UUsuario invitadoEsta era mi primera y única estancia en un ryokan, así que no tengo mucho para compararlo. Elegi esta alojamiento debido a los gatos y buenas críticas sobre la comida. Los gatos eran realmente dulces y me disfruté de jugar con ellos. La comida era tan hermosa y deliciosa - la sopa de champiñones a cena era increíble. Me disfruté de ella. Las habitaciones de baño privadas fueron muy cómodas y abiertos 24 horas. La ubicación es muy cerca de la zona central y se encuentra a pie de todos los lugares importantes, incluida la estación de autobuses. El único comentario que he tenido fue que en la mañana alguien estaba fumando y el olor se ****** en el segundo piso, así que quizás debería prestar más atención para asegurarse de que el humo se queda fuera. El host fue tan bonito y dulce y uso Google Translate para preguntar.

UUsuario invitadoEra un gran hotel, y todo estaba en el lugar, uno de los fantásticos lugares en los que me alojé, tuve mucha diversión y recuerdos, pero había dos problemas principales.
La primera es que no tenía la opción de incluir el desayuno en el pedido, pedí la cena una vez en el restaurante de allí y fue increíble, valió la pena y fue una experiencia maravillosa.
Y el otro problema es que la ubicación es un poco cuesta arriba, y ha sido difícil cada vez que llegué al centro y tuve que volver a subir.
Por cierto, el código postal era incorrecto, así que tuve un comienzo difícil y fue muy difícil encontrar el lugar al principio, así que los viajeros,
Cuando llegues allí, busca en Google Maps Kane Midory y síguelo o toma un taxi hasta el lugar, debería estar alrededor de 1.000 yenes desde la estación de autobuses, por lo que debería ayudarte mucho con eso.
De todos modos, el personal fue increíble y me ayudó mucho allí, y me encantaría volver pronto y quedarme allí nuevamente con la esperanza de poder incluir el desayuno con mi pedido la próxima vez; De cualquier manera, la pasé muy bien allí y la experiencia fue increíble.

LLim familyIt’s a bit hard to get to the hotel from bus terminal if u have luggage with u as it’s a downslope to get to the hotel. There’s also isn’t any lift in the hotel so we have to carry our luggage up to the second floor. We realised when we checked out that there’s actually locker for the luggage at the ground floor. There’s only one type of water in their public onsen which is kind of disappointing as we have high expectations since it is an onsen town. The onsen water however is good. We do feel some difference before and after onsen. There’s also free coffee & hot chocolate drinks right outside the onsen area. It would be better if there’s ice water in the onsen area as the water can get very hot & especially when there’s no cold tub there. The room however is spacious with comfortable bed. There’s also a foot bath located at the ground floor of the hotel right beside the breakfast area.

KKiddd溫泉旅館距離湯畑很近，晚上的湯畑很美，酒店的懐石料理很好味，賣相也很好，早晚餐還有QR Code 俾你scan 介紹每一道菜是甚麽，非常用心。溫泉也很舒適，早晚對調，可以浸晒兩邊溫泉。服務員態度非常好，熱情款待，下次有機會一定會再入住。

UUsuario invitadoI appreciate the service and facilities in the hotel. Although the location is a bit far away from the hot spring street, the environment is very quiet and pleasant.
I must commend the hotel staff who helped my son to search his missing door key. They are very helpful and polite. It is really a good experience to share.

主主婦客酒店服務員超好有禮貌，早餐預約時間非常準時，食物每早都不同，每日都是西式早餐不是日式，攞設好有心思不求其，尤其是皮麥麪包🍞款式有二三隻，每種都超級好食，房間設施都不錯房超大，乾淨企理，唯一一個缺點是要落樓下浴場沖涼，房間不設浴室只係有廁所設施，返東京或其他地方都方便，長途巴士總站就係隔離，行路不用3分鐘，酒店樓下有間LAWSON，酒店隔離有間拉麵店，價錢不貴，如果行去其他食肆，有都係5、6分鐘左右，有西式丶日式、燒肉、漢堡包店、可以去體驗一下

There was a staff who rushed out to us and asked if we were going to stay at the Ryokan. Very helpful for lost travelers overwhelmed by the cold weather. Greeted us warmly when we arrived. Explained the important information to us as best as they could in English, which is perfectly fine.
Room was big. Decorated meticulously in the traditional Japanese style. Yukata and Obi provided added on to the immersive experience.
Dinner was exquisite. Dishes gave us a taste of what traditional Japanese cuisine was like. The food was sincere (didn’t feel like frozen / canned / ready made food), served and plated meticulously.
There were 2 onsens, indoor and outdoor. They were clean and spacious enough. Water (I believe) is from the hot spring nearby and was immensely therapeutic.
Ryokan was near the heart of the town and everything was within walking distance.
Kindly shuttled us to the bus terminal when we checked out (we didn’t have to wait for fixed timings) and carried our (heavy) luggage.
All in all, we enjoyed the one night stay very much and they set a high bar for Japanese hospitality.

En cuanto a la ubicación, era un poco lejos del terminal de autobús a pie. nos llevó unos 15 minutos, ya que la ruta por Google no era muy correcta. La entrada principal del hotel estaba en una pista, que no era tan fácil como transportamos el equipaje.
Recuerde pedir la contraseña del portal trasero, que fue una ruta corta que conduce a la calle principal de compras y a la Kusatsu Yubatake.
La habitación era agradable y limpia, un poco demasiado básica.
El hotel ofrece una amplia gama de comidas en el bufete, con algunos platos locales interesantes.

JJohnsonLocation - about 10min walk from the bus terminal at Kusatsu station. Walkable unless it's snowy or froze on the ground as part of the path is quite steep to walk up. Not hard to find as the town is quite close to everything. About 15min walk to yubatake for the famous onsen for pictures and local food and snacks. You can walk to the Sainokawara Onsen(open air public onsen) for about 8min which is located just behind the hotel itself.
Service - they do provide transport to and from Yubatake with a specific timetable. They also have an open luggage area at the main hall if you area before check-in you could just leave the luggage and explore the town. They also have separate gender onsen with both indoor and outdoor facilities. They came around 7pm to my room to offer to set up my sleeping mattress. The dinner time was 6.45pm to 8pm and they may vary between seasons. You will be located in a seat in the dining room so don't worry about the crowd and having to fight for your seat. It's buffet style food and I read previous comments about food being cold. They aren't cold as it was heated around 60c ish but the moment food leaves the Bain Marie it will become cold especially during winter. Alcohol is included but you need to be 18 years old. They will start closing some stations including soft serve around 7.30pm so do get there earlier.
Cleanliness - just an older building and maintenance pretty ok. You could tell from the design it's a bit outdated but it wasn't dirty or messy.
Amenities - they have a Japanese sleep/bath robe at the main hall for guests to take if you need. There's no wifi in the room unfortunately and the only free wifi provided by the hotel is just located down at the main hall. I was given a Japanese style room which is pretty standard. It was on the 7th floor so it came with a pretty good view.
