The Raffles Singapore is a one of a kind experience with no comparison. We stayed for 8 days/7 nights, it felt very much like a home. The buildings are beautifully and tastfully decorated. The rooms are beautiful with a mix of modern and colonial style. Even the standard room is a suite with a separated parlour which has its own controls for lights and ac. The staff are excellent and always ready to help. We had issues arise and talked to management and they listened and corrected the issues in a timely manner. We had a tasting experience meal at the grand lobby on the first night, dinner and at Le Dame Du Pic and drinks at the Writers Bar. The selection of bars and eateries have you covered for any taste you want, we didn't manage to try all the hotel has to offer as Singapore has such a great food scene in the hawker centres. It's location is excellent nestled between key tourist areas in Singapore and easy access to the metro at the City Hall station

After seeing some of these reviews, I was somewhat apprehensive about booking this place. I needed a place for a couple of nights at the end of my latest 7 week trip and thought I'd take a chance. Over the last 20 years, I've stayed at almost all of the Bencoolen area hotels and most have gone downhill precipitously. When I checked in, I was met by 2 very friendly front desk employees (James and Firdaus, as it turned out). I knew they had lots of rooms available so I asked them if they would please give me a really good one; well, they did. It was fairly large, quite clean and very quiet. The bed was clean and comfortable, the shower was hot and worked well, the few electrical outlets were functional. and the central A/C was comfy. The included fridge was old but cold and chilled my way overpriced Singapore beer to perfection. I would recommend this place and would certainly never hesitate to stay here again. This area is where I always stay and I think it's the best although others may differ. If I ran this place, I'd buy the housekeeping team a couple of vacuum cleaners. Other than that, I wouldn't do much different. As for James and Firdaus, they certainly treated me fairly and their hospitality was excellent throughout my stay.

One thing that might be good to have is a bidet in the bathroom and the toiletries was not complete such as shower cap and sanitary bag. The rest is excellent. Please note that i cannot comment on food as we did not have any meals in the hotel neither breakfast.

El hotel en sí es muy lujoso y enorme. Pero lo más emblemático que es la infinity pool me decepcionó mucho. Demasiada gente, no hay espacio para sentarse porque todo el mundo pone su toalla en las hamacas aunque estén en la piscina. El club que queda al lado de la piscina, abarrotado de gente también. Para ser tan cari, tendrían que filtrar más.

El primer club de 9o piso es maravilloso el piso cubierto de techo completo. La habitación es limpia, el baño es tan espacioso y, desgraciadamente, hay 2 cocodrilos en el baño. 1 está cerca del baño, otro está en la zona de ducha. No me gusta el estilo de la habitación cuando trabajamos en la mesa, no puedo ver noticias en la televisión al mismo tiempo. La sala de estar es maravillosa, tiene un nivel superior, un nivel inferior, una escala de peso, un aseo y un distribuidor de agua. La piscina es maravillosa. Proveemos toallas y el baño también es limpio. Los cocktails nocturnos son tan altos y el personal sirve profesionalmente. El minibar es divertido probar la máquina de café, las bebidas dentro del refrigerador está completamente almacenado. Proporcione bebidas suaves y cervezas. La TV tiene mucho canal mundial. La ubicación es perfecta. Todas las hermanas que leyeron Xiaohongshu recomendaron este hotel. Está justo enfrente de Raffles City. Puede tomar el metro directamente a varias atracciones.

El hotel está cerca de todos los lugares. El hotel está cerca de Marina Corner y Suntec donde puede hacer algunas compras. La habitación es maravillosa. En realidad, tiene una vista de pájaro de todas las atracciones cerca de Sand Bay. Aquí quiero decir gracias a Abhi en la recepción delantera. Es muy útil y amable. Atumbre hasta Pan Pacific.

