Hotel boutique fantástico, justo en el corazón de Kampot. Hermosa arquitectura de patrimonio con habitaciones limpias y confortables. Muy cerca del río, los bares y los restaurantes. El desayuno es muy bueno como el café. Kim y Tavi no podían ser más útiles, gente guapa.

I've stayed here before, which is why I chose Champa Lodge again when visiting Kampot. The setting is gorgeous, next to the river and the views are perfect. If you want an extremely relaxed atmosphere, river swims, a friendly and helpful staff plus a very good food menu then look no further. I felt very at home here - the place is a class act, definitely.

This is a lovely hotel in the centre of Kampot on the waterfront. We booked last minute when the original hotel we booked wasn't what we expected. Rikitikitavi has a charm about it, and we enjoyed our stay. Rooms were quirky and although ours was quite small, the kids had a two double bed room which was quite large. Location is fantastic and I think what makes this hotel special is the upstairs bar/restaurant area looking down on the riverfront. This area is a great place to hang out for drinks/food/games and we did that as a family. This hotel doesn't have a pool, which we missed, but this upstairs area was really lovely. Staff were welcoming and lovely. I think for a well priced, mid comfort option in the middle of Kampot, this is a really good choice.

LLyLa habitación es muy agradable, el servicio es muy bueno, la habitación también limpia, pero me decepcionó durante el check-in en el tiempo. Comprendo que el check in policy comience a partir de las 12:00, llegamos temprano y deseamos el check in, pero el personal no nos permite ni siquiera que la habitación no estaba en servicio. A diferencia del otro hotel, si no hay clientes utilizados o en servicio, permitirán al buque comprobarlo temprano.
Pero aun así, aún me gusta el servicio y la habitación.

isited Kampot in early 2025 and stayed at Banyan Tree, which provided a truly wonderful experience. The room was spotless, with fresh linens and a sparkling bathroom, thanks to the excellent housekeeping team. The bed was large and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making us feel welcome. The hotel’s location was ideal—right by the river and just a short drive from the city center, offering a perfect mix of relaxation and easy access to sightseeing. The spacious hotel grounds and serene riverside setting made the environment fresh and enjoyable, creating a peaceful retreat we absolutely loved.

Small compex ( In high rise you spend all day waiting for elevators!!!) ,with great attention to detail about everything in th hotel! Once again quiet location , so no traffic noise etc.!
The staff where excellent in every thing. If you have a car or motor bike ,then the location isn't as big an issue ,but without that ,you have to use a tuk tuk all the time to go any where.
Would stay again , but would have a motor bike on hand next time!

Love this hotel I have been there on the weekend with my friends and the hotel’s location is simply idyllic. Situated just a short distance from Kompot town center, it offers easy access to local attractions while providing a peaceful sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle. The views of the river and the mountains from the hotel is breathtaking.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel dispone de una ubicación estupenda en el río con un gran bar/restaurante, una variedad de habitaciones y un personal amigable. Hay una selección de 2 piscinas para disfrutar. Los cocktails en el techo del río son un must. Un rápido 5 minutos de carro de tuk tuk te lleva a la ciudad. El hotel es un hotel de 2 estrellas con una amplia gama de habitaciones.

We stayed at Bohemiaz for one night and it was really pleasant. I struggled a little bit with the amount of mosquitoes but I do tend to get bitten more than anyone and react quite badly to it. The room was basic but what do you expect at those prices. The setting is lovely as were the people. Mike, the guy running it, is really welcoming, accommodating and can’t do enough for people. He’s also a really good laugh and makes the atmosphere at the resort.

UUsuario invitadoI had a really nice stay here. The staff contacted me before I arrived and help arrange a free shuttle pick up from the bus stop. Kin picked me up and was helpful and polite. All the staff were friendly especially the bar staff. My room was clean and had a good range of English TV channels. The best part was the use of the different pools, great sun loungers and use of pool towels. I was also able to order room service. Hotel is within the pick up zone for day trips too. My only complaints were the shower was not hot and on my final night which was a Friday a group of visitors were very loud. I must have been the only guest on the second floor up until then as I heard no noise until the Friday, the people next door were having a party, screaming, shouting and banging doors till 03:00 in the morning. I couldn't sleep and it was disappointing. I didn't comfortable coming out of my room to head downstairs to complain. It would have been nice for the hotel staff to have asked them to keep the noise down. Other than that I had an enjoyable stay.
