I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share my feedback regarding my experience.
Firstly, I must commend the quality of the hotel room itself. It was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment for my stay. The amenities and facilities within the room met my expectations, and the overall ambiance contributed to a relaxing atmosphere.
However, I encountered an issue with the water supply in the room. The water pressure was not strong enough, which made showering and using the sink somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, the water temperature was not consistently hot; it tended to fluctuate, and at times, it was uncomfortably cold.
This aspect of my stay was disappointing, as having a reliable and comfortable water supply is essential for a satisfactory hotel experience. I believe addressing this issue would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
I trust that this feedback will be taken into consideration, and I hope to see improvements in the future. Despite this issue, I would consider staying at your hotel again, given the positive aspects of my visit.

I have booked this hotel for our staff who has a business trip at Bintulu. This is one of the our staff favorite hotel when they have a job at Bintulu. The hotel was so clean and comfortable. Surrounded by food center, laundry and groceries shop. Their staff also friendly and help full. So far I never received any bad feedback from our staff. Most of them like this hotel so dar.

I loved the cleanliness and it's location where this hotel is allocated in Bintulu town. Not only that, eateries were just nearby. I don't have to worry to hunt for food.

We are greeted by nice staff that makes the registration so fast n efficient. However, upon checking-in, we found out the door to the rooms were not working properly n the phones not working but no towels were readied in the room.
The rooms overall need to be refurbished to make them more conducive and all the equipment especially the air cons should be in good working order.

La habitación está situada a 50 kilómetros al este de Putuo, necesita RM150, 110-150 entre el autocarro. La mayoría de los conductores de taxi son chinos que pueden intercambiar directamente. La recepción directa es más barata, no se puede pagar con teléfonos móviles, necesita tarjeta de visado o dinero en efectivo. El autocarro de vuelta de Putuo no es bueno para golpear. Sin coches es más difícil viajar, y recuerda llevar ropa de baño.

RRyan ThenI loved the ambience of this hotel, it was clean and comfortable. The room was also spacious and cozy.
The only drawbacks were the hotel was located slightly far away, where you need to take grab to access to places with good food etc.
And also my room was just facing the road, so you can actually hear the motorcycle racing in the midnight.

UUsuario anónimoStayed for 1 night. Booked studio room. The room was clean but the AC was broken. Had to change room around 10pm as the AC could not be fixed that night.
Got another room. The AC was fine but the bed linen was smelly, as if it has never been washed. It stinks.
But kudos to the receptionist and technician for the fast action. Appreciate their help as well.

It has only 2 choices for breakfast, either toast bread and alternating between fried kway teow, meet and fried rice on each day. Suggest to add porridge and carrot cake too.