La ubicación es muy buena, a poca distancia de muchos lugares, especialmente para cenar. Me sorprendió un poco lo pequeña que es la habitación, pero en general, ¡una estadía limpia y cómoda! Me encantaría volver de nuevo. Me encanta el gimnasio, que está abierto las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana, y los obsequios de cumpleaños de cortesía realmente lindos. Sin embargo, no hay estacionamiento de cortesía. Pero logramos obtener una salida tardía generosa, en general, una estadía agradable ☺️

UUsuario anónimoThis is my 2nd stay here, for my birthday this year! Always loved how the location is convenient and it has everything I need for a simple but satisfying stay. Everything was great, I got upgraded to the 24th Floor 🥹🥹! Only slight downside was that the door had to be pushed really, REALLY hard to close / open it (it won't close properly). Not a huge nuisance but I do have to use my whole body weight to close the door lol. And there were dust bunnies in the gaps where the door lock (the black latch) is. I had to wipe that down myself. Besides these, the stay was comfy and great! Thank you once again! :)

UUsuario invitadoLa ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente, sin embargo, la habitación está muy anticuada y no tiene cargador USB, la televisión no se puede vincular al móvil para ningún NETFLIX, DISNEY + o similar, ya que la selección de canales de televisión es muy limitada. Sin embargo, el personal seguía siendo útil aunque muy verde pero eran agradables y acogedores. Creo que algunas de las instalaciones tienen que ser actualizadas. No es demasiado fácil de usar, ya que en su mayoría es como la configuración de hace 20 años, que en ese momento podría ser increíble ... pero ahora, no es muy práctico.

TTravelySpacious and clean room, got the room with garden view balcony. Imo the balcony lock doesn’t seem secure enough & not much view. Overall stay was pleasant with comfortable space, bed and pillow menu to choose from. There’s TWG tea and Coffee machine for your caffeine fix. Even though located far from main sentosa area there is a shuttle bus in/out to habourfront station exit D. Also shuttle bus outside the hotel towards beach station to catch the monorail. otherwise complimentary parking is available as well. Kudos to Kwee Zeen staff and manager Peter’s hospitality. Reception staff kind of give off some vibes imo not very welcoming & “seem busy to answer to your queries” short-staff perhaps. Nonetheless, it’s still pleasant get away as resort screams resort vibes.

UUsuario invitadoThe service was great, we enjoyed our breakfast at the sanctuary cafe for the 2 mornings we were at the hotel. Waitress MJ and the floor manager (an Indian gentleman whose name I didn’t catch) were extremely professional and welcoming and we think the best part of our hotel stay. The spread was decent, and there were slight differences in what was available for the buffet on the two mornings we visited.
Hotel wise staff were friendly, lifts were easily available no long wait times. Close to imbiah station and a short walk to the beach area.
The room was clean, the Aircon was powerful, and the complimentary mini bar with coke sprite and bottled water, as well as kitkat and Oreo’s were a pleasant surprise. The room was also very spacious with a huge bath room. The carpet was very clean that sometimes we forgot to wear our room slippers. 5/5 for the cleaning crew!
Things that could do better was that the Facilities and room were really worn out the laminate was peeling, and there was no where for us to hang up our wet swim wear and towels. Considering that the hotel promotes eco practices like reusing our towels, it would be nice to have more than the two hooks to hang up wet fabrics to dry. A quick fix would be to install a simple laundry line over the tub..just our suggestion.
What bothered us the most was the noise. while the bed was very firm and comfortable and we enjoyed the clean room….the sound insulation ensured that we did not get any sleep in the two nights we were there. We could hear the neighbor’s conversation (imagine a women’s voice laughing beside you in the middle of the night), slamming doors, and water rattling through the pipes every time someone took a shower or flushed the toilet. I could even hear stuff drop on the floor as if it’s in our room . Also the sink faucet turned on by itself to the surprise of my son who happened to be sitting on the toilet. Interesting , tho we think it’s just the poor plumbing rather than something supernatural 😂.
generally it was a pleasant stay if not for the noise.

JJ*y A****nLa primera habitación que nos dieron estaba demasiado lejos del ascensor. Así que simplemente solicitamos que nos transfirieran a una habitación más cercana al ascensor y la recepcionista estuvo de acuerdo. Aunque sólo nos dejaron una habitación con 2 camas individuales, acordamos de todos modos. La segunda habitación que nos dieron es mejor en términos de iluminación y la vista es mucho mejor ya que tiene vistas a Istana. el primero tiene vistas a un edificio.
Sin embargo, la piscina estuvo en mantenimiento durante nuestra estancia, por lo que estamos un poco decepcionados porque pensamos que podríamos tener tiempo en la piscina, ya que es una de las razones por las que reservamos el hotel.
El desayuno era bueno, no nos decepcionó. De hecho, me gustan sus opciones de desayuno.
