El hotel es un hotel de 2 noches. Hasta ahora es un hotel de presupuesto, pero ofrecen habitaciones limpias, buena función AC, agua caliente y agua potable en el dispensador. A diferencia de este hotel, hay muchos buenos restaurantes para intentar. El hotel está cerca de un restaurante chino de alta calidad, como May Star, y hasta ahora, si quieres quedarse en el este de Surabaya, este es un hotel muy recomendado.

La limpieza es muy buena, el personal es muy amable, la habitación es bastante espaciosa,

localización estratégica, al lado de la autopista. Apartamento espacial. Hay té de café. El agua potable se ofrece en galón y hay un distribuidor. El propietario es muy amable Si quieres encontrar comida, es muy fácil, bcs en el lado de la carretera, hay muchas cosas que venden recomendado 😘

Ascott waterpalace hotel lobby is located in front of PTC west lobby. I entered the wrong lobby, apartment lobby so need to turn around. After taking the parking ticket, I parked my car near lobby and started started the check-in process. The room is really suitable for gatherings event and cooking together. There are 2 TV's in the living room and bedroom. Wifi and TV service is also very good. Amazingly, I paid close attention to the cleanliness in my room, with a large room size, I didn't find any dirty or stained parts at all. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower. Amenities are produced by Budi Jaya Amenities which contain 100 ml (normally only 30-40 ml). the sachet uses brand twinnings. I think they should improve the breakfast quality, taste are pretty below the standard and the food variants are also very minimalist. Even though coffee uses a coffee machine, there is only black coffee. Others are pudding, cake, cereal, juice (orange and kiwi). Sausage, vegetables, noodles, fried rice, chicken, fruit slices, soup, porridge, omelette. I've only tried a bit of everything and have no interest in adding more. On the other hand, the lack of breakfast is very reasonable because the price difference between breakfast and room only is only Rp. 40.000,00

La habitación es pequeña, el ventilador de escape no funciona bien, así que el aire dentro de la habitación huele bien. Cuando descubrí el estado de la habitación y pidió al receptor que cambiara la habitación mejor, dijeron que estaba llena. Lo dudo mucho. Así que me cancelo inmediatamente para quedarme allí y me mudo a otro hotel más confiable, con valor y alojamiento.
