Superb location right next to Hadrian’s Gate and near the Old Bazaar. Plenty of options for eating and shopping within walking distance.
Rooms and accessories have been done tastefully. Far better than staying at a corporate chain hotel.
Tip: ask for airport transfer because taxis cannot drive right up to the entrance. Our taxi dropped us off at the Hadrian’s Gate. Hotel reception was very kind to send someone to haul our bags across the Gate.»

❤總結: 安塔利亞 山，城，海，三景合一，一價全包，省時省力。
🩷位置: 安塔利亞灣西側，距離老城區約20-30車程（全天候都多多少少有堵車的情況。），樓下馬路對面就是海灘。距離安塔利亞機場約40-50分鐘車程，還車趕飛機的，建議提前3.5小時出發😂（不誇張）。
💜停車: 自有地上停車場，有植物構成的頂，大概是給夏季高温防止暴曬預備的，數量充足。不知道等到度假季節時，數量還夠不
🧡辦理入住: 中午2點辦理入住，一行4人，定了兩間房，可能考慮到有個足球俱樂部的青訓梯隊入住，所以很貼心的給我們的房間都做了升級，放在了高層。
搬運行李可以先把車臨時停在酒店門口，會有服務員拿着推車幫你直接送到房間裏。
💙房間: 寬敞無異味，一邊陽台，一邊是窗户，山，城，海三景合一。不夠新，但是沒毛病。
🩵吃喝: 包價，顧名思義，一價全包。因為房型升級，所以待遇也直接升級，一天5餐，早餐，午飯，下午茶歇，晚餐，夜宵。正餐均為自助，簡餐均有服務員幫你拿。房間裏的mini bar全部免費。正餐自助裏有很中國的小葱和泡菜蘿蔔。

BBarhoushEn resumen, ¡la ubicación del hotel era fantástica! A 20 minutos en coche del aeropuerto de Antalya, hay muchos restaurantes, bares / pubs, gimnasios y la playa está a 10 minutos a pie del hotel. ¡La habitación era maravillosa! perfecta decoración relajante / moderna, reservé una suite en el primer piso junto a la piscina. La piscina no es tan grande pero bastante buena para nadar y broncearse. Lo mejor que me gustó es realmente divertido, hay un botón de taxi junto a la puerta afuera, simplemente haz clic en él y ¡tu taxi aparecerá en 5 minutos! 😁

UUsuario invitadoWe have stayed at this hotel before and returned a second time because it is so fantastic in every way, the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, the cleaning staff come in every day, the mini bar and tea making facilities are topped up every day, the food in the main restaurant is excellent and plentiful, the bar drinks menu is so generous and the service is brilliant plus there is entertainment every night, the hotel is perfectly located for the beach and the Antalya Aquarium and the Archaeological Museum are a must to visit and are a very short distance by taxi, the taxi rank is literally just over the road from the reception entrance and taxi fares are all metered and extremely good value for money.

The only issue I had was that one of the cleaners at the facility stole money I left in the room. I returned to the room 2mins later & was shocked to see the money not there. When I reported it. They told me the staff thought the money was a tip but the money was hidden so how could she possibly think that. The managers and receptionist kept insisting she took the money because she thought it was a tip but it was practically impossible to think that especially when knowing how I hid the money. I also took a video of the incident. They also threatened to call the police on me because they didn’t want me complaining about the incident in the lobby for other customers to hear. I don’t think they would have gotten anywhere with that because I was the victim of theft. They offered me a gesture of a free massage or wine & fruits. I wanted a different gesture because I had already paid for a message & had bought my own wine already. I wanted transfer to the airport when I was time to leave instead but they resfused. I asked them to include breakfast instead they refused. So had to settle for a 20minute massage. The massage was good though. Other than the theft everything else was amazing. There was a male receptionist who was also a little rude. The female receptionist was pleasant.
Great hotel though I would definitely go back just make sure to keep valuables on me!

