We were 2 of us and visited The Resort on Sun. Tge F&B hospitality ( Manager Rajesh Shaw ) is awesome bcoz inspite of place being full, the team managed its best that we didn't have to wait for long and Chefs go out of their way to please guests and customize dishes. The pool landscape thays sea facing is mesmerizing and soothing. All Staff treated us very well . Loved the hospitality of professional staff👌 We would highly recommend this property for a wonderful time.

Un hotel excelente para parar en Bombay, con la mejor ubicación. A metros de la puerta de la india y comodo para caminar por Colaba. Buena relación precio / calidad. La atención es muy buena y las habitaciones están muy bien. Recomiendo comer en Delhi Darvar que está muy cerca.

EL SERVICIO VERY BAD SERVICE I booked two nights on 3th and 4th of August 2023 through GOIBIBO in this Columbus Hotel. It is not a hotel but a premium accommodation. My room was in the fifth floor, but the lift goes up to 4th floor only. No bottles of water in the room. Tenía que comprar agua. No hay iluminación adecuada en el baño. No hay restaurante en el Hotel, tienes que salir y ir a otro edificio cercano para tenerlo. Pagué Rs 11 000/- por dos noches. Luego llamé a GOIBIBO y me quejé. I said I will stay one night and want to move to another hotel. They refused to reimburse any amount. I stayed there only one night and checkout on the 4th morning. Go IBIBIO has now offered a amount of Rs. No me culpan al Hotel Columbus, pero Goibibo por no comprobar los bienes y servicios antes de ofrecerles lo mismo.

No está mal, aunque la habitación individual es bastante pequeña, pero es aceptable vivir solo. Los taxis prepagos sin aire acondicionado desde el aeropuerto cuestan alrededor de 660 + 70 (peajes, no sé si estaba en boxes). Desde el hotel, uber al aeropuerto es 500 + 20 (propina). Nunca encontré la entrada principal de este hotel. Todos procedían del pasillo del hotel Trident de al lado. ¡No fue hasta el día de la salida que la entrada principal del hotel estaba en el primer piso negativo! Fuera del hotel está ”Yuebanwan”, que es muy animado por la noche. Si el aire es bueno, aún puedes correr. Camine hasta la Puerta de la India durante unos 20 minutos, hay todo tipo de ruido en la carretera. No hay supermercado cerca del hotel, pero hay Starbucks y McDonalds, y también hay un cine. El desayuno del hotel sigue siendo bueno, a la carta + buffet pequeño, el servicio es bueno.

Nos alojamos por 13 días en una suite ejecutiva que no da al mar. La habitación es como un apartamento de una habitación. Muy espacioso con una cómoda cama y un bonito sofá. También contiene dos televisores, un escritorio agradable y un monoplaza muy agradable con una otto *** y una mesa de café. La limpieza y el servicio diarios eran excelentes (pasteles y chocolates gratuitos todos los días). El vestíbulo del hotel y el restaurante Bay View son simplemente espectaculares. El buffet de desayuno era muy bueno con una amplia variedad de platos indios y continentales. El bar Geoffrey's es ideal para relajarse después de un día de turismo. El personal del hotel fue infaliblemente amable y servicial. Lo único un poco decepcionante es el área de la piscina en la azotea, que parece estar diseñada para funciones más que para relajarse. Sin embargo, la piscina en sí estaba muy limpia. La ubicación del hotel es, por supuesto, maravillosa. Justo en el famoso Marine Drive. Está a solo unos minutos a pie de la estación de tren Church Gate y hay paradas de autobús justo enfrente del hotel. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia y recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel boutique.

Its a good place too visit with friends and family the banquet is good for corporate events and they have neat and clean room excellent service and ampal space for parking. cooperative staff ask for aloke he'll help with every thing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Myself shrini and my friend stayed at T 24 Retro hotel near the international airport terminal 1. My stay was really splendid as all staff were very nice and helpful. One piticular staff Pradnya at T24 Retro hotel was a very professional staff dealing with my request such as giving good advice about the surrounding where I could purchase items facilitating request with other staff. She was very sincere caring helpful and a very good listener to carry our demands during our stay as she spoke good English it made thing lots easier. Personally Pradna is a friendly always greeting and helpful with a big smile which is open to approach her. She made our stay a five star stay which made Pradna a 5 star staff of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much and hopefully looking forward coming back to T24 retro again. I thank all staff who has been helpful to our needs during our stay. We had a great stay! the hotel is in an important area. The interior was very clean. The bathroom and toilets are clean too. They provide toiletries. The ac was working properly. They provide tea bags and a kettle with powdered milk. The hotel also has a restaurant on the first floor with a 24/7 functioning kiosk with an operator. I had instant noodles there, and the attendant graciously made the noodles for me at 2 am/3am. Shubham was a great help there.

This Hotel took away my heart.. right from check-in to check-out, and thereafter, it was all seamless. The staff is young, energetic, helpful and friendly. - Clean and decent rooms - Convenient location - Fair price point - Friendly staff - Impeccable Service A true hidden gem that is underrrated. It's totally recommended. Special mention Nilesh, Tanmay, Viresh, Sarthak and Akshay whom I conversed with the most. KUDOS to the entire team. Dont forget to order Chai while you stay. It just hits the spot.
