. Most of the staff was very unfriendly and appeared and sounded annoyed that you were there. There were 2 that spoke pleasantries out of the 7 that we encountered. I will never stay here again and don't recommend it.
