I was with my husband this holidays and is absolutely amazing. The breakfast is the best breakfast that I had in a long time by far, and the gym is georgious. The bed was so comfy and the room is very good too. If you go to Modena, is a must! Thanks a lot!

Es cierto que después de las 18:00 no hay nadie en la recepción, pero de todos modos le dan un número a que llamar y donde se le ayudará en caso de pequeños problemas. He estado en hoteles con personal en rception h24 y a menudo no resolveron mi problema de todos modos! El hotel es una villa muy bonita y antigua, hermosas habitaciones, gran baño con excelentes productos, desayuno super gestionado por una señora muy amable y disponible, y también hacen un excelente café! Enzo el propietario una persona a la mano y disponible. Encontré las habitaciones limpias y hermosas y siempre será mi elección desde ahora mismo cuando vuelva a Maranello. Consejo sin duda!

recently came back from 2 weeks all inclusive. Everything from start to finish was exceptional. Check in was quick and efficient with a lovely drink. The reception staff were polite and cheery throughout and teaching my husband a new Greek word most days. Polionis (not sure how to spell) took us to our room and showed us around everywhere and gave us local info. Room was spotless and cleaned daily. The food everywhere was excellent - it was our anniversary and they made this special in our room and at the Mediterranean restaurant The view from the Infinity pool was the best ever. However, we can't praise the waiters enough. We always sat on the raised area. Jimmy, Marios and a lady I can't pronounce were absolutely exceptional. We holiday abroad twice a year and always have some great staff but these were amazing. always had our drinks and coffees at the times we liked it. They always had time for a chat and so happy and polite. They work so so hard and efficient.

La habitación es muy amplia y limpia. Está en muy buena ubicación para estar por la zona de Sassuolo, Formigine, Fiorano etc, con un gran parking descubierto y posibilidad de parking subterráneo. El desayuno es abundante y delicioso. El personal muy amable.

We stayed in one of the Aparthotel rooms, which are in a separate block to the main hotel building. The block is on the roundabout and the Ferrari Factory opposite, but only half of the rooms face this direction, and they're over 4 floors (stairs or lift). We were on the ground floor, which was ideal for our car-mad son to take photos without leaving the room. Parking spaces at the front, or an underground garage which we didn't look at. On entering, the room smelled smoky, although there are no smoking signs up in the corridor etc. It wasn't overbearing so we just opened the windows (fully opening, with exterior sunblinds, interior nets and blackout curtains). Very soundproof rooms, only once heard small child upstairs stomping back and forth. Kitchen/living room was a good size for 2, but a bit of a squash for 3, as once the double sofa bed is out, there is no space apart from at the small table. There is also no lighting at the sofabed end of the room which is most odd, especially as there's a ”spare” light switch! Kitchenette consists of full size under counter fridge with icebox, sink, 2 ring convection hob, microwave, kettle. 4 x knife/fork/spoon, 2 teaspoons, very small glasses, small mugs, 4 large plates, 4 large bowls, some pans etc (see photos). There are a few drinks in the fridge with a minibar price list, but no supplies, not even washing up liquid - a dispenser for this would be appreciated. The plug socket by the table which the kettle plugs into is very, very difficult to get anything into or out of, we thought the whole unit was going to come out of the wall at one point! Bedroom has a 6' superking firm bed, bedside cabinets, and open shelving with a safe (wide enough to get a laptop in). Bathroom was huge as for some reason it had a large cupboard containing a washing machine, tumble drier and wardrobe space. Space would have been better used in the living area. Shower was great, with a handheld showerhead, and a rainfall head, (very) hot water and good pressure. Toilet was located very high, I've never needed to be on tippytoes before!! Basin was a huge shallow rectangle which wasn't much use for washing in. Loo paper provided, and fixed dispensers with hand soap, shower gel and shampoo. Towels, one bath sheet, one hand towel, one cotton face cloth? each. We were advised at check-in that cleaning / linen change was only once a week (so not ”same facilities as the hotel rooms”) and we had to choose which day we wanted it. Reception staff were very nice, spoke excellent English and came over to help immediately when the safe threw an error code at us. Air conditioning was OK, but we were glad of the small fan we had packed - there were a couple of light switches with USB sockets and this was really helpful. The aircon and sunblinds are operated off of the touchscreen in the living area. Nearest fuel station, round the roundabout, 5th exit, it's situated at the next roundabout. Be warned it's selfservice touch

Excelente restaurante/hotel! Amazing rooms and service. The staff was the absolute best. The food in the restaurant was top quality and the service impeccable. Lucia, the owner, went out of her way to make my visit amazing. De servirme bacon y huevos para el desayuno (incluido en el precio de la habitación) a tomar algunas de mis ropas húmedas en casa y secarlas para mí el último día, así que no tendría ropa vacía en mi equipaje. Sólo advertencia es que está fuera de la ciudad. Es cerca de un paseo de 20 minutos a Marinello, que es bueno durante el día, pero en la noche la carretera está deslumbrada, así que caminar por la noche es un poco escéptico. Bien. Si viaja por un coche, eso no es de ninguna preocupación.
