La ubicación del hotel es particularmente buena, la parada de autobús está justo enfrente. El entorno realmente no tiene nada que decir, la casa es muy grande y muy singular Tengo mi propia bañera, porque es de invierno, solo es cómoda. Hay muchos gatos, los amantes de los gatos aquí es el paraíso. El desayuno en el hotel también es genial. El servicio no se menciona. Mejor de lo esperado, el hotel nos dio el ascenso al piso más alto de la habitación, el balcón con bañera al aire libre, ¡vista magnífica! Las instalaciones de la habitación también son buenas, los artículos de tocador son Bulgari y el vino también se entrega. El personal de servicio también fue muy cálido y acogedor. La habitación había ido a la habitación varias veces al día, y él también ayudó a recoger su equipaje y se dirigió a la estación. We had a wonderful time at Sensia in Santorini. It has the most amazing view and is in easy walking distance of everything. Irini was just amazing in helping us plan our holiday and giving ideas and advice. I mentioned to her that it would be interesting to use binoculars to check out all the boats and details on the distant islands in the expansive view from the verandah, and then next thing we know she lent us some binoculars. Wow, that is service. I would definitely recommend staying here (as long as you don't book at the time of our next holiday 😊).

Since my one week stay in Oia with Amaya, I have been debating what my review would be. Here is where I weight out: 1. I would NOT stay at this brand / group again 2. It might be a risk if you manage to get 50% off the price as I did. But I would have been angry to have paid more 3. With the exception of the property manager, the onsite staff tried hard within the confines of what they had 4. At one point, these cave villas were probably as good as they could get. But with so much modernization, there are just too many better properties than these dated villas 5. The location is absolutely stunning. Getting the chance to stay in a MODERN white cave villa is like a bucket list item. So, here is the deal. I chose a week, in January – the VERY off season, because I wanted quiet and to return to Santorini. A big travel company offered this place at a very big discount. I jumped at the chance. What I experience, was a villa that was in a stunning location. And with a very stunning view. But the management of the villa. And the modernization of the villa is just not good enough anymore. WHAT I LIKED: - There was a attendant names “Vali” who was very helpful and responsive, despite the manager not being responsive. (Note to anyone staying here. You are SIXTY STEPS down the hill to your villa. You definitely need an attendant to help with luggage. Vali was marvelous. But if you have knew or other health problems, be aware that this is not an easy place to get up / down on. - The view was amazing. - But be aware that you are in the path at sunset to Sunset point. It becomes quite busy on your little path at that time - I am a cat lover. Be aware there are hundreds of cats near the villa. If you leave your doors or windows open – they do come in. Most are cautious. But you have to be comfortable with cats – or forever keep your windows doors closed. - The daily breakfast was marvelous. The person who cooked it and delivered it was attentive. She made generous breakfast that was delicious. The location, at the very near end of OIA was quiet WHAT I DID NOT LIKE: - The good news about booking in January is that 97% of the tourists have gone away. You really have the area to yourself. But – the flipside is that during this low season, there is a ton of renovation happening. In the day, when you want quiet and sunshine, you are getting drilling sounds. Hammering sounds. And a lot of local workers making improvements. You won’t get this in mid to high season – but this was not enjoyable. - The manager just was not professional. It began when a note was sent out, encouraging you to make a reservation with them for the transport from the airport. Ok. It sounded like a good idea. She promised a “reliable and very professional” service. For a price that I would learn is about double the price of others who will do the same on the island. I arrived to the airport. No sign. No transport. Everyone from the plane had left, and I was left. I eventually was able to reach

El alojamiento y salida de la tienda son todos ellos que nos ayudan a llevar el equipaje a la habitación y al auto. 6) Julian está muy interesado en presentarnos dónde vamos a comer y nos recordará que la máquina de recaudación no es un banco. My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. This was one of two hotels we stayed in on Santorini. The room was nice, and we were given a complimentary bottle of wine. Power went out for a little bit at night, but it came back promptly. Breakfast wasn't bad, but did not offer many options. Service was great - the front desk happily made a reservation for us at one of the best sunset restaurants on the island. Location was great! Nicely located, right before the pedestrian-only part of Oia.

Amazing views, amazing experience, and absolutely amazing host. Boggi, the host, was the absolute best. He was immediately responsive and went out of way to help in any way. The suite itself was outstanding and the hot tub overlooking the sea was a great benefit. Would absolutely stay again.

It's a 5 out of 5 hotel with a reality check. It's not a 5 star hotel but you have a 5 star experience. The cave is really cool inside and saves you from the outstanding heat from Santorini, the bed is really comfy, the jacuzzi is really nice (especially comparing with other Jacuzzis from other hotels) with a great view of Oia, the bathroom is really different with an open concept (the shower was not that strong but it was far from a problem), the view was amazing and the staff is, without a doubt, the differential. Krina, the support lady was amazing with us from the breakfast to any necessity in the room and the concierge Konstantinos was amazing. Santorini is a hard island to resolve by yourself; there are a lot of options with almost the same prices and to decide which one is the best sometimes can be a gamble. Konstatinos filtered that for us, resolving our needs and providing the best trips, reservations and bookings, making the stay in the isle really enjoyable
