The rooms are nice i. E. At par with 5-star properties and that's where all the good things end. The hotel advertised a lounge and a rooftop restaurant but both were missing. A big chunk of the staff don't understand and speak english or hindi, hence communication was a problem. The complimentary breakfast was really bad both options and taste-wise. The room service food tasted okayish but the portions were too low. The restaurant's operation hours was too short, they asked us to place dinner order by 9:20 pm. They had good wifi but we had to call reception every day to ask for some codes to log in to the internet.

The place was near all major tourist spots and was easy to identify, reach. The staff were welcoming, courteous and well spoken. The check-in and check-out- process were handled swiftly. We had booked a Standard Double Room which was spacious and very well maintained. The room was cleaned in the noons in the presence of the guests. The TV in the room was a Samsung Smart TV which helped us stream shows on OTT as well apart from the Cable. The Breakfast offered at the rooftop between 8 - 9.30 A.M. It was completely vegetarian, very good and well managed with multiple south indian offerings ***** with a Live Dosa Counter. The reception also arranges for Cabs/Scooters for sight seeing.

It's a budget value hotel i stayed in puducherry and little far from beach. Those who don't want to stay inside the city crown can stay here with friends, Get together, Marriage functions, couples, Family too. Very neat room and i will refer my friends to stay back. If you are planning by car or bike so you can reach to hotel directly or if planned to come by Bus or Train you have to take auto or Cab to reach this hotel & Friendly staff. Vivek sir guided me near by swimming pool do i spent some time over there.

Si necesitas algún tipo de comida, sólo pregunte en la recepción que te sugiere. A partir de este hotel, estoy muy agradecido al propietario de este Signature Inn. Para añadir, la ubicación del hotel es muy apropiada para ir a cualquier lugar en pondicherry y a muy pocos pasos de la estación de Main Bus. Me alegra mucho de esta estancia y sin duda recomiendo a mis amigos y familia.

I had the pleasure of spending a weekend at r kn beach resort in puducherry, and it was a delightful experience. The resort is perfectly situated near the beach, offering stunning views and a serene atmosphere. There are plenty of activities for everyone, including a well-equipped games area and a dedicated kids' park. The resort's premises are spacious, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The rooms are quite good, providing a cozy and pleasant environment. However, i did encounter an issue with the air conditioning, which wasn't working properly. I suggest the hospitality management address this to ensure a better experience for future guests. Overall, r kn beach resort is a wonderful place to spend a holiday with family or friends. It's definitely worth a visit!

In a simple city we loved our cosy stay in this property. The rooms are big and so is the buffet. The food is authentic south Indian and has global options too. It has a swimming pool and spa facility too. The hotel staff is very courteous but language is a problem. Hence communication seems to be a challenge.

Had a good stay. Its on the white town side of Puduchery with most of the city attractions like Shri Aurobindo samadhi , Vinayaka temple, rock beach and walkway etc. ot walk able distances. The hotels tries to maintain an europian standard and ambience overall which was good, but things like not having door mats from the dusty balcony etc. backfires. Would say the facility and restaurant etc. are more for couples and not targeted for family with kids. Pure veg restaurants like Sirguru etc. are nearby. Parking is outside on the roadside. Overall had a good, no complaint stay. But nothing extra ordinary other than the hotel location. Cost was on the higher side for the facility.

Thanks to my travel agent Services International, who made the reservations for me at the Le Dupleix, Pondicherry, this dream has been fulfilled with aplomb! My brief stay of three nights at this wonderful hotel in the center of town, gave me all the chances to see and experience what visiting Pondicherry is like! The time I took to visit, the guide Babur that accompanied me around town for the day, and the driver Mr Bala from Services International made the trip take place with absolute pleasure! But the staff at the Dupleix headed by Ms Kutiva, Ms Jemima, their housekeeping group with Ms Padmani made my stay here all the more pleasurable! It broke my hear to leave Pondicherry today, but I hope that the chance will come again soon! This time I will plan to visit with my friends and some family as well! I will give The Dupleix a very high recommendation, best to ask for rooms at the ground or second floors! Everything else will just fall into place and make you love reaching Pondicherry even more! CCulture48222349946Lovely location , and good food in the dining areas. , but everything else was far below our expectations . The hotel is in need of a complete makeover. The rooms are tired looking with furnishings from the 70’s. Our first room. (3) was directly over the kitchen with a very noisy extractor fan than ran from 5:30am to 11:30pm. We switched room to the third floor which was quieter during the day but next to the top floor restaurant and kitchen plus a smoking area directly outside our room for the restaurant guests. The room was very dated and hasn’t been renovated for a very long time . The layout was particularly awkward as it was impossible to get past the wardrobe with the door open or put the bags inside the wardrobe . The room itself was large but the empty space was wasted , adding an extra chair would have gone a long way to making it a more comfortable room. There were plenty of staff , but most just standing about doing very little , getting a tea and coffee at breakfast was a 10 to 15 minute wait , despite at least one person standing idle at the machine. The reception was unable to organise any tours for us , which we felt was odd. Pool although a little small was nice and warm , but did not have a shallow end ( 5feet throughout )so it would not be children friendly

UUsuario invitadoWe stayed at this hotel for a week .Just a few minutes away from White town but we had a superb experience in terms of cleanliness, hygiene,staff was very helpful,food at their in house restaurant was delicious, housekeeping facilities , professionalism with regard to dealing with customers.Special mention to Miss Vishalakshmi and Miss Parvathy who took care of us very well .Also Nitin who served us so many meals at May Kitchen was very good .The food, all meals especially the French cuisine which we ate once were.prepared well.All in all we had wonderful seven days and would definitely recommend to others to stay at Hotel Aura.