Ubicación (5/5): Falcon Hotel está convenientemente ubicado cerca del aeropuerto internacional de Antalya, lo que lo hace fácilmente accesible para los viajeros que llegan en avión. El hotel también está situado muy cerca de atracciones populares como la playa de Konyaaltı y el acuario de Antalya, ofreciendo a los huéspedes la combinación perfecta de comodidad y ocio.
Alojamiento (5/5): Las habitaciones del Falcon Hotel son espaciosas, limpias y están bien equipadas con comodidades modernas. Mi habitación tenía una cama cómoda, un balcón con impresionantes vistas al mar Mediterráneo y un baño bien equipado. UUsuario invitadoVery good location - in Old Town and close to plenty of restaurants, cafes and shopping, the old city marina, hidirilik tower, karaalioglu park, and pick up point for day trips which is just outside the hadrian gate.
The room was quite small and many things didnt function. Unaccessible bedside drawers, tv and safe didnt work, small old shower with no proper ventilation, no space to hang/dry anything except for wardrobe, beddings smelling of cat food. The ac worked really well though.
The staff communication was polite yet terrible. I needed early check in and contacting them prior to staying was a nightmare. Either they didnt pick up, or if they did, they'd tell you they don't know/call back later. Upon arriving early morning 6am, we were told by the night shift manager that'd hed provide us the room early around 9am and agreed that it doesnt make sense to pay for early check in just for 3 hours and we could just lounge around by the pool until the. But this was a lie. The day manager simply dismissed us and asked for extra nights cost for a room that was in the attic with barely any space to stand straight. Frustrated and disappointed, we just ended up waiting till 2pm for check in.
We didnt have wifi for an entire day despite complaining. The wifi in rooms is different to wifi in lobby which the staff didnt seem to understand. They simply didnt bother completing the wifi process which is why we couldnt access the wifi in the room.
Throughout our stay, we had different information provided by different 5 staff which got very very frustrating. Water bottle and amenities etc is only provided on the first day which is not clearly mentioned in description. One staff told us there is housekeeping every third day when we requested for few things, however this isnt true as per other staff/owner.
Breakfast was ok. Not much selection in warm food, only chips and sausages and eggs.
The indoor area looks pretty with the plants and swimming pool. Lots of cute cats. There are 3 parrots and one of them talks! the noise levels are expectedly high if youre facing the pool area. Not ideal if youre a light sleeper.
Overall, great location but needs better service.

What truly stood out was the hotel's flexibility and generosity. When we decided to extend our stay by an extra night, they graciously allowed us to do so in the same upgraded room, without any additional charges. This gesture not only showcased their commitment to guest satisfaction but also made our experience even more memorable.
Old Town Point Hotel Spa is not just a place to stay; it's a destination that understands and caters to the needs of its guests, creating an atmosphere of genuine hospitality. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antalya and seeking a delightful blend of luxury, convenience, and exceptional service.

Higiene: Salas limpias.
Ambiente: Salir es la calle comercial, muy conveniente, a la puerta de Huddleen cinco minutos, a los diez minutos del puerto, a unos minutos de la estación de trenes, muy bien. El piso superior puede ver el paisaje, el sol es realmente hermoso.
Servicio: El personal de la recepción es muy entusiasta, presenta activamente las atracciones turísticas de Antaria, informa sobre las cuestiones de atención de la estancia y se ocupará de ello la próxima vez.

UUsuario invitadoThis was a terrible experience. Asked for a room change due to the continuing building work going on at this hotel. It’s trading during a major overhaul. Work starts at 8am through to some days 8pm. There’s no way you can relax on the day. The second room we where moved to had a tiny window with a view to shock anyone. Photo uploaded. Walls are paper thin we could hear every sound from the room next door. A telephone conversation including the call responder could be heard as if we were all in the same room. Poor fitted flooring. The wardrobe was free standing and when the door was open the whole thing rocked forward and had to be held to stop it falling on us. The breakfast room which was a previous basement has had a poor re fit and there was a strong smell of sewage in the mornings. We where told all rooms were non smoking yet the smell of smoking was strong in both of the bedrooms we had been allocated. I spoke to reception regarding this issue to be told it’s the workman smoking outside the back door and leaving the door open, plus people standing by the enterance of the hotel’s automatic doors. The second bedroom we where relocated to had several a/c units outside of the window which kept us awake . We had four nights here and did not get any good rest. Continental breakfast was very basic, all of the choice was uncovered and had flys over it . Staff in this area spent most of the time on there mobile phones, The breakfast room was clearly still under construction!. A positive is the Wi-Fi signal was good but different code depending what floor you where on. Hotel is very close to the Main Street with traffic at all times. Sirens from emergency services day and night. We over heard many guests complain about the noise from builders and very thin walls.
