«Location is perrrrrfect!!! Right at the entrance of the door that leads to mataf. Or the ramp that goes up to 2nd floor at haram for families with pram. There are lots of lifts too serving the hotel guests making it easy to go down during peak period.
The hotel musolla also comes in handy esp when haram is full to accept last min Jemaah. The musolla offers an easy option to pray in congregation with the haram imam without needing to be directly in haram.

IIntrepid Traveller8This hotel is next level unreal! The pictures of the rooms don't do it justice, it's way better in reality (at least in my case). We booked three rooms for 5 nights in Jan/ Feb 2025, were located in tower 3 - Al Falak Tower in rooms 708/ 6**/6**. The bathrooms were unbelievable, all stunning white marble with some super fancy design, so so amazing, the shower was so big you could fit like 7 people in there, I have never stayed in such a luxury room before. Ceilings are like 4 metres, really unbelievable. The colour palette for the room was muted greys and pastels, it looked very nice, suited the room and location. One thing that would be useful, can the hotel just install a Japanese bidet instead of a separate one, I think it's a waste installing a standalone bidet and the all-in-one bidet toilet is current technology, so it would be useful compared to the current setup (Toto toilet, etc).
Now, the sad bit. The distance from the Haram is advertised as not far, and it isn't. But the reality is it's extremely difficult to enter the haram, because of the crowds, it is just heaving. The police close off the haram to outsiders as soon as the adhaan goes, so you can't enter (be aware), and you'll have to pray outside the boundaries of the haram if you are not inside the area before the adhaan (this may be subject to change, and I cannot confirm how they arrange their opening times etc, please confirm on your own travels).
Inside the haram, there is ridiculous construction work going on, all entrances are purposefully blocked, so that huge traffic builds up (I remember 10 years ago in 2014 when I stayed at Bai Al Abraaj, you could just walk into the Ma3taf area of the haram in about 5 minutes, now it is impossible. ). I have no idea what the government is doing, but it seems to intentionally be closing off areas to stop people from entering, which is really a shame. It seems that the purpose is that you rather go to all the shops and malls outside the mall, or pray inside your hotel rather than venture out, this seems the goal of the current administration by closing off all entrances, or causing huge areas to be cordoned off so that getting in easily is impossible. I got so sick of the crowds that i ended up not wanting to go into the haram afterwards (the crowds inside are really next level crazy, they will push and drive wheelchairs up your legs and cut you - happened to me but maybe I was just unlucky).
The hotel is exceptional and so is the buffet breakfast/ dinner - breakfast is between 90 - 119riyals, and dinner is about 149 riyals. Food is amazing, but it's sad that most people pile their plates with croissants etc, don't take a bite and throw it away, such a shame. I hope the hotel can have signs up to prevent such ridiculous wastage, or at least give this food to the outside poor people.

NNabeelRIt’s a very nice hotel. Walking distance to gate 79 (10 minutes) which leads directly to the Kaaba.
There’s two towers, 1 & 2, both have a great breakfast.
There’s two restaurants in tower 2. There’s a cafe which can make birthday cake if you so wish.
There’s a nice prayer room inside the hotel.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional staff. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless, always ready to assist with a genuine smile. Their professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction were remarkable.
The location was also ideal—conveniently situated near Alharam yet offering a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle.
Overall, my experience at elaf kinda exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable stay. I can’t wait to return!

NNor Huda************* Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable en Le Meridien Towers Makkah. No hay tanta gente y el servicio de transporte al Haram funciona las 24 horas, sin apenas esperar para subir al autobús de ida y vuelta.
El hotel nos cambió de categoría con mucho gusto e incluso nos ofrecieron té de cortesía la primera noche. Como llegamos muy tarde, agradecí poder comprar algo rápido para mi hijo pequeño y que las tiendas estuvieran abiertas.
No pedimos que el servicio de limpieza viniera a limpiar nuestras habitaciones, pero fueron atentos y rápidos. Ojalá nos volvamos a alojar aquí para nuestra próxima Umrah.

NNidaMuy buena relación calidad-precio. Hotel de nueva construcción. Ofrece aparcamiento gratuito. Nos alojamos en octubre de 2024 y no había servicio de habitaciones. Como hay que subir la colina, bajar para conseguir la comida tampoco era posible. Sin embargo, hay un pequeño aparcamiento al lado del hotel. Hay servicio de transporte disponible desde y hacia la parada de autobús situada junto al haram. Pero ten en cuenta que hay que caminar unos 30 minutos para llegar al interior de la mezquita sagrada.

We arrived early and the lady I think her name was hannah, explained very nicely check in is at 4pm but she respectfully checked us in at 12pm so we only waited half an hour more than fair.
The room was very clean and a shuttle service to haram shareef every half an hour (takes 10 mins)
I would definitely book this again.

MMichaelIt’s pretty similar to the other hotels in the complex. It differs as it has a more modernist furniture style; whereas the other local hotels have gone for an older-elegant style.
The hotel provides a better service than then Four Point as irons etc are available in room. However, breakfast is more than twice as expensive as the nearby hotels, so I did not eat breakfast in Park Inn.
