El servicio fue bueno en general, aunque hay cosas que quedaban para mejorar. La habitación era cómoda pero por alguna razón, el ventilador es lento, lo que importa, ya que no hay aire acondicionado. El desayuno es bueno, también. La ubicación es caminable desde SM y Sessión, lo cual es bueno. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad.
La reserva de Agoda/Expedia fue reorientada a Agoda/Expedia, lo que fue extraño.

La ubicación es muy grande. Muy cerca del Burnham Park, Mercado de Ciudad, GoodTaste Restaurant, Puregold, Watsons y otros restaurantes. No tienen aire acondicionado, pero hay ventiladores disponibles. Permite mascotas (500 por mascota por noche). La vista también es grande.

La habitación es buena, el desayuno es muy bueno, el ambiente del restaurante es similar al jardín de la tumba europea, es mejor establecer una habitación con balcón, el balcón está en la montaña, el paisaje es muy bonito, la próxima vez que viva aquí

Room is spacious and big. Near the Camp John Hay, The Mansion, Wright Park and Botanical garden. Advantage is that in the same building there is a lot of restaurants.

La segunda vez que vine a Baguio, este hotel es barato y limpio. Es una buena opción para viajar. El guardia de seguridad frente a la tienda también está muy entusiasmado. En resumen, volveré a reservar este hotel cuando vuelva el año que viene.

Our stay was great, the staff were accommodating and kind. One thing to consider is that there is no air conditioning in the room (Baguio CIty has a very cool climate). While the lack of an AC unit is acceptable during the nighttime, it can be quite warm during the day - forcing you to open your windows. The air quality, despite being along the highway can be acceptable, but the noise from the vehicles can be heard inside the rooms when the windows are open.

Quite a nice place and good for families to stay together in one property with 2 rooms. The living room and kitchen are quite big and can cook you own dinner if you want. The location is a bit hard to find and be careful not to mix up with other properties also called Prestige Vacation Apartments - with diff condo name.

EelenaEl hotel nos gustó mucho. La comida no la recomiendo...creo que se puede mejorar. Y lo que más lamento, nos tocó una habitación que daba a la calle, el ruido externo dificultó el dormir...pedi cambiar, pero el tipo de habitación que pegué daba a la calle. Si te quedas una noche como yo, no pasa nada, más días, no sé cómo seria. El personal es muy amable y disponible. La velocidad de internet es muy buena.

WWondermomSo far one of the best hotels I've booked. I love how it's family friendly. About 8 to 10 mins walk from Wright Park.Loved our room so much! Loved everything the hotel. Staffs were all friendly and accomodating. FREE breakfast selection and quality were superb! Will definitely booking this hotel if ever we go back to Baguio.

UUsuario invitadoI was already checked out, The Front desk office called me and informed me that I forgot to pay for the food room service that we ordered which I also oversee, but my point was that I waited for how many minutes because they were already checking my accounting but still wasn't included yet when she cleared me. upon calling she instructed me to deposit via bank transfer and send the proof to their email but the email that she sent was incorrect and kept on bouncing back to me and she kept on calling and following it up if I already pay the balance, which for me its no longer my fault because she has all the time to check my transaction and return to my initial deposit.

IiamERICA0326Our stay was great! It's not walking distance to the tourist spots but all of them are within the area and hailing a taxi is not a problem at all. We also prefer not to walk 😅 But if preferred, it's possible as everything is near the area!
We tried their heated pool while it rained, and we really enjoyed it! Such an experience with a cold weather in Baguio!
The breakfast buffet is awesome! We love everything and their menu differs per day! The original flavor taho, strawberry and ube are such a delight! I think the only missing is cereals. First time to eat strawberry champorado! 😁
At first I was hesitant if the room will have a fast wifi for me to work. Viola! The room as a router! I was able to work with ease! We love the smart TV -- you only need to sign in your own Netflix account. We love our room view. We don't have to go to SM to see the Baguio city lights.. we already have it in the room. We have a balcony overseeing the pool area as well! We so love our room! 😍 Only thing is maybe they should add another desk or longer desk. The TV is already in the table and there is no separate desk for laptop or if you are having snacks/dinner. We asked, but they don't have a spare table. I think they can also add another chair since the room is good for two. There's only one chair in the room but when we requested for it, they were able to provide.
Our room also allowed us to feel the breeze of Baguio! We can turn-off the AC and open the windows protected by mosquito net! I was just amazed with this feature!
We truly appreciate their prompt service whenever we call the reception. We don't need to call for follow-up! We love them!
We love that there is a bathtub and hoping they can also provide bath robes for a perfect bath! 🙏
Truly, we love to be back to SotoGrande whenever in Baguio! 🫶 Thank you SotoGrande for an awesome experience!

UUsuario anónimoThe room was clean and tidy when we first arrived. You can just notice that the place is an old hotel but overall, it’s a good stay. The amenities are incomplete coz they don’t have slippers provided and you need to pay additional if you want to change the sheets and covers and blankets etc. The food is good and we enjoyed it. The CR is also nice but it’s hard to control the heater, you just leave it all to chance. The staffs are helpful and cheerful. The place is accessible to a loooot of scenic views and parks. It is near Rizal Park, Burnham Park, Baguio Night Market, Baguio City Market, City Hall and park, SM City Baguio, Sky Ranch, Baguio Cathedral, Session Road, Pink Sisters Convent, Foam Coffee,and Cafe by the ruins (famous coffee shops seen in TikTok).

Katherine Perez nos informó de que, desde que mi hermana y su marido confirmaron su adhesión a nosotros, solicitábamos la revisión de nuestra reserva. Le dijimos que vimos el anuncio que cuesta P7,500 en una habitación y queremos aprovechar ese promo. El hotel está en una situación de gran interés, pero no es un hotel de gran interés.
Sin embargo, cuando llegamos al control en contra, ya nos están cargando extra por la cuarta persona, que no es lo que nos ha hablado la Sra. Perez. Al final, estamos en el final perdido y no tenemos más opción que pagar porque no le permitió al Sr. Cabajar, Director de la Oficina de Fronteras Adjunta hablar con nosotros para aclarar el asunto.
No hay problema para nosotros pagar la cantidad correcta mientras se nos divulgue correctamente al principio .

KKSD31We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant.
The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well.
Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown.
As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming.
We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat.
Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

Cons no complimentary water bottles in the room. Coffee is not good at the breakfast buffet. Don’t expect aircondition in the room. Because its Baguio, the wind is a bit chilly but its not too cold all the time. They have ceiling fans in the room and the receptionist sat you can request for electric fan. Over all was a pleasant stay
