Todo perfecto, habitación limpia y espaciosa, baño enorme con bañera de hidromasaje, todo en esta villa muy bonita y bien curada. Desayuno abundante con brioches frescos. La chicle en la torta fue el director Oscar, persona de una cortesía y una increíble simpatía. Super recomendado

I am very disappointed with this Hotel as it didn't have a working air conditioning during our stay, even though they advertise at *********** and their webpage as having it. I complained several times to Hotel's front desk and they said they they were working with their technical department to fix it. Nothing was ever done since we requested it a after our first night at the hotel. The only thing they did is to put a fan in the room, that was their solution to the problem. We were unable to sleep comfortably because of the heat as summer moved in. Decided to move to another hotel and shorten our stay, but the Hotel decided to apply penalty for the whole stay. What about the fact that they cheat their guests offering A/C when it doesn't have it? Apart from the fact that breakfast items run our early and you have to end up with a very limited assortment of foods. I really advise guests, to avoid this Hotel, specially if you are sensible to heat during the night. (it was around 30”C)

Calidad y abundancia en cada plato, ¡la carne estuvo fabulosa! Servicio perfecto y atento! Pasamos una velada familiar maravillosa. Lugar íntimo y característico, con una hermosa chimenea, ¡inmediatamente me sentí como en casa! Definitivamente vamos a estar de vuelta.

Hotel moderno, con camere spaziose e funzionali. Buona dotazione di asciugamani. Piccola nota negativa il frigobar con solo due bottigliette d'acqua. Alle reception abbiamo trovato Cristian. Professionale e con una carica umana eccezionale. Una vera risorsa per un'attività come questa. Colazione molto valida. Ottimo assortimento e molta cura nel far trovare le varie aree buffer sempre rifornite appieno. All'interno delle struttura un interessante ristorante nel quale siamo stati a cena. Pizze ben lievitate e ben farcite. Servizio cortese.

Good location, close to the railway station. Simple but clean rooms, comfortable beds. Free parking and WIFI. WIFI quality is good, but I found no English programme on TV. Small shower. friendly staff. Average breakfast. Reasonable price. Recommended.

以公司名義住了很多次，都感覺不錯，所以自己定了一次，結果讓我非常失望。 先定了兩間，然後因為護照名字沒找到第二間，以為上次預定不成功，立即又定了一間，一兩分鐘后服務員A發現了我們定的另外一間，所以交流中要幫忙取消掉剛剛定的房間。我也打了電話給攜程，攜程幫忙交流，看似一切很順利。 但是服務員B出現了，看到我，先是立即戴上了口罩，然後說不能退，說因為訂房說明上要求48小時前才能退。我剛剛訂房5分鐘左右，而入住是立即入住，從哪裡出來48小時？ 我在這邊附近來來往往十年了，第一次遇到如此差的服務，以前都是當地公司幫我訂，第一次自己訂就遭遇如此！ 最後被安排在了0樓，可以直接開車到房間門口的房間，房間裏空調聲音關不掉。 我對這家酒店的服務表示深深的失望，可能這裏不適合亞洲人過來吧。

El desayuno y las camas/cameras/toilet/foyer son muy limpios - que es realmente un gran plus y las camas son realmente cómodas. El espresso italiano es bueno y también los mini-cacahuetes, los frutos diferentes frescos, el yogur fresco (no secados yesss) y el salsami es notable. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad de la ciudad.
