«It's nothing but a simple apartment near to the park. For anyone wanting to stay overnight this offers a cheaper alternative compared to the legoland official hotel. Nothing great in this apartment to command this price. The condo feels deserted and still partially under construction. The apartment has basic cleanliness but had a noisy fan rattling in the bedroom. They offered to keep luggage during checkin but refused after checkout which something that any service provider offers it's guests.»

«Basicamente no hay servicio. El ministro de seguridad me ayudó a buscar una hora y media para encontrar el agente para obtener la contraseña. Luego me diste la palabra. Es difícil para el jefe tomar un baño de cuatro días y tres noches. No hay agua caliente. Si no fuera por el parque de golf, no escogería aquí. Lo más irritante es que mi fast food cliente en línea todavía no recibió por mí mismo. No sirve para encontrar el servicio de clientes.El panorama del mar es un lago artificial.Me han dado los dientes.»

Fantástico
WWeizhangI recently had the opportunity to stay at Sunway Grid by SR Home in Johor, and my experience was pretty good. Here are some highlights and areas for improvement:
Positive Aspects:
Cleanliness and Comfort: The apartment was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The kids enjoyed the amenities provided, especially the slide within the accommodation, and the Olympic-sized pool.
Responsive Service: The customer service was prompt and helpful, addressing any queries or issues efficiently.
Location: The location is convenient, being close to several attractions like Sunway Big Box Retail Park and LEGOLAND Theme Park. I like that it is relatively quiet at night, without the buzzling night life of other areas.
Areas for Improvement:
Maintenance: I find the water pressure/flow of the shower to be quite low. Not a deal breaker but more water pressure will be much appreciated.
Overall:
Overall, Sunway Grid has potential with its modern loft-style apartments and excellent location.

TThe MulberriesOur family had a wonderful stay at Fraser Place! The bed was exceptionally clean and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We appreciated how promptly the staff made up our room whenever we went out. Our spacious room offered a fantastic view. The sheltered pool and gym on the 18th floor were excellent, especially the warm water in the children's pool, and towels were readily available from the attentive staff. Plus, Hard Rock Cafe being just next door was a bonus! We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return.

AAmirahalim8820Service is the best from the moment we call the hotel to enquire on the room until check out. Staff also proactively asked us to check if we need housekeeping and if there is anything we need during our stay. The room vibe is like 4 star hotel, and more since its has cooking utensil. Its so convinience! Also, its 5 mins walking distance from legoland. Overall its the best one we stayed so far near legoland! My kids and us love this hotel so much and will become our go to hotel when we come to legoland again. Thank you !

UUsuario invitadoWe had confussion during our check in but I like the customer service they reply very fast so it guide us how to go to correct place.
It so difficult also to get the key as u need to cross the other condominium to get the key in a locker box. It so troublesome as it is so Rainy. It is also difficult as some staff can’t speak english.
The whole place was clean and relaxing. Ammeneties is accessible. I hope they just put some air freshener in the rooms so it smell nice when opened. Otherwise, overall it is a greatplace to stay☺️ just 5 10-15 mins away from Legoland.

2. Spacious space, kitchen, sofa is available.
3. Overall design is ok, not bad
4. Has direct access to puteri harbour front view
5. Free guarded carpark
Things I don't like:
1. The soundproof is bad, I mean really bad for such standalone suites/hotel, the road construction outside is clearly heard and annoying, the next room's sound can be clearly heard during quiet midnight.
2. It's a bit too quiet or silent, doesn't have the happening vibe like some other hotels.
3. Lift has free access to every floor, which means non-customer can easily enter your room floor and given that soundproof is bad, it adds more scary intensity
4. Breakfast options is understably limited at its cost, tastenes wise is moderate, the restaurant has fking crow because it's open concept, the crow keep staring and waiting for its chance to take table's food so it's a bit turned off

Overall is still a good hotel to stay relative to its price, if I happen to be in puteri habour I will consider to come back again.

However the toilet cleanliness is questionable. Moldy shower floors and corners. Bad sewer stench coming out of both toilets / drains in toilets were unbearable. Saw a review about the smell back in January. Would have thought it would be rectified by March (2 whole months) Nope!
Have stayed in this hotel a few times before and enjoyed our stays until this time round. Don’t think I’d be back.

AAnna Marie KaibiganIf you're visiting Legoland Malaysia and looking for a more budget-friendly alternative to the Legoland Resort, Ramada by Wyndham Meridin Johor Bahru is a solid choice. The hotel is located just a short drive from the theme park, making it convenient for families.
The rooms are impressively spacious and comfortable, offering great value for the price. We appreciated the modern decor and cleanliness of the space, which made our stay pleasant and relaxing.
One area for improvement would be the shuttle service. While the hotel does offer some transport options, it would be much more convenient if they increased the frequency or added more scheduled trips, especially during peak hours or weekends when many guests are heading to and from Legoland.
Overall, it's a great stay for families or groups looking to save a bit without compromising on comfort.
