The hotel staff cleaned our room well and gave us new towels.
So many options for breakfast: porridge, chicken soto (soup), fried rice, noodle, pecel, salad, fruits, vegetables; bubur madura; fries; omelette, waffle; steamed sweet potatoes.
The hotel even provides jamu (herbal drinks), juice, milk, cereal and coffee.
The security helped us with our big luggages 🥰

Nos registramos a las 4 de la tarde pero la habitación aún no estaba lista, cuando pudimos entrar a la habitación nos dijeron que las comodidades no estaban completas (toallas y calzas) dijeron que las entregarían más tarde, hasta la noche no lo habían hecho. sido entregado hasta que tuvimos que llamar antes de que fuera entregado.
Cerca de un centro comercial hay una piscina pero en otro edificio el parque infantil está dañado y necesita reparación.

YYongbuyanbaikkHay una sala para fumadores, hay un SAP en el piso 11 y hay un 20% de descuento de 9 a 3 en punto. Hay una piscina en el piso 17, la ropa de cama es cómoda y hay mucha agua caliente. Nuestro vuelo salía a las 9:50 de la mañana. Si pedíamos Grab a las 6:30, un conductor recogería el pedido rápidamente. Tomar un taxi hasta el aeropuerto costaba menos de 40 yuanes. Salimos temprano en la mañana y le pedimos al hotel que nos preparara el desayuno con anticipación ~

FFarrelLa ubicación es excelente, el smakdab derecho en el centro turístico de Surabaya, la Ciudad Vieja o ”Kota Lama”. La limpieza es sabia y bien, las hojas de cama son la única cosa que necesita más limpieza. El servicio es excelente. Y las instalaciones sabias, la única cosa que falta es un secador de pelo.

GGeriI always liked Swiss Bel. SURABAYA Manyar can improve. Breakfast they were clearly shorthanded.。couldn't find staff when needed and also the food was cold and not replenished in timely manner. Was a disappointment . When i went to the pool in evening, it was occupied with big group of guys and it was clear i was not going to be able to even swim. It's a lap pool but I think many take it as s giant group jacuzzi. Again, no sign of stsff around.
Otherwise nice bed and room is good size.

The hotel features a modern, artistic design that creates a trendy and visually appealing atmosphere. The lobby and communal areas are stylish, welcoming, and set a positive tone upon arrival.
🏨 Accommodation:
The suite was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable for rest and relaxation. However, I encountered a few cleanliness issues that affected my overall experience:
Cobwebs on the sliding door, which made the space feel neglected.
Stained bedsheets, which were disappointing and did not meet expected cleanliness standards.
These issues suggest that the hotel could benefit from improved attention to detail and housekeeping standards.
📍 Location:
While the hotel is centrally located, it is next to an abandoned mall, which creates an unwelcoming, deserted vibe—particularly at night. This choice of location takes away from the convenience and appeal of staying here.
💪 Fitness & Facilities:
While the hotel lacks a pool, it does have a gym that is well-maintained and offers a good way to unwind or maintain your fitness routine during your stay. This was a nice addition and added value to my experience.
