UUsuario invitadoI would like to share a few words with you about our feeling of coming back to your Park Hyatt Hanazono hotel from 29/3/2024 to 3/4/2024. We are beginners of skiing, therefore, our first choice is a ski-in and ski-out hotel. Therefore, last year we came to your hotel and we came back again for further improvement of our skiing. We travelled a long way from the airport to your hotel for almost over 3 hours. However, we didn't receive a warm welcome from your hotel by the time we got out of our car. By the time we checked-in, the handling time took much longer than I expected, maybe we all felt tired after long travelling and wanted to go up to our room. Another guest who was sitting next to me seemed to complain about your service to another staff..
When we arrived at our room, only 3 mandarins were put on the table to welcome us but they did not look very attractive.
Next morning, the breakfast was as good as last year, because nothing more had changed. But again, not very welcoming. Our dishes were piling up on the table long before they were taken away. That was not the case last year.
We asked guest service to fold up the sofa bed as we wanted it to be more spacious. However, I called several to get it done when we came back from skiing in the evening. But we clearly said we could do it when we were out in the daytime.
We booked 2 adults and 1 child, however, we could only find 3 adult clothes for onsen. We called guest service to provide us with child cloth for onsen. However, after tidying up, they provided us with another 3 sets of clothes for onsen again. So, my daughter wore oversized clothes to the onsen. It was not like this when we first came here last year.
Luckily, on the third day, we met a new and young manager during breakfast, we received a warm welcoming smile for the first time. We chatted for a while and my daughter felt happy with him. Last year, my daughter made some friends here with your staff and learnt some Japanese from your staff. That made her like the Japanese culture and language.
Ironically, after folding up the sofa bed, they mistakenly mixed up my daughter white colored soft toy - cinnamoroll - with the bed sheets for the laundry. Luckily, maybe with the help of the young guy, we found it back. My daughter was so delighted, thanks for all your efforts, but however, the soft toy had been shrunk by the laundry machine.
The inner tubing was one of our favors in Park Hyatt Hotel, however, it looked obscenity and did not match with the natural scenery and the well-designed architecture surroundings at all. It looked like a facility in a developing country.
Next Easter holiday was a late holiday, maybe no more snow for skiing. Originally we had planned to come again with whole families of six for skiing. Maybe it is high time for us to look for another ski-in ski-out hotel, though I have promised the young guy to meet him next year.

La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero la habitación de la habitación era muy buena. No es mucho, pero el sentimiento de mala interpretación deja un sabor terrible.
(Trip.com CS pasó en y ayudó a aclarar las cosas, pero no hay nada que pueda hacerse. pico temporada, y en cualquier otro lugar se reserva totalmente o sin pagar un premio)
El hotel está situado en una zona muy confortable, a pocos minutos a pie de Hirafu.
El hotel tiene una cafetería privada, aunque nunca comer (la comida parece buena).
El hotel dispone de una amplia sala de almacenamiento para sus artes, muy segura, así que no se preocupe.
La habitación es buena, nada para quejarse. Nada para quejarse. Toallas son libres y limpias. Todo lo demás que necesitas pagar.
Buena estadía en general.
¡Prega duro que tengas camaradas de habitación si compartes!

UUsuario invitadoLovely big room with a sitting area as well. Bathroom was huge with separate toilet area. Bathrobes n slippers were provided. We can actually see the lake and the fireworks from the room. No food provided but there’s a vending machine.
There’s a beautiful restaurant to have breakfast at the junction of the road leading up to the hotel with a beautiful garden and grounds.
It’s about 20 min downhill to the town but it’s worth the drive. There’s a Seicomart in town as well with ample free parking.

UUsuario invitadoExcellent rooms which are large enough to accommodate a family of four with 2 children (aged 10 and 12) inclusive.
The Niseko-yo was also nearby to offer a wider option for food choices. The view for breakfast during my trip was simply breathtaking. Breakfast buffet spread was the best I have ever had (and my standards are pretty high!)
For those who love skiing around Niseko, the hotel offers shuttle bus services around this area.
Facilities and amenities live up to the Hilton name. Onsen is superb! Will definitely stay here again.

CChee KwanHotel is old but rooms are huge and functional. Reception is a little cold. Parking is free and comes with onsen. It is located beside lake Toya and we had a chance to see the fireworks at night.

