La habitación era agradable en la suite. La habitación estaba limpia. Las partes inferiores incluyen una zona de ducha pobre [la ducha está sobre el baño atacado] y un pequeño lobby desertado.

Room was excellent and clean. Staff was friendly and the food served was good. Room was spacious enough for a family and was having all the basic amenities. Hotel is walking distance from the temple, which was an added advantage

Location. Situated on the Muvattutpuza - kolenchery road this resort, you are sure to miss unless somebody tells you orl you actually know of it before hand. The non discript signages do not help either. The signage in to the lane leading to the resort will not catch your eye unless you are looking for it. If you are not very good at driving or maneuvering your vehicle to find space to let the on coming vehicle pass then you are in for an experience. It is almost an one way Street. So hope that no other vehicles comes in the opposite direction. Call it luck, we did not encounter such a situation either while going to the resort or when coming out of it. I happened to be taken their by somebody or lunch and then realise that it was something that I should have visited before. Once you reach the resort it is a world all together different. What would strike the guest at the first instant are the fully laden nutmeg trees. Those who have not seen a nutmeg tree must make it now because it is in full Glory filled with fruits. The enormous space as one enters is much different from many other resort. There is something grand about it. Another interesting thing that one can get to see is the buildings made of laterite stones finished and left as it used to be in the yore. The restaurant is huge and well laid out. I did not visit any rooms or the toilets so cannot comment on the cleanliness and how well appointed the rooms are. But I must say that the table was well laid out, the cutlery was good and so was the crockery. The steward was courteous and did make sure that we were served well. The question that would immediately come to your mind is that having said so good about the restaurant; why have I given only three stars! That is because we were left to look for our table . We had to change because we first sat at the table nearest to the entrance and found it too hot and realised that the air conditioner had remained switched off. Apparently they had switched on the air conditioner only then. So even changing seats could not help much. Secondly the steward while taking order did not explain the quantities in the menu so three people ended up having to share two pieces a fish. But if one is looking for some fine dining, maybe this place could provide the answer

The room was neat but the in bathroom full of stains .. next the room had Celing fan and air conditioner…. The fan was not working called the receptionist the answer was annoying…. They said only in the morning the Technision will come …… asked for room change there reply was we can’t change the room…. The reply was that is ur problem…….. average buffet but not UPTO the four star category what they Clim

Estaba bien. Las tapas de baño son muy estrechas y amarillas. He reservado la habitación con desayuno pero cuando fuimos a tomar el desayuno en la mañana casi todos los artículos de comida se terminaron a las 9:30 am mismo. No hay nada disponible y incluso después de solicitar trajeron 4 pori y pocos huevos abrasados. La calidad de la comida es peor. El hotel no vale el precio que cobran por las habitaciones.

were so helpful and upgraded us to the Exicutive free of charge to make our stay even more special. Front desk team could not do more to accommodate us. The stay was more of an experience than a stay! Every staff member seemed to know me by name. Ambiance is amazing. Kudos to the entire team at Lavender! Until next time! :)”
