La habitación del hotel ha sido recientemente renovada. Se puede ver el mar desde el balcón. El hotel es muy rentable. Volveré la próxima vez. Lamentablemente olvidé tomar algunas fotos. La actitud de servicio del personal del vestíbulo es muy buena, no entiendo el idioma y se puede solucionar mediante la traducción del teléfono móvil.

酒店的地理位置很好，周圍有Lotus商場和terminal21商場，距離芭提雅汽車北站也很近，步行到芭提雅海灘也就8分鐘左右。酒店的花園和泳池都很漂亮，花園可以散步也可以跑步，泳池很大外形也好看。早餐很豐盛，服務人員也很熱情！似乎是德國人經營的酒店，德國退休度假中老年人很多，但是不亂，比較安靜。住了4個晚上，如果下次再來芭提雅還住這裏。就是健身房有點小了，健身器材不多。

Good location close to Tree Town but far enough from the noise. Room was nicely appointed if on the small side - they give you a luggage rack but there’s literally nowhere to place an open suitcase on it. Shower was good but would blast scalding hot water every 90 seconds or so. Bed was comfy with lots of pillows. Access ramp seems like it should start on the other side from the stairs

Hotel is value for money. Located very near to the beach with lots of eateries and night market.
The location is peaceful and relaxing as traffic are not heavy
10 mins walkable to terminal 21 mall and Tiffany show, lots of shops , night markets and eateries along the way.
Hotel room and cleanliness are good. Staff are helpful and friendly.

My favorite hotel in Pattaya.
Everything is great so i will explain what are my problems with it , which are minor..
The pool is great, but if you like sun you will enjoy it from 9 till 3 since the building are blocking the sun.
No balcony in the rooms, can be a problem for smokers.
Besides that, amazing place. 👌

En el hotel, en el principio de 2020 me quedé y me encantó. Desafortunadamente, creo que dos años y medio de codicia han cobrado un peaje sobre las instalaciones. No me equivoques, todavía me gusta este hotel. La ubicación es ideal (en el interior de la caminata de todo lo que necesita en Pattaya). El personal es amigable. El lugar es limpio. El hotel tiene una gran piscina abierta 24 horas al día. Pero no tiene mantenimiento en este momento. Algunas cosas son muy necesarias para reparar después de haber sido cerradas durante tanto tiempo (fugas de aire acondicionado que dejaron el techo y el suelo dañados, toallas de baño con agujeros en ellas ...). Dicho esto, todavía lo recomiendo a cualquiera que quiera alojamiento asequible en Pattaya.

No hay preguntas sobre la pureza y el confort. La habitación más cómoda de todos los lugares donde estaba en Pattaya. Muy cómoda cama grande.
Dos minutos del mar y del mercado nocturno, 7/11. Wi-Fi es buena captura. Buen conde

- La sala y la zona de chilaut se encuentra en otro edificio en 3-5 km y no hay muy directo.

BBalajismaWe stayed 3 nights in this hotel room no 1809,with good beach view, few disappointments hot water shower was not continuous working after 10 mins, and swimming pool there is no warmer installed , water is always cold and 24th floor is always breezy and chill, but nice view water park is amazing for kids, if they install swimming pool warmer this is best place for kids and adults, very spacious room , clean and staffs are very polite and friendly, good service, location is amazing. I recommend and have would visit again.

MMichaelWell, it was a spontaneous booking for one night and overall ok. But do not plan to come back.
The positive:
- nice comfortable beds
- friendly staff
- nice happy hour by the pool bar
- reasonably priced food
- free parking
What I didn’t like:
- they wanted to charge me half a day if I arrive before 3 pm (absolutely pathetic)
- the hotel has a Africa theme, a Mediterranean theme, a mine and all mixed together (really strange combi)
- breakfast buffet was mediocre, no cheese for the omlettes????
- the room has key operated bedroom sliding doors that easily shut and if you are in your pool room without a card in your pocket at all times you run risk of locking yourself out; there should be better ways
- poor room design leads to mosquitoes everywhere

