La habitación está bien, el servicio es bueno, pero la estancia no está disponible. En general, se considera que está bien, sólo no hay agua potable para proporcionar la atmósfera como la casa o la estancia en Ayutthaya.

This place has the nicest ambiance and a relaxing feel to it. Although it is quite old and rather tired, requiring upgrade and maintenance, it certainly has seen more glorious days in the past! The kids enjoyed all the facilities here! Restaurant menu needs to be added more variants so guest could choose to dine here though food are abundance in the area.

. I recently stayed at Iconic Regency Serviced Suites and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. While there were some positives—the room was new, clean, and in a good location—these were overshadowed by a major issue with the shower. No matter what I did, the water was boiling hot, even with the heater switched off. There was no cold water at all, making it nearly impossible to take a proper shower. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. For the price I paid, I expected basic amenities like a functioning shower. Sadly, this issue made my stay uncomfortable, and I do not feel it was worth the money. Upon check-out, the reception kindly offered a discount for my next visit, which was a nice gesture. However, the real solution is to fix the issue now, not just offer discounts for a future stay. ( Which I live in a foreign country ) A comfortable shower is a basic necessity, and without it, the stay was simply not worth the money. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and resolves the problem. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The room is cozy, nice and clean. The staff is friendly. Will stay here again when coming to Penang.

For a budget hotel, it was above my expectations. Ade its own mart. There are toiletries, snacks, etc you can straight buy at the reception. Got coway at some floors. It's clean! even on the stairs and hallway. Water heater, tv, towels, etc basics ones made available. Hotel parking got but limited. Definitely leaving a good impression for my impromptu overnight. Keep it up.

El entorno del hotel es realmente bueno, como los alrededores de la villa, pero la puerta de la habitación es una vieja puerta de madera maciza, el tipo de puerta en el aula, hay una sensación de inseguridad, las instalaciones en el interior son muy simples, al igual que el hotel, el conjunto sigue siendo bueno, principalmente por la actitud del servicio muy buena

Come to Penang for a short trip with families. PROs: 1) Good value for the rates because the room is spacious 2) Nice swimming pools which my kids really having fun time there 3) Good services provided. Feedback the lamp malfunction. Straight away technician came and fix it. CONs: 1) Location not at town centre. Opposite is USM, which also good FOR families of the US students 2) Check out time seems earlier at 11am and Check in at 3pm...
