The hotel is really beautiful and the hospitality was too good. The swimming pool at the top was so amazing with a beautiful view. Morning breakfast and room service was really quick and on time . Overall we had the best time here and would recommend to everyone .😊👍👏

Отличная локация,все рядом и море и магазины и кафе.Территория чистая,зеленая очень ухоженная,нет постороннего шума только птички поют) Бассейн чистый,вода комфортной температуры,лежаков немного,но в основном все на море и места всегда есть. Номера просторные,потолки высокие,все в номере в исправном состоянии,уборка номеров ежедневно,номера обрабатываются так же и от комаров,что очень актуально,т.к. на окнах нет москитных сеток,в номере есть и фумигатор.Кровать удобная,постельное белье чистое и хорошего качества. Завтрак вполне приличный,но не хватало привычной каши и йогурта. Персонал приветливый. В отели спокойная,комфортная атмосфера с удовольствием вернёмся снова!

Была в этом отделе 4 ночи. Отель староват, по мебели заметно, но работает все исправно. Обслуживание гостей на высшем, высочайшем я бы доже сказала, уровне. Завтраки вкусные, шведский стол при этом есть официанты, которые принесут вам все что хотите. Уборка номера каждый день. Воду бутилированную каждое утро в номер приносят. В один из дней у нас была экскурсия к 6:00 утра. И так как мы не попадали на завтрак, то нам к 6:00 приготовили на ресепшене ланч-боксы. Это тоже нас очень порадовало. В целом отель, еще раз повторюсь, очень понравился. Спасибо большое!

We (family of 2+1) stayed at Hyatt Place Goa Candolim (it is different than Hyatt centric, which is located a few blocks away) during the month of October. It was an overall decent stay considering the following points: Location: It was well located on the main road, easily found using Google map.It was close to market, good eateries, and 10-20 mins away from Candolim Beach. Food: The breakfast was inclusive. They had good varieties, including a live counter for food like dosa, omlette, and waffles. I would rate the taste as average and really feel that it could be improved. Amenities: They had a nice play area for younger kids. It was a great relief having an infant around. Though I was expecting a bigger swimming pool, it worked fine for me with a little baby. They had few chargable activities like Zarb ball, boating, and archery, which I found didn't have enough space for and should have been free activities. Services: The staff was very courteous and prompt. I was there on my birthday, and I was given a complementary cake in the room. Cons: 1. found the property, rooms, and entrance small for the Hyatt standards. 2. there was painting going on, which filled the hallways with the smell of enamel paint. 3. Unfortunately, mostly it was raining during the stay, and to reach the exit or dining, we had to take umbrellas and pass through the rain( not really a problem as my kid enjoyed it😊) Conclusion: i would recommend this, especially during off seasons and if u have a few coupons available

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at De Mandarin. Staff was very helpful and cooperative and all the services were quite good. Breakfast was good as well. Thank you.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, can improve on breakfast. Pan Asian Sea view restaurant & maintained beach adds to world class experience.

Потрясающий отель ! Чистый , а персонал отеля просто вверх моих ожиданий , начиная от заселения до выселения ! В день нашего отъезда подарили маленький золотой мешочек вкуснейших шоколадных конфет, они хотели , чтобы проживание в этом отеле заполнили, как сладкую жизнь! Да , кстати эти закаты с балкона отеля на 5 этаже ! Спасибо большое за прекрасный время проживая в чудесном отеле!

Overall experience was good at the hotel. Rooms were clean and service was good. But i found very astonishing thing at the hotel that they clean your room without informing you even when you are outside of hotel. I had gone out of hotel in the morning and returned in the evening with room keys. Even though motive behind it was good, i found this as breach of privacy as hotel have access to your room without permission.
