UUsuario invitadoFrom the convenient quiet location to the hot breakfast to the accommodations, everything was perfect! The bed was very comfortable, the room was very spacious, and it was quiet. The breakfast was hot and fresh and was restocked continually. The staff, especially Dylan, was knowledgeable and very helpful. He answered all of our questions about the best places to eat and local attractions. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay there again when in that area!

Well where do I begin? First of all the appearance of hotel was nice and clean, and that's where the good review stops. We checked in and got to our room and first thing we noticed as soon as we walked in was the floors were sticky and our shies stuck to the floor. Very low lighting in the room,and lady bugs everywhere. When your paying $175.00 a night you just expect more. Beds were clean and comfortable, which was a plus. The 2nd night we were in our room and another couple just walks in. They had been given our room at check in. To me this day and time that's could have turned out very badly. Called the front desk and they said I don't even see you in my system and then said oh wait your supposed to be un a room on 3rd floor!! Excuse me? When checking out this morning I was told that I had to get receipt of stay from a third party person.😡😤😡 I called the hotel directly to make reservations and was sent to someone else which I don't like at all. I had rather talk to someone that works at that hotel. I told the lady we had nothing but trouble and she was like oh.. I definitely WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY ELSE. No apologies or discounts for letting a stranger in my room or nothing. It makes no difference that your right next door to The Ark Encounter cause you still have to drive 100 feet and pay for parking so don't think being next door matters it says you no time or money

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. You pay a premium for weekends, but I guess that is to be expected. Overall, this is a nice place to stay. The indoor pool and workout room are nice. My only issue/complaint is that the upper floors are wood and not concrete, so they are very noisy if there are kids jumping around above you, like we experienced our first night. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Great time Great staff. But Ms. Jacquelyn wow she mad the trip awesome the breakfast food was mmm delicious cooked right good selection of food napkins everything I'm very picky about food an it was FANTASTIC I wasn't gonna stop there but my family told me to bc I was tired I'm so glad I did bc I ate food prepared by somebody that cared I highly recommend this Comfort Suites in dry ridge bc. Ms.Jacquelyn she really knows how to take care of the everyday Traveler

La habitación era muy limpia y la cama estaba cómoda. Amado la habitación porque se habían deshacido de cualquier tela desnuda y pusieron los pisos bonitos. El hotel está muy tranquilo y tranquilo en el hotel. Sería absolutamente quedarse allí otra vez y recomendar a cualquiera que vaya a esa zona.

Do yourself a favor. DON'T! I checked in, alone, after a 12 hour drive. There were problems getting someone to answer the phone, for 3 hours. 2 room keys didn't work. Had to leave my personal luggage in the hallway unattended to take the stairs down to the front desk to get help with keys because no one would answer the front desk phone! Room was disgusting. Stains on the bedspread. Sheets were dirty, stained, and literally had dirt inside both beds. Dirty headboards and under. Chair had loose old food on it. Coffee maker had a dirty old pod in it. Surfaces unwiped & dusty, with drink rings. Ants in the bathroom and a medium sized spider. The towel rack was dirty and rusty. There was a dryer sheet placed in the A/C vent to cover the smell. The floor shook when the A/C was running! The left side window frame was broken and snapped off. I have photos of all this. My ”Do Not Disturb” sign was displayed on my door (for a reason) but housekeeping disregarded it & banged on my door 2 hours prior to checkout, 3 times, while I was sleeping & showering! Very rude. The coffee in the free breakfast room was awful. Threw it away. I didn't want to eat there after all this, so no comment on the food. I didn't dare go there! I always leave a nice tip for the housekeepers but not this time!! Positives: Anthony and Whitney at the front desk were wonderful. Fridge worked very well. Hotel was fairly quiet. I've stayed at the Hampton next door before. No problems there. Mr Bob Patel-if you want good business, fix these problems because the competition has mine now.

My wife and I normally stay at Motel 6/Hotel 8 places that accept dogs. This place is a bit nicer than any of those, but at the same price. For a ”2 star” hotel, it is pretty nice. The staff is friendly. It's right next to the Ark Encounter and a nice Mexican restaurant. Nothing fancy - but it's clean, comfortable, convenient, and easy on the wallet.
