El personal del hotel era excelente. Los servicios que se prestaron realmente hizo cualquier interacción agradable. Recomiendo utilizar su nave de aeropuerto. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. El conductor volvió a buscarla cuando lo inspeccionamos.

Hotel is good for San Jose, rooms are clean, staff is very helpful. AC in rooms with window is very noisy (!!) so if you want to sleep well choose room without window (AC there is new)

Personnel extrêmement aimable et très attentionné. Les locaux communs sont bien entretenus, propres et agréables. Rien à redire et cela mériterait davantage que 5 étoiles. Par contre petite déception pour la petite chambre ”2L” avec 2 lits qui ne vaut pas le prix payé. Propre mais pas de serviette et une douche où il faut attendre l'eau chaude. Le point noir de cette chambre c'est l'absence de fenêtres et la petite odeur de moisi. Mais l'énorme point noir c'est le bruit constant (48dB au sonomètre) d'un climatiseur fatigué qui a régulièrement des épisodes de démence où il se prend pour un avion à réaction avec des périodes de vibrations intenses (68dB) durant lesquelles on se demande si l'appareil ne va pas exploser en plein vol. Mais avec une pince à linge sur le nez et des boules Quies dans les oreilles, c'est OK pour une nuit dans la ville en attendant le bâteau pour quitter l'île
