Stay is pleasant. Location is easily accessible. Food is tasty and hygienic. Service is very much satisfactory.

We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel and trust me, we didn't feel secure nor liked. 1st the General Manager is a disobedient, heartless, money minded, un professional, un cultured, un civilized and an illiterate *** inside this hotel. He thinks he is always right and all the guests have to obey his command, eat according to his way and even if you don't like the room, you have to sleep in his allotted rooms, he will not give you a second choice. The Deluxe rooms are just normal rooms, the one deluxe room ground floor ( Room No 116) where I stayed was with a broken window handle, cannot be closed and late midnight someone tried to open the window but I woke up and switched on the lights, we didn't't feel safe as I was with my 8 years son & wife. For every woman's beauty lies in a mirror but in this room 1 mirror was totally dark and the other one was with black patches, not visible. The toilet was too small, the curtains were torn, unclean bed sheets & towels, the toilet door cannot be locked from outside, broken tiles inside the toilet. However, after complaining, they changed my room ( Room No 114) again with the same issue in the new room, the AC was not working, with unpainted & bubbles coming out from the wall, you can see only Tamil channels on their TV. Breakfast: It's better to eat outside rather than having their tasteless complimentary breakfast, no respect for North, East and West tourists. You can find a so called Paratha but without sabjee or gravy, you can find only plain dosa but not masala dosa, all the items which were served were not my cup of tea. Language problem: No staff members could understand our national language nor English, I am afraid what circumstances happens with the international tourists. A hotel runs and gets good reviews only for the front faces of the hotel but when the General Manager is a Cruck, the hotel cannot get good reviews, this hotel needs rectification & repairs immediately. For the HOTEL OWNERS: The hotel & business partners of this hotel should immediately terminate & kick out this present General Manager and appoint a new professional to enhance their hotel. It was a pleasant stay. Sundar and the team are cordial and welcoming. They have arranged a cab for us to go sightseeing. Over all we had a good experience.

You get what you pay for. Basic hotel with minimum basic but clean facilities. Though they say Free WIFI but it is not available in the rooms (only available at the reception). At least they shouldn't misguide the guests. Their location is really plus as it is walking distance from the west gate of the temple. The food at the DEVI restaurant was surprisingly good - you can try it there.

We had an overall incredible stay in August at this hotel. The rooms are clean, and the service is outstanding, always attentive and friendly. The South Indian breakfast is particularly delightful, offering a rich variety of flavors. However, there was an issue with our booking. Despite being informed that only rooms with two queen beds were available, we were given a room with just one queen bed. During checkout, we were charged the rate for the two-queen bed room because they claimed it was arranged to accommodate our family. It was quite clear that the room could only fit one queen bed. Nevertheless, every other detail, from the comfortable furnishings to the prompt service, added to our otherwise memorable experience. We recommend this hotel for its excellent accommodation and dining but advise confirming room details in advance.”
