We booked this hotel for our daughter’s 6th birthday we did the stay and play package and booked the princess suite. We also booked the birthday package. The hotel was very clean no problems all the staff was lovely and always spoke to us and especially our daughter and wished her happy birthday. Our daughter loved the birthday treat from the mascot who came to the door. The bed was very comfortable and the food was good. The only thing was that you needed to book a time to order your food. We are looking forward to coming back. The hotel booked us a taxi when we was leaving for the train station the taxi was taking its time and the reception team went above and beyond to get us a taxi.

A luxurious place to stay in the centre of Warrington. This place offers self check in with no reception but the system worked perfectly for access and felt very safe inside the building. The room/apartment style room was fantastic with luxury feeling and high end finishing. The kitchenette’s are a nice touch allowing guests to self cater with the minimum of having fridge, sink and utensils available with hob and microwave. Would highly recommend this place if you are needing to stay in Warrington. Just one note, room 7 which I had has a lovely brick wall as a view and has the heating/ventilation system hum outside the window.

La ubicación es excelente para terminar un día de negocios, es ideal para poder salir a cenar, tomar algo o disfrutar del centro del pueblo. Las habitaciones son excelentes, muy limpias y con todo tipo de detalles. La verdad es que es muy confortable y agradable para la calidad media de UK., este hotel está muy por encima. El Bar está muy bien, ofrece una amplia carta de brunch y de bebidas. Un hotel de altura para ocio y negocios.

A great hotel with funky rooms, and very good facilities including a gym and pool. The bar is great with a number it sports screens and even a little cinema area, food is also served here. There is also a Starbucks with little cafe area. The staff can’t do enough for you and parking is free whilst staying the night at the hotel. A great find.

Me, my partner and a few friends stayed here as the location was perfect for a party we were all attending in the evening... this place was lively and the owner was fantastic..even let us leave our cars on the drive when whe checked out so we could go say goodbye to our friends.. we missed breakfast but they made us some sausage sandwiches for our journey back... will definitely be staying here again! The only little thing would be the shower pressure but apart from that everything was great... thank you so much for our stay!!

use thus hotel whenever I visit the office, it is great, only 5 mins by car from the office very good access by road and plenty of parking. The accessible rooms are really nice and clean, the bar is great with good independent drinks and the menu is top notch, even for us veggies. Nice breakfast menus also, Veggie Brekky and even cheesy beans on toast. The staff are all very friendly and helpful too, seem to understand what they are there for and the importance of their role.

We celebrated our Diamond Wedding Anniversary on Saturday 9th November with family and friends in the Gainsborough Suite. We had a fabulous meal, which our guests enjoyed, the staff were excellent they could not do enough for us. We could not have asked for anything more. Our bedroom was lovely with a comfy bed and pillows. In the morning we met friends and family for breakfast the choice was unbelievable, something for everyone. Thank you again Statham you did us proud.
