UUsuario anónimoAm a frequent Trip.com traveller and found this beatiful hotel in Bintulu during my busines visit. I would recommend this for a number of key factors: 1) Strategic Location 2) Cosy & Comforting Atmosphere 3) Wide spread of Breakfast (and delicious, particularly there Bubur is a must try). I would not dwell on the negatives because they are very irrelevant to address here. Will sure to visit again. Thumbs up 👍

Iillyana amerEl Amigo Hotel es un buen lugar para una estancia de negocios si te gusta viajar cómodo y al mismo tiempo te descansas en Bintulu. Situado justo a pie de la orilla del mar. Muy bien tener un lugar para caminar después de un día de trabajo en la ciudad. Puedes ver a las personas jogando, pescando, observando a los pájaros volando alrededor y también puedes ver a las personas en sus barcos.
La habitación está bien mantenida. Sólo que en mi caso encontré agua gotando del aire acondicionado en uno de los 2 días que me quedé allí. Duró aproximadamente 5 minutos. De lo contrario todo lo demás estaba bien. Si desea quedarse aquí, sugiero que solicite un cuarto en el centro del edificio, ya que será más seguro. La mía está en la esquina del edificio justo al lado del bloque de entretenimiento, puedo oír la música alta aunque no soy un dormitorio ligero. Si prefieres agua muy caliente durante el duche, puedes querer comprobarlo también tan pronto como entras en la habitación como la mía no está tan caliente. Pero ya que estoy bien con eso, entonces eso está bien. El desayuno aunque no es bufet, sirve una gran parte de cada uno. Firstly, I must commend the quality of the hotel room itself. It was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment for my stay. The amenities and facilities within the room met my expectations, and the overall ambiance contributed to a relaxing atmosphere.
However, I encountered an issue with the water supply in the room. The water pressure was not strong enough, which made showering and using the sink somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, the water temperature was not consistently hot; it tended to fluctuate, and at times, it was uncomfortably cold.
This aspect of my stay was disappointing, as having a reliable and comfortable water supply is essential for a satisfactory hotel experience. I believe addressing this issue would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
I trust that this feedback will be taken into consideration, and I hope to see improvements in the future. Despite this issue, I would consider staying at your hotel again, given the positive aspects of my visit.

UUsuario invitadoThe room is good but breakfast has to be improved. Not many choices, fried rice and bihun were plain and there was nothing else to eat along with. First day breakfast still have nuggets and sausage but nothing during the second day breakfast.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel was decently well kept and service standard live up to a 3 star hotel. The only area that may require a little improvement is the complimentary breakfast. It has only 2 choices for breakfast, either toast bread and alternating between fried kway teow, meet and fried rice on each day. Suggest to add porridge and carrot cake too.

La CA estaba bien, pero la cama estaba huele, como si nunca se lavéra.
Pero Kudos al receptor y técnico para la acción rápida.