UUsuario anónimoI stayed here twice a year before COVID and have now returned after the renovation. We stayed in a twin room, which was nice and satisfactory. However, the service at this hotel is drastically different from what it was before and has unfortunately become quite poor.
Upon checking in, I was instructed to download their app to request ongoing services. After checking in, I purchased credits (referred to as Free Money / Bath Bonanza) through the app, but I still had to go down to the check-in counter to complete the payment before placing an order for in-room dining, which felt ridiculous. Why didn’t they reintroduce the credit program at the check-in counter like before?
Regarding the spa, the app listed some discounted packages. When I called the spa to confirm whether I could book a Thai massage for THB 1400 without using my credits (the original price would be charged if I applied credits), they assured me that I could. When I asked if I should book through the app next, they told me they could make the booking over the phone right then. However, after my treatment, my husband was charged THB 1800 instead of THB 1400 and was informed that the discounted rate was only available through the app. Additionally, many staff members seem to have limited English proficiency, which complicated communication. It was not like this before!
I booked a spa appointment for the next day at 10 AM and was told to arrive early. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment but couldn't find any staff there, and the reception didn’t open until 10 AM!
After the spa, I was led to the outdoor resting area, but there was construction on a wooden bridge nearby, with hammering sounds and a burning smell!
We were also disappointed with the breakfast options. There were no noodles in hot soup or traditional Thai dishes, which felt quite lackluster.
The in-room dining also disappointed us. The Pad Thai I ordered was terribly salty! After the meal, the staff came to collect the dishes but left the table messy without wiping it down.
On Christmas Eve, we had dinner at The Coast. It was advertised as a Christmas dinner with a live band, but it turned out to be a guitar and violin duo playing a few Chinese songs. I felt like it was a mid-autumn festival instead. My child and I arrived at the restaurant first, and I asked the staff to hold our dishes as we wanted to wait for my husband. They agreed but then served my child and me the salad starter immediately! Once my husband arrived, we had to chase them three times to serve him the starter. Additionally, I had to ask twice for a drink menu! To top it off, we were charged THB 1900 each for a main course that included only one slice of beef Wellington! We spent a total of THB 5900 for the three of us and ended up with a watery mango milkshake!
Overall, it seems that the renovation did not extend to service quality, and the changes haveu significantly detracted from my experience.

WWBCobrándome una multa de 1.000 dólares por fumar en la habitación y llamar a la policía. Pero su detector de incendios ni siquiera se activó. El encargado de la limpieza de la habitación solo informa que se tomaron las fotografías a continuación y que en la habitación hay humo. Además, la ubicación está alejada de todo, por lo que desplazarse se vuelve muy difícil. Su viaje diario costará un mínimo de 150 a 200 baht por persona. Es el hotel perfecto para aquellos que quieran pasar un tiempo tranquilo en familia.

AAus TravellerHotel is in a fantastic location right near all the action.
Room slightly out dated but was big and clean.
Had a Grand Deluxe room which I think could have had a microwave and 3/4 fridge not a small bar fridge.
Has 2 pools which were adequate and a small gym.
Breakfast was good and a variety.
If you want to be away from tourist groups book a Deluxe room up.
Stayed here a few times and would recommend it.
Five minute walk to Tree Town where all the main bar areas and restaurants are in saying that bars and restaurants a plenty near Hotel.
Had an enjoyable stay.

UUncle Nick NickOlder bigger hotel in Pattaya. Has swimming pool, and so much to say about the exercise room. Good location, just across a big shopping mall and massage shops. You can forget their breakfast even it's inexpensive. Walk through the shopping mall is the beach road. Good size supermarket in basement. Be aware of the alcohol selling time, not 24hrs.Take the Baht bus to go around, or nearby Jomtien Beach. You can stand at the back if you dare. In morning not much activities. People go out when it's not that hot at night.