Eenn36La casa de la ciudad de Taito nos saludó en el frente (un niño japonés que habla bien inglés con un acento tailandés, me refiero a esto como un elogio). Poco después de entrar en nuestra habitación, Taito personalmente golpeó la puerta para darnos algunos artículos que mis padres solicitaron. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad.
La habitación tenía una cocina con todo el conjunto de aparatos, utensilios y cocina. La nevera tenía bebidas, jugos, leche, mantequilla, jamón e incluso salsa para cocinar. Y había un cesto con cereales, manzanas, plátanos y 2 bolsillos de pan para nuestras necesidades de desayuno.
En general, esta era una estancia muy agradable y agradable.
La única gripe que tengo es que el hotel no me permitió hacer ningún cambio en mis fechas (no estoy seguro de por qué, ya que fue a finales de abril y no alcanza la temporada de esquí), aunque ofrecí hacer otra reserva antes de cancelar(ha hecho este tipo de acontecimiento con otros hoteles en Hokkaido para que sepa que es posible).
Sería perfecto si el hotel pudiera ofrecer cierta flexibilidad a sus huéspedes. Después de todo, los planes cambian por diversas razones. Espero estar de vuelta en el futuro y ver que son más flexibles la próxima ronda. Hasta entonces, gracias y cheers =)

Ssnorlax81La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, en el centro de los fuegos artificiales nocturnos que se pueden ver directamente desde el vestíbulo. El onsen en el nivel 9 es el mejor, tanto los baños al aire libre con vapor por la noche como los baños diurnos son una experiencia perfecta. El desayuno y la cena son tipo buffet, así que puedes elegir tus propios platos, pero ambos días los platos de desayuno y cena son los mismos. Viajar al valle del infierno en autobús público justo afuera del hotel y en la estación de tren de Toya también es muy fácil de navegar. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel. Lo único malo es que el aire acondicionado no funciona y es necesario abrir las ventanas para que circule el aire, y las ventanas son muy grandes, por lo que no es seguro para los niños cuando duermen por la noche. El colchón de la cama individual es muy pésimo. Dormir en tatami es mucho más cómodo. No nos bañamos en el baño de la habitación debido al fabuloso onsen. Podemos alquilar yukata gratis y devolverlo antes de las 10 a.m. del día siguiente. Hay una partida de bingo por la noche antes de los fuegos artificiales para mantenernos ocupados.

UUsuario invitadoThe location is the best which just one minute walking distance to the bus terminal to/from Toya Station and in front of the ferry pier. Please see my photo. Perfect location. The front desk receptionist lady was friendly. I was placed to a lake view Japanese style room. It doesn't include shower but toilet in the room and it looks like old but I love the room. The view from the room's window to Lake Toya was excellent. I love my room's window can be opened, I could see more clear to the lake view and to have fresh air from outside by opening the window. Even it was a raining day, cloudy and frosty. The view is still spotless good. The service was good. The room was clean, tidy and come with all necessity, but bath/shower excluded. However, based on the price, I was happy with it because I don't mind to use the bathroom in the onsen area on floor one. There was only two down side that I found: First, the male onsen area floor was sticky and slippery with moss (My left hand accidentally touched it and my hand was sticked with moss in outdoor onsen area) that includes indoor and outdoor area. I wish they would take more effort to the cleanliness of onsen area. Second, the suana was not available for customer to use. However, I had a fantastic sauna and onsen in 万世閣 (a hotel where is just a few minutes walk away from Toya Grand Hotel) by a paying walk in onsen fee(1300 yen) for non-resident. So, it didn't affect me much.
Overall, my experience was good. I would give Toya Grand Hotel 8 out of 10. I love Toya Grand Hotel. I would recommend it.

受付スタッフの方や朝食の時に対応して下さいましたスタッフの方いらっしゃいました。とても素晴らしい対応して下さいました。夫婦2人で一緒に感謝の気持ちです。
ちょっと気になるところは1人の若いお客様（日本人）が燃えるゴミ箱にペットボトル捨てていかれた後に他の方も何でも捨てられて行った時にはお客様のマナーの悪さに残念に思いました。とても注意が出来ない私でしたがゴミ箱の物を分別はさせていただきました。
我が子（マナーの悪い若い方）同じ世代がいます。同じことを教育できたのかとても不安になり夫婦で心配にもなりました。
これからもマナーの悪い方々に対して注意出来る大人でいたい自分がいます。
ホテルの方々、露天風呂、お部屋は最高でした。
また利用させていただきたく思います。
