Great experience!! It's my first time driving solo away from my family and my stay here was excellent! Had to get a drink from the bar, Nick was the bartender and he made a great cocktail drink for me. Customer service is excellent!! Will stay here again!!

Since the company that manages this location, Aimbridge Hospitality rotated the current GM and AGM here, the management professionalism and hotel cleanliness are appalling! Unprofessional Management Team: I was told that both the GM and the AGM were named Chris, and the way they treated my 65-year-old mother was unacceptable! My mother was disrespected by a ”sassy”, unprofessional Asian American or South American who was not wearing a nametag for identification. I took a picture of this unidentifiable and unprofessional manager during one of his interactions with my mother to capture his blatant ignorance of professionalism and decorum. Room and hotel grounds: I have attached multiple pictures that show the dirty, stained hallway carpeting riddled with multiple cockroaches and other bugs. This demonstrates the lack of compliance with Hilton's CleanStay initiative which states ”The Hilton CleanStay program delivers an industry-defining standard of cleanliness across Hilton’s family of brands globally to give our guests peace of mind from check-in to check-out.” (see pictures) Outside the exit door by the gym is a bee hive forming with active bees swarming around. (see pictures) Behind the couch in the room was a pile of some type of insect that were not living. This demonstrates the lack of compliance with Hilton's CleanStay initiative which states ”The Hilton CleanStay program delivers an industry-defining standard of cleanliness across Hilton’s family of brands globally to give our guests peace of mind from check-in to check-out.”(see pictures) I know this is a pet-friendly hotel, but the smell of pet dander is extremely strong because housekeeping doesn't use pet cleaning solutions when guests with pets check out. This demonstrates the lack of compliance with Hilton's CleanStay initiative which states ”The Hilton CleanStay program delivers an industry-defining standard of cleanliness across Hilton’s family of brands globally to give our guests peace of mind from check-in to check-out.” Again, since the new management team was switched out, the quality of service is nonexistent and the cleanliness is that of a Motel 6 quality.

Great hotel, exactly as described on the picture and up to the standard of “Marriott” brand. Very helpful front desk, late checkout without hassle and I could send a package there. The included breakfast is nice with different options and everything on self service. Free coffee available 24hrs and the hotel is virtually 5min walk away from Grapevine outlet mall. And airport shuttle available!!

El escritorio delantero era excelente. Deseo que nuestra habitación tuviera aire acondicionado. Teníamos una unidad que ventilaba fuera. My husband and I just spent our anniversary at the Vin staying a couple of nights and had the best time. We enjoyed music in Harvest Hall, met some wonderful people at the hotel bar and had a great breakfast the morning we checked out. Well, we finally unpacked our suitcases a few days after we checked out and I realized I must have left my jewelry bag in our room…I was sick about it as I had my retired James Avery pieces in that bag. SO, I called FOUR days later to see if by chance housekeeping had found my jewelry bag and JR was very kind taking details of our room # and dates we had stayed. JR said he would check and call me back. A couple of hours later he called to say he had my bag after he had taken time to search himself! Going the extra mile is very impressive in the hotel industry. We will be back around the holidays to enjoy another stay…definitely a highlight of the Holidays!!

Algunos miembros de mi familia y yo viajamos a Grapevine, Tx para el próximo juego Dallas Cowboy vs NY Giants en octubre de 2020. ¡Debo decir que fue, verdaderamente, una ESTANCIA COMPLETA en este hotel! ¡La profesionalidad, la hospitalidad y el respeto fueron SPOT ON! La ubicación era INCREÍBLE ... muy cerca de tiendas y varios restaurantes (actuallu a poca distancia). Además, DESCUENTO DEL SOMBRERO al restaurante Bonnie and Clyde's ubicado dentro del hotel. La comida, las bebidas y el SERVICIO AL CLIENTE fueron EXCELENTES ♥ ️🍸🥩🍲 ♥ ️! El único inconveniente fue no tener un microondas en la habitación. Aparte de eso, este hotel es un lugar EXCELENTE y lleno de belleza para alojarse, ya sea por negocios o por placer.

I have stayed here before with my mother and had a good experience. I was told they are going to remodel as the hotel has been outdated, but they have not. All that they have done was paint the exterior. The hotel has front desk employees ONLY at the Courtyard side with NO EMPLOYEES on the TownePlace side to monitor pedestrians coming in and out of the doors on that side of the hotel which is a SECURITY RISK! I saw some ”characters” coming and going that were clearly up to no good as one could not stop fidgeting with themselves and the other was chewing at something that was not in his mouth, clearly a sign of someone on narcotics. Sure they will claim to have CAMERAS, but ALL businesses have cameras, but having actual employees to report things to in close proximity allows one to feel SAFE AND SECURE while at their hotel. For the hotel being as outdated for a TownePlace as this one is, they do a decent job upkeeping the rooms. I had 2 issues during my stay: 1.) A guest was openly smoking in their room which is a violation of the ”hotel policy.” and I was told by someone at the Courtyard front desk, ”We will have housekeeping investigate the hallway.” The hallway? You MUST knock on a door and have the guest open the door to CONFIRM the guest is in violation of your hotel policy, NOT simply walking the hallway. The hotel doors are heavy and well-isolated. I offered to have them enter my room to confirm and smell it for themselves and was told, ”Housekeeping will walk over and take a look.” I have asthma and upper respiratory issues so smoking makes it very uncomfortable and hard to breathe. Why is the hotel's ONLY remedy to this situation was to have me move rooms when they can remove someone for violating health regulations and their own hotel policy? How about getting one of the managers sitting in the back office to investigate and actually knock on the doors of the 2 rooms on either side of my room to FIND the violator and actually ADDRESS THE ISSUE? Management and the employees at the Courtyard front desk could careless nor be bothered to help a guest find solace. 2.) Roaches. Multiple roaches were in my room. I was only able to get a picture of one (please see picture). Was there ANY form of remedy/compensation for the roaches? HELL NO! ”Someone will be available to spray tomorrow” was the ONLY response received from the Courtyard front desk employees. I made sure to contact the Courtyard front desk to have an employee come and see for a fact that there were roaches in my room both times. I understand bugs and roaches are normal in Texas. But when it is MORE THAN ONE and there was NO form of remedy/compensation for the dirty conditions brought by roaches and bugs tracking all over the room was disheartening. Again, the general, ”No one cares nor cares to be bothered” was my only attitude from the hotel staff
