UUsuario invitadoWow, wow, wow! A wonderfully warm and enthusiastic welcome from JJ on arrival at the Marriott began such a wonderful stay. JJ was also amazingly helpful in organizing tours within the National park. (Special thanks to Marc who shared our anniversary with his team.) Our room was available on arrival and stunning! Super comfortable and luxurious bed, large bathroom with separate toilet and shower plus lounge room (room 100). Large fluffy towels, iron, hairdryer, water, tea/coffee machine (including coffee capsules). The location of the room was right on the river and in close proximity (though no noise) to the restaurant and bar - perfect. Wifi is only available in the bar area. MCafe at the Marriott serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had a special anniversary dinner where the staff were simply amazing and we were treated! We loved sitting outside by the pool for dinner - a slight breeze, undercover and with a local bat or two circling- heavenly! On site at the Marriott is a large gym and Mandara spa - the perfect treat after a day trekking. Or you can just relax and swim in the Balinese style swimming pool (which my husband did). The Marriott shuttle bus (free) meets all flights and is also available to take you to the Gunung Mulu National when required (also free). There is also a small general store a 5-15minutes walk down the road which is reasonably priced. I’d highly recommend doing the Deer Cave and Lang Cave tour. I also did the Mulu Canopy Skywalk which I found hair-raising (like being on a rollercoaster you want to get off but the only way to get off is to finish). Tip: All Mulu National Park fees can be paid by credit card. 30MYR for a 5 day park pass PLUS any tours you do.

UUsuario invitadoExceptional hospitality! First of all, there was 4 of us traveling. Two of our friends couldn’t make it to the trip. The rest of the two of us were given an upgrade to suite room!! Room was very clean, beautiful and everything we needed. We were so given a front entrance parking- which was amazing for us. Second of all, the staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We appreciate the warm welcome, the complimentary drinks upon arrival and damp towel given for us to wipe- it makes us feel very royal lol! Overall, we want to thank the general manager and staff for the great experience and comfortable stay. Definitely looking forward to staying at this hotel next time. I highly recommend!

JJess Oh PaWe really love everything, starting from the hotel design and it is very clean. The carpark is really something new, that your car will be lifted into the building, should be one of its kind in Miri. Overall, it is a good experience..

Las habitaciones están bien diseñadas y bien iluminadas (la mayoría de las habitaciones son demasiado disgustadas para mí), completas con ventilador de techo para poder abrir la ventana y disfrutar del aire natural; y nos encanta el lugar de desayuno con sus techos altos y una buena difusión. El personal también es muy agradable; y los especiales kudos para el campanario de campanario/shuttle conductor Charles Ta. Era tan amable y útil (tenemos una cantidad justa de equipaje + dos niños) - incluso nos trajeron en el aeropuerto y, después de todo, se negó graciosamente a mi consejo diciendo que estaba contento de hacer su trabajo bien. Espero que la gestión del hotel lo lea - por favor, felicite a él.

AAyla_KosmonovaEste hotel de 2 noches se ha reservado para probarlo, pero se ha congratulado de todo lo que se ha extendido a 2 semanas de estancia lol (restricción de viaje debido a la COVID). El hotel dispone de una tienda de conveniencia en el lobby. De lo contrario, también hay otro mini mart 24h disponible detrás del hotel. Lugares para comer y tienda en 10 minutos a pie. Un cuarto único es espacioso en comparación con otros hoteles/hoteles de la misma liga. La casa está a la altura de la ventana, el suelo a la ventana, la iluminación natural (muy importante si no, sería deprimente). Este es ahora mi nuevo puerto en Miri.

WWorldGluttonEstado en el Hotel Mega durante el último viaje. Es un hotel de 290 habitaciones, 4 estrellas situado en el centro de la ciudad. Se encuentra convenientemente cerca de comedores, pubs y tiendas de venta. Iniciar el check-in fue una brisa en espacioso cuarto de cubierta gemela con camas de 329. El hotel dispone de una amplia gama de desayunos desde el oeste a los platos locales. El desayuno es hasta el estándar culinario. El hotel dispone de una piscina curvilinea en el 11o piso, que ofrece vistas al cielo de la ciudad día y noche. A pesar de algunos ruidos perturbadores desde el discoteca a lo largo de la calle, en general el hotel es muy recomendado debido a su ubicación central.

YYY Tay AlsaadiyVery nice and comfy resort hotel! We are welcomed by the bell boy helping us with the luggage with big smiles and greetings.
The front desk politely ask for us to rest at lobby or can go for nearby shopping while we were waiting for the room to be ready ( we were early).
They gives us plenty of drinking waters to make sure we stay hydrated!
Swimming pool is big and nice ( they have several baby pool, and a big pool with various depths).
It was nice as they also provide us complementary dinner for 2 ( our booking comes with breakfast for 3 adults, kiddo is additional RM30). I would like to complement the restaurant staff - Rita who has given us the utmost great hospitality and flexibility as we request to pack food to go instead of dinning in ( dinner).
Overall I am impressed by this 5- star hospitality of Marriott. They never let me down with their superb services.

UUsuario invitadoLock on our door didn't work so were moved to another room with a double bed which was small and very bouncy. Then moved to another room which smelt of cigarette smoke...non-smoking hotel but guests ignore that.
Breakfast was okay. Options for Western and Malay tastes.
The pool area is lovely to sit out in the evening with a view over the city and ocean in the distance.
The staff at this hotel are very helpful, want to make sure you are comfortable and always smiling
