El hotel es muy agradable y muy agradable. La unidad era muy limpia con buenas instalaciones básicas - dispensador de agua (muy útil cuando estás fuera con niños). Altamente recomendado para adultos y niños ＞ 6 años de edad. No es adecuado para niños menores ya que las escaleras pueden ser un peligro. ¡La experiencia global fue buena! Amo la unidad, las instalaciones, los cs amigables, básicamente todo sobre la unidad, sólo la ubicación que no se encuentra fácilmente en el mapa de Google.

房間雖小但五臟俱全，不過設施總體上講衹能説比較一般，空調製冷能力不佳但噪聲卻很大，牆壁隔音也比較差深夜依舊可以聽到外面高架上的的機車聲，洗澡的話熱水要很久才能上來而且水温並不高……不過對於這個價格而言我認為總體還是很不錯的，總不能指望衹花百餘元錢就住到五星大酒店吧～～

El hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto de Subon. Es muy conveniente ir al aeropuerto de Subon, pero los alrededores son bastante desolados y las instalaciones del hotel son muy antiguas. La razón principal es que el mapa es conveniente. El segundo día no es necesario madrugar.

Fantástico
TTavrezI enjoy staying at Double Tree bit far from Kul city tend to be less busy. I have stayed here several times with park view room and enjoy the I city theme park and Central I City malll 100m away from the hotel. Blue mosque was visible from my room and most of thel pic is right next to the hotel within walking distance. I drove to Setia Mall 15min away from the hotel was a nice visit.
I city Mall has plenty eating options and shopping experience and I find sports direct here slightly cheaper than other outlets. I recommend this hotel.

UUsuario invitadoTuve una estadía maravillosa en el Marriott Hotel. La habitación estaba limpia, era cómoda y estaba bien equipada con todo lo que necesitaba. La cama era especialmente cómoda y dormí muy bien todas las noches.
El personal fue increíblemente amable y se esforzó para que mi estadía fuera agradable. El desayuno buffet era delicioso y tenía muchas opciones. La ubicación central del hotel era perfecta para explorar la ciudad, pero mi habitación era tranquila y pacífica.
En general, recomiendo encarecidamente el Marriott Hotel por su excelente servicio, comodidad y conveniencia.

UUsuario invitadoI am writing to provide feedback following my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was not up to the standard I had expected.
Firstly, the room lacked towels upon my arrival, and I had to call housekeeping to have them sent. This was also happened during my last stays. Additionally, I found that the minibar was not stocked, which I initially addressed by calling reception to request a room change. I was told that instead of moving rooms, housekeeping would send a minibar to my room, but this was not an ideal solution.
Furthermore, I noticed that the area around the minibar cabinet had not been properly cleaned, which was disappointing given the otherwise high standards of the hotel.
I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the overall guest experience.

However, the Hotel need to upgrade the service in term of registration; especially with this one guy who is not that friendly.
I checked in around 3:30pm .
First the hotel seems difficult to find my booking under my name but later it was resolved.
Then the Reception guy told me that the Room is not ready and I have to wait; and he said he will approached me once received feedback from Housekeeping.
I was waiting for 1/2 hour and still no one approached me.
Then I went back to front desk to ask for update. As that guy was occupied with other registration, i managed to talk to another guy who seems genuinely trying to assist me.
Then I can see this guy struggling to find a ready room ... as the one room that he said ready was snapped up by another guy at reception. ************* it was finally resolved after long wait at the lobby.
I'm not sure whether I received this kind of treatment because Ive booked via Trip.com and not directly with Hotel. But then I saw all my other friends who went to register with another reception guy, managed to get their room straight away, although they are also booking via other agents like *********** etc.

UUsuario anónimoAll in all, we don’t mind the Cons (listed below Overview, Pros & Cons) as we only stayed 1 night. So for those looking to stay longer nights, if you don’t mind the cons, you can consider as it is affordable for spacious rooms like this in Sunway City.
Overview:
1. this is not managed by Sunway Property, its concept is like booking airbnb as each unit are owned by different owner, managed by a property management (not by Sunway). Residences of this property are also staying there.
2. The name of this place “Resorts Suites @ Bandar Sunway” was tagged as “hotel” in Trip.com, so this can be a bit misleading thinking that this is one of Sunway Properties’ hotel chain.
3. Its reception is at B1 of Sunway Pyramid Hotel, all levels are only accessible by card.
4. Good for stay if you are just looking for lower budget accommodation in Sunway City (for singles, solo travelers, etc), but wouldn’t recommend if are looking at cosy and clean rooms (for family with kids / elderly).
5. As it is a “house” unit itself, it comes with kitchen and some with balcony. Those with kids, need to take note of the balcony.
Pro:
1. Attentive staff, very helpful and attend to our needs quite immediately.
2. Room is spacious, good enough for 3 (2+1) to sleep in (Deluxe) and if you opt for the bigger units, can zzz up to 6 pax.
3. Affordable room rates comparable to any of the Sunway hotels around this area.
4. For the unit we stayed in, water pressure is very strong, good bathing time, good flush and running tap is strong.
5. Our unit came with a bathtub but we didn’t use it.
6. 2 beds in our unit, both are king size.
7. Provided clean towels, disposal toothbrushes and shampoos/bath gels.
8. Provided mineral waters, and packet coffee/tea with cups and stirrer, and there’s water boiler too, if you need to use.
9. Aircon is working fine in both living hall and room.
10. Very spacious bathroom.
11. Quiet at night, so can sleep well.
Cons:
1. Room furnitures are old and some are not well kept. Probably it’s the way how it’s being managed, so proper care is not given priority by the owner itself.
2. Room is dusty, has a lot of cob webs and also little bugs/ants. So take note especially around the bed area.
3. Bed sheets were just ok. Can be better as looks dusty and with light stains.
4. Curtains are old and dirty.
5. Tv channels only 2 channels.
6. Remote controls (tv and aircon) are dusty.
7. Has balcony but I don’t see that as a plus point as it can be hazardous for family with kids.
8. Door lock was loose, hence we got to change to another room as we have kid with us, so safety is priority to us.
9. Parking flat rate - I didn’t ask if they have flat rate, but may not be since it’s not under Sunway management directly.
For us with child, our priority is always safety and cleanliness. So we will look for other options under Sunway Hotels if next time we intend to spend our nights in Sunway City.
