It says luxury hotel on their Tripadvisor introduction. It’s not. This could be such a nice hotel but the whole house needs a good refurbishing and facelift. The hotel rooms are very outdated and worn down. Bathrooms fairly clean but also very 80’s decor. 90 percent of the electricity outlets in our room did not work. So, waking up to nothing charged for the day. Floors are quirking hence waking up your partner every time you get out of bed. French balcony facing a backyard with huge machinery systems for the hotel making noise all the time. Which meant no possibility to have the door open during night. With no air conditioning in the room. During the summer this must be terrible. Breakfast was really good though. Why I can put 3 stars as a grade. Friendly staff. Close to the railway station and good location in the very centre of Lund. But would not book again.

This hotel is in a great location. A 15 minute walk into the town centre for gorgeous buildings, a great market hall with plenty of ready made and fresh foods, a weekly food and flower market and plenty of great shopping and dining in and around the centre of town. It can be a little noisy being on the main street and there are construction works next door but the sound proof windows kept out any noise. The room was well equipped although strangely, nothing to wash dishes with despite detergent being provided. The room was well furnished and looked as advertised on the internet. Staff were also helpful and efficient. A water leak from a newly fitted appliance was also attended to promptly. A good stay. Recommended

The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was interesting in its layout with multiple levels. It felt a bit dated but the beds were comfortable and there was a heat pump in our room so we could get air conditioning (the room was warm despite the chill in the air outside). The bathroom was old but functional. There was a tad bit of black mold on the bathroom ceiling above the shower. Breakfast was okay. The hotel is centrally located in a charming area of Lund.

El hotel está en una buena ubicación, no lejos de la estación de tren ya 3 minutos de las atracciones de la catedral. En la planta baja hay un conocido bar local, que suele estar lleno por la noche. La recepción no estaba de servicio durante el día y el bar de la tarde estaba abierto para la recepción. Hay una tarjeta de habitación dentro y fuera del vestíbulo del hotel, que no es accesible desde el exterior del huésped. La habitación es bastante espaciosa y las instalaciones están bien, sencillas y limpias. Hay un restaurante chino cerca, una tienda de albóndigas fritas.

El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad. Al menos para cualquiera que visite en un futuro próximo aunque recomendaría muy bien las auriculares (que afortunadamente recordamos) ya que las ventanas necesitan desesperadamente cambiar – que están haciendo. ¡Nos quedamos durante una tormenta y las ventanas eran tan pobres que estaba casi tan viento en el interior como fuera! Nuestros niños se divirtieron en la piscina, pero nos atraparon en nuestra primera visita sin tener gel de ducha/shampoo con nosotros y 2 de ellos terminaron muy picante por el resto del día, simplemente de las cantidades extremas de cloro en la piscina – por supuesto es El hotel está muy lejos, pero la conexión a bus fue buena y nunca esperamos mucho tiempo para un autobús. ¡Seguramente pensaría en volver!

We booked apartments in advance on ***********. 2 adults and a 12 year old child. Paid for 3 people. Arrived - one double bed. Where to sleep the child is not clear. We call the Foren support service, they tell us that everything is in order. 3 days they called in Foren and Booking only then they gave a room with three beds. accommodation of a third person in another place is not compensated, the cost of mobile communications in roaming is not compensated. Not a single living person ever came out. No one even tried to solve our problem. First time encountered this. In addition, these apartments were highly rated either by those who lived in them for free, or by the owners themselves. There is black mold in the showers (photos are available), a sofa with a tattered and stained mattress. This is an apartment for those who need to spend the night very cheaply and still need to be careful and check if you can live in them. Again !!! there is no one on site to talk to and solve the problems that have arisen. We were only given a different room because our daughter came and speaks Swedish. Separate check-in at 16-00. They must be released at 11.00 (beyond this time, the door code simply will not work and it is impossible to enter) It's unseen!!! Grade 3. No more! Бронировали апартаменты заранее на букинг.ком. 2 взрослых и ребенок 12 лет. Оплатили за проживание 3 человек. Приехали - одна двуспальная кровать. Где спать ребенку непонятно. Звоним в службу поддержки Фореном там нам говорят, что все в порядке. 3 дня звонили в Фореном и Букинг только потом дали номер с тремя спальными местами. проживание третьего человека в другом месте не компенсируют, расходы на мобильную свзь в роуминге не компенсируют. Ни разу не вышел ни один живой человек. Никто даже не пытался решить нашу проблему. Впервые с таким столкнулись. Кроме того, высокую оценку этим апартаментам ставили либо те, кто жил в них бесплатно, либо сами владельцы. В душевых черная плесень (фото имеются) диван с изорванным и испачканным пятнами матрасом. Это апартаменты для тех, кому надо очень дешево переночевать и еще надо быть осторожным и проверять сможете ли вы в них жить. Еще раз !!! на месте нет никого с кем можно поговорить и решить возникшие проблемы. Нам дали другой номер только потому что пришла наша дочь, которая говорит на шведском языке. Отдельно заселение в апартаменты в 16-00. Освободить их надо в 11.00 (за рамками этого времени просто код от двери не сработает и войти невозможно) Это невиданно!!! Оценка 3. Не более!

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel, sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal und saubere Zimmer. Einzig die sehr frühen Frühstückszeiten (i.d.R.) bis 10.00 Uhr haben den Tag manchmal etwas hektisch starten lassen. Die Rezeption war am späten Nachmittag/Abend dann nicht mehr besetzt. Solange man einen Schlüssel hatte, natürlich kein Problem

Five years later and I am still in love with this hotel! The upkeep is great. The location is perfect. This time I ate the free breakfast every morning. My suggestion would be to have additional variety when it comes to the hot food. It was always scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. I think these breakfast staples are great but what about porridge, pancakes, hard boiled eggs, or french toast, Other than that, I have no complaints. August 2018: Loved this hotel. I stayed in a single room with a sitting area. It was perfect for my stay. I didn't have to spend my devotional time in the bedroom. The kitchen was also perfect. Dishes and utensils were provided. Nice size refrigerator could hold my daily shopping for fresh fruits and vegetables. The refrigerator looked small but it held plenty and the freezer part was big enough for a large bag of ice. Normally that isn't the case with smaller sizes refrigerators. Staff was very helpful. The location is very close to shopping venues and restaurants. The walk to the central station is about 7-10 minutes. But, it never felt like it was a long distance. You could also get a bike and travel around that way. Will definitely stay here again!

small and nice hotel in Swedish style. very close to railroad station - 50m. nothing to complain about, 4 stars - matched 100%. breakfast - tasty and good, maybe missing some small things like fried becone, but still you can find a food that charge your day. was a little tricky to find the hotel, google navigation shows the roads all around the hotel. was a place to leave the car and unpack lauguage without harry. p.s. long stay parking can be an option for future, especially for people who are traveling to Copenhagen airport and back. p.p.s. better to call hotel, instead of writing email, reply takes several days.
